I don't know, but I'm glad what seemed like the prologue is over. It's been pretty boring so far.

Oh, really? Well, I guess there might be more than one time skip, since Hachiro, Hibiki and the other kids didn't age as much as I expected them to. I'd also like to see Hachisu and Shikibu develop more interesting ninja skills than shooting a gun and fighting hand-to-hand wearing a weirdly anachronistic suit of armor, respectively.

^I thought all the shougun stuffs will lead to something but it went to shit all of them. Despite having almost all previous episodes dedicated to having Joujin brainwashing Tadanaga. It only lead to the creation of a stupid castle. What a waste.

I thought the way Saizo combined his technique with Hachiro's was pretty cool, and knowing a bit about the real Tadanaga Tokugawa's life, I liked the supernatural explanation of the much contested monkey-shooting incident that led to his house arrest.

Hachirou and Saizou combining their techniques was pretty cool indeed, but I was under the impression Gennosuke's technique worked even if people didn't look him in the eye. Probably misremembering things.

otp set of pairings. totally wierd from the original where everyone was ought to kill the other camp.

omyouji vs ninjutsu.

felt like playing nioh to be honest.
