EDIT: Forgot to say, sorry for the double post.
Pretty bittersweet ending to the series when you factor in that Sega stopped making consoles after Dreamcast. (Especially shown unintentionally with 'Game Over' at the end in Sega font.) Especially when Dreamcast-chan was wondering whether she would do well as a game console. ;_; In any case, pretty good series overall. The overall satisfaction level had to do with how familiar you were with some of the in-jokes though. (I laughed so much at the connection error in Chain Chronicle, for example.) 7/10

For the moment, all the CR/Discotek licenses are DVD and sub only. The press release said that in the future there may be some English dubbing and Blue-ray but that hasn't been decided for sure. My guess is it'll depend on how successful this home release venture turns out.
