Baby 5 could be a lot stronger (maybe even stronger then pica) if she knew the potential of her power. She can replicate kizarus laser power and the one move where he jumps in the air and shoot lasers every where. She could with time replicate bigger bombs like nukes. She would need to spend time with vega punk or ceaser. Suger is another strong one. If she could manage to supersize the toy like the one in this chapter she could have an army. But her abilities to manipulate people memories is the strongest. There are probably tons of fruits out there that are not being used to there fullest potentials. Smoker could creat weapons out of his smoke. Smoker could change the weather on a island or the continet if he wanted. If done right smoker could copy admiral akainu's magma fist he used to melt akoji' ice. Although it would not melt stuff it would just break things. Another move smoker could do is copy picas abilities. Could you imagine a dark huge cloud above you and suddenly huge arms made of smoke crushing building or saving people.
