nah, your description is halfway between tousen and byakuya's bankai

byakuya's bankai doesn't seal anythin, just many rows of swords. Tousen's the big black dome

Actually i'm wondering what if Ichigo somehow comes to an alliance/understanding with his hollow side, ie. whenever he has to fight, he can just release his hollow side and own the enemy... rather than fighting against each other the whole time, i think it'll be way cooler if the two somehow manage to work together and take down Grimjaw...

imho, even though tousen may well now be a vizard, the foundation and goal of his character are shaky. Probably the only reason why he got to join Aizen up there in huikomundo was probably his blind conditon that forced aizen less he be revealed.

But, still seeing tousen as a formidable foe, i wouldn't be surprised if he interrupts GrimJawVSIchigo fight and kills GrimJaw after for disobedience. Maybe for aizen, this is an opportunity to show the other arancars ( and the shinigamis ) that Aizen is not some1 who you could mess around with..

but why Aizen would like to kill off some of his 10 best warrior's before creating better ones? he might don't care about 11+ but 10 should be important for now, If SS know where he is, he'd have trouble if not having his best yet creation
