I'm about 10-15 chapters behind on that one, but up to the point I read, they haven't yet because the youjo was always around, thus preventing them from doing so, then afterward, they got involved in another conflict/war.

also, I'm kinda amused why he didnt intro American Football and Rugby since they are really contact heavy and physically demanding or even soccer (the thought of the people there causing a small tornado in a PK scares me) for the lulz

^ It's somewhat of a recurring joke that half of the reason for the monthly international meetings being at Touya's castle is so that the kings can have fun in the play room.

Though only the kings that he's friendly with that makes the meeting slide as "deepening friendship" for a day or more in his play room?

I was kinda expecting the rulers of others like Nokia who also use the "deepening friendship" alibi or the kingdom he insta-built a big ass fortress to prevent the Fraze from getting up during that mass invasion thing.

At least the other world didnt take interest of the games Touya knows or has apart from likely bugging him for moar mech designs.

Can someone explain about this [Program] spell?

Smartphone dude can set programs to a bullet like :

"Use [Slip] after [Slip] effect is over"

There's some problems with this :

1. So is the bullet casting the spell? [Slip] is non-elemental spell, and such spell can only be casted by specific person. Or programmed object can use every spell that the programmer has?
2. The mana supply. Was the entire mana needed to use the program injected during the programming? Or it's continously supplied by the caster each activation? The former is problematic since the program is infinite loop, means infinite mana is needed. The latter too is problematic since it means the mana transfer is probably faster than lightspeed, coz there's no lag whatsoever in the instances of program activation shown so far.

Please explain...
