Theme songs on each characters have a special meaning and I was trying to figure out the meaning on each characters song. Its confusing I know...

You mean character image songs, not 'theme songs'.

This and this page have translations for songs based on the first swason, while this and this one have translations for songs from the second season. This includes character songs.

Working on both. I'm stuck on the phrase "hakozume no kooku"; I really hope it doesn't actually mean "quarks packed into a box".
