I really really really hope that spoiler isn't 100% accurate cuz that would just be ......(just as a note I couldn't think of a word to describe my feelings after 5 mins of trying different words w/o bad words)

but I dont blame Zen though, its pathetic but I dont blame him, the poor guy idealize medaka his whole life. I guess once you put the pussy on the pedestal you are pretty much screwed.

As for emukae and shiranui i never really expected any one of them to end up with zen in the first place UNLESS it was a harem story, ofc medaka being the loose woman she is, she can easily be OK with harem story.

If Zen isn't going to whoop dat ass, then there is nothing for me to anymore.

If, when he finally makes Medaka return his feelings, he has a moment of clarity. Going through all this, having to change himself to get Medaka's love. Maybe he'll think that he shouldn't have to change, and deserves someone who'll love him for who he is. Someone he can love, who will love him back without the need of force. Someone who'll love him willingly and doesn't need their feelings coerced through a fight.

This is an interesting line of thought. What this chapter also revealed is a major reason behind Zenkichi's fixation on Medaka: He has no sense of worth. He is non-chalant about his own skills because he feels inferior to Medaka in, well, everything. Failure to acquire Medaka's acknowledgment would mean to him that everything he has done for these past 13 years were meaningless.

Zenkichi desires companionship, acceptance, and above all else, acknowledgment. Assuming another gal sincerely fulfills these criteria, then Zenkichi could begin to develop feelings for another woman besides Medaka. Emukae could fulfill those criteria, but story-wise Ajimu probably has the best shot since she is the only person who appears to have a decent understanding of Zenkichi.

I'm glad someone else understands my reasoning. Even still I'd prefer ZenXMukae to ZenXMedaka and ZenXAjimu. What really makes me think is this.

Ajimu knows what she's doing, so I think she'd probably set up a girl who'd actually reciprocate as Zen's new girl. Mukae, Shiranui, since Kamome was just introduced maybe she'll bring in a new female character, or even an old one, for Zen.

And besides which, MisogiXAjimu is the main pairing for her.

That's why I'm a bit worried with the anime adaptation because the VA will be really important.

i think if we look how things gone we can predict what is going on :
1- medaka says she need zenkichi and uses him to solve others problems .
2- medaka wants to stop flask plan but deeper she goes she starts to forget zenkichi .
3- medaka always goes to battles zenkichi looses his walue .
4- medaka throws zenkichi away cause she gets bored from him .
5- zenkchi becomes medakas enemy cause he wanted to be impoortant for her .
6- zenkichi understands he loves medaka and he never actually accepted her reason .

now there are multiple paths here ;
1- zenkichi tries to gain medakas heart with beating her reason .
2- zenkichi lets medaka go and starts new page in his life .
3- zenkichi becomes angry to medaka cause she doesnt love him back so he seeks revenge .

Well we can think lots of other options but these are main possibilities i think , from what i see here best possible option for zenkichi will be ; beating medaka and her reason at the same time letting her go and move on with his life while medaka falls for him .
