Basara was completely defeated in this volume and the one who saved him was Chisato with her power released.

Chisato is the one who tells him that he needs to have sex with everyone, that doesn't happen in this volume obviously considering Mio's sex scene is in the last part, probably we're gonna see a giant orgy in the last volume + the last mayor battle.

That was a fake spoiler all the way dude, only Kurumi has that restriction while the others can do it without problem. Based on this volume looks like she will not give a damn.

Why does kurumi have that restriction. I thought she left village and thus her magic gauntlet, except she would still have the black gem from marias sis which powers up with ecchi stuff.

Didnt both her and yuki need to leave their hero weapons, or their reatrictions when they left?

As far as I can remember, Kurumi's power is based on spirits so she has an strict set of "rules". Yuki and the others do not depends on Spirits so they don't have any kind of issue.

When Basara, Mio, Yuki, and Kurumi go to the Village in volume 9, Kurumi gives Maria the demon gem for safe keeping. In order to ensure that Basara and Celis didn't hold back during their duel, Shiba proposed that he would kill both Yuki and Kurumi. Yuki and Kurumi decide to drop their surnames and cut ties with the Village, because it was their best option at the time in order to save themselves, disrupt Shiba, and save their parents who were pretty much political prisoners. The condition the elders gave them for cutting ties with the Village was to return the magic gauntlet and Sakuya. Thus their ties to the spirits and Sakuya were cut off.

The reason why Mio, Yuki and Maria couldn't do it was explained in Vol 4.

Before Zest returned to the demon realm, she had said that Mio had inherited Wilbert's power because he wanted to protect his child before he died. And so, the instant she loses her virginity, that power may deem that she has already become an adult, and just vanish from existence.

On Yuki's side, in the hero tribe, there was also something similar. The spirit sword [Sakuya] that had chosen her, was just like the [witch] in Shinto; once a girl loses her virginity, the [witch] would also deem that she has lost her qualifications. Which means that if Yuki were to lose her virginity, [Sakuya] would reject her as it's user. While for men, they were the ones that had to battle regardless of whether they had a family, so whether they were still a virgin wasn't important. However, after Yuki's mother had given birth to her, she practically couldn't use her original amount of power anymore.

The only one who could possibly do the [act] with Basara without losing their power might only be the succubus Maria. However, her ability to turn into her adult form seems to use a magical <key> to transform her to give her a large amount of power. Doing the [act] could be the equivalent of causing her to be an adult, causing her to be unable to turn into her adult form ever again.

If Mio's own power is now much greater then it no longer matters. Yuki had given up her armor so it doesn't matter now too. Kurumi's case is the same as Yuki. Maria losing her adult form is not that important in comparison.

Mio will lose her father's power, but that doesn't matter anymore because she has her own power and it's really strong already (also thanks to the contract with Basara, as well, I bet).

This is more or less the explanation of why Basara got nuked by Shiba.

The thing is Shiba has Jin's sword but aside that he has a gauntlet (魔拳) that stores the spirit of one of the 10 Gods, his name is Reginleiv (レギンレイブ). Chisato know that Basara right now is unable to defeat Shiba, mainly because Basara's power and Brynhildr can't even reach the level of Shiba's power.
