Since awhile ago, Lulu has been tepidly sniping down every wyverns and serpent dragons who showed themselves from behind the mountain with her Accelerated Gun.
She did it so naturally one might have misunderstood, but frankly speaking, it's pretty much a superhuman feat.

The pace is so high even the 20 gargoyles working to gather the dropped materials can't keep up with it.

I swear, Lulu's power lvl broke my scouter... She even has enough leeway after sniping every monster dead...

first a list of known facts
-Aze mentioned there are 3 cases of known individuals who ascended to godhood (Demon God may be a part of this)
-There is an odd contradiction on how Parion talked about how they apply divine punishment and how divine punishment is recorded in history
-Doghead debate left clear that there is a 3rd party of demi-god and up individual interfering in the world
-The Demon God is being sealed in the moon
Now, to the plot Satou (or calling him in his Unity name Suzuki Ichirou) is NOT a god YET (besides how strong he is) and has fought against Dog head many times past (and possibly other DLs on that level of strength), Parion and Dragon God have a connection (personally i believe they are part of the same identity). The Weasel Emperor and Touya are working hard to fight the Gods AND release DG. While Doghead mentioned that the gods play with the planet as some stairs for ascending in godhood and power. And now Sera's message included "people being ungratefull and envious of what they have and desire more" but what if 'people' isnt exactly the citizens of the different empires but the unnamed 3rd party, aligned with the DG, that want to ascend in godhood and intervene in the development of technology so the true gods dont get a chance to grow stronger? And divine punishment is but an excuse to try and force a battlefield between Gods vs 3rd party. Touya and Weasel clearly had information that is NOT available to the public, like how divine punishment REALLY works so they were unconcerned about it and their development, on how God power is limited on the earth itself, and how Parion looks like. There is also how the Demon party is incredibly well organized and suspiciously coordinated with the weasel empire (and since the weasel emperor is apparently not part of this) its more like someone is using both sides at the same time.
My guess is that Ichirou orchestrated his return with an empty memory as a way to try and drive the 3rd party out, as they clearly would hide from the full power King of Magic.
