It's not really a manga/anime identification request. But i don't know where can i ask this question other than here or the "silly question" thread. So here it's:

Is there an anime/manga with a super mature female character but with a not-so-developed body (loli you can say), befriend with (or is a sister of) a girl with vice versa feature (childish but have fully developed body)?
