Yes, I am asking for context, when the point of being vague in the spoilers reason is to forgo it. It's just sort of daunting seeing post after post containing a sole spoiler box in response to another spoiler box. It's like reading a redacted paper.

Light novels seem more eventful(the dog and race)so people won't be bored. the web novel has a real slow pace I don't think people will want 10 episodes without a single fight so light novel is my vote.

in my opinion both tanuki and atlas are quite similar. they would loyally do anything for shieldbro. though in process of mind they have differing views on pragmatism. tanuki would do anything and even would not hesitate if shield bro 'do' really order her to kill with or without the slave mark. however she would still consider several factor hence she would stubbornly ask shield bro opinion. does the order are already thought and not based on temporary emotional spur. on the other hand atlas would not question any order given to her because she trust shield bro decision whole heartedly and uncaring of other opinion excecpt from shieldbro solely.

now in matter of the heroes, bitch and trash.... Tanuki though hate those person would never be able to hate them throughfully because secretly she was grateful to them (if not them doing horrible things to shield bro ... she will never met shieldbro who saves her), hence if shieldbro order her to kill them she may do so after shieldbro really meant to but she will not do it on hatred but more of it was duty given to her. On the other hand, atlas seems like a girl who previously lost her will to live , but because shieldbro helped her and give her hope even giving her expensive medicine and treat her kindly .... she felt dependant to him and would not question him or else as long as shield bro wish for it. her whole life was all shieldbro and if she was ordered to she would not hesitate because it was what shieldbro wished her to do.

In sense, Tanuki felt indirect feeling of gratitude to those who made shieldbro suffer, while atlas whole life which she previously given up was saved by shield bro hence she only cares to noone but shield bro.

ps. i was writing those parable because i am bored. don't mind too much about it. btw, this is why you should first incapacitate enemy before doing anything else, what are you thinking really? capturing pokemon?

It was something like getting unique spells by channeling through an item, including the different forms of shield.
