Know of any web novel with a humanoid character that evolves as Re: Monster or reborn in dragon/human like in n6698dp (omitting the translated ones). For some reason I hardly find anything about reincarnated characters in dragons with the ability to transmform (but retaining horns, tail or something), for example, in the noc wn mentioned earlier, the protagonist retains the tail (¬¬) and the innate ability of a dragon, at one point in the story he himself tear off scales and fangs when he transformed to create weapons/armors for him and his harem.
