MC 18 (57 years ago)

• During a blinding snowstorm, Alexi stumbles upon Dual Device Potemkin/Odessa in a cave.
• Alexi's parents die; his father in the snowstorm and mother from pneumonia 3 weeks later. He runs away, only to be found by Niva Destrill
• Asteright meets Gil Graham and Jennifer Young in school and becomes friends with them.
• After an ambush, Destrill sees Alexi's potential, and take him to Mid-Childa, where he is admitted into the TSAB Academy.

MC 20 (55 years ago)

• Asteright, Graham, and Young find a TSAB clerk neaby in the woods and treat him back to health. It is found out that all three of them have latent magical abilities.
• A group of rogue mages attack the school where all four of them were. The school is destroyed, but the group is defeated by everyone. The clerk decides to take them to Mid-Childa, where they are admitted to the TSAB Academy.

• The 1st Expeditionary Strike Force is created, with the intent of investigating other planets.
• Alexi meets Asteright, Graham, and Young in the TSAB Academy, and become friends with them.

• Alexi graduates from TSAB Academy and is assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Strike Force.

• Asteright, Graham, and Young graduate from the TSAB Academy and are assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Unit.

• Alexi makes Captain rank. At the same year, Asteright, Graham, and Young gain Enforcer rank.
• The 1st Expeditionary Strike Team is dissolved following a subsequent mission to the 66th Non-Administrated World of Ghostgate, where most of the unit is killed in action, including Jennifer Young.
• Alexi, Graham, and Asteright part ways, with Graham joining the Navy, and Asteright joining the 343rd Surface Corps.

• Graham and Alexi fight Asteright following a lead on him in a power plant. Rachel's sister is killed by Asteright in his escape.
• Rachel's father is released from life support and dies. Her mother commits suicide after that while she goes to the custory of her aunt and uncle.

• The Mathis family meets with Scrya Clan on an expedition which unearths 21 Jewel Seeds. Father Gin Mathis is killed in transport ship accident.
• The Precia Testarossa and Jewel Seed Incident
• Kha and Tou encounter Scagletti for the first time. Kia has been revived as a Sentokijin shell. A bitter fight between lovers end in suicide. Kha awakens more of his Cleric-knight abilities.
• Glock Heckler graduates from TSAB Academy, rank Ground A+; Assigned to 108th Ground Battalion under Genya Nakajima
  
• Alexi tells Rachel about the reason he tries to do things for her, which results in Rachel trusting Alexi between the two.

MC 065 Fall

• Satoshi is hit in the Linker Core by a prototype Gadget Drone. He spends the next two months in a coma before going back to Earth to heal. Both he and his mother move to Unimari City.
• Sydney trains her magical abilities, making friends with Yunno Scrya.

MC 065 Winter

• Book of Darkness Incident
• Kha is assigned to the 21ste, meeting Sophia.
• Artei joins the 21ste and makes an ass of himself.
  
• Aurion completely converts his prosthetic arm into Reishiki.
  
• Satoshi gets involved in the Book of Darkness case, and he becomes friends to Hayate Yagami, Nanoha Takamachi, Keroko Gerashi Takamachi, and Fate Testarossa. His Device also gets an upgrade.

• Due/Jail Scaglietti steals the genetic data of the Saint King

• Anne's family is killed by two robbers, finds out about her magical abilities, and is saved by Nobuyuki himself, who takes her to Mid-Childa, where she enters the TSAB Academy.

• Aurion interviews (well, kidnaps first) Hayate. He feels a few signs of his old humanity returning.
• Aurion meets the rest of the Aces and the Knights two weeks later. Hayate and the other Aces call him 'Oji-chan' for the first time.

• Armay meets Aurion for the first time, during testing. After that, she then goes to the 216th.
• Reinforce Zwei is born. Hayate meets Acous/Carim, and the Ancient Belkan friendship begins.
  
• Satoshi is also there when Reinforce Zwei is born. He also meets Aurion at this time with Hayate.
  Aurion meets Rein Zwei. He gets a brainstorm for a new device he's developing
• The Nanoha incident, due to overstressing.
• Fate fails Enforcer Test lol. Apparently due to being worried over Nanoha.
• Zest Grangaize(sp?) died? Last recorded time as a TSAB Striker Mage.
• The Bakatsu Riders, a bike gang consisting of Vice, Artei, Sagara and Tiida, is formed. Teana meets Artei for the first time.
• Artei decides to remain with the 21ste.
  
• Vincent graduates from the TSAB Academy and is assigned to the 343rd Surface Corps.
  
• Satsuki is taken care of by Les and Rinna Vestelli.
  
• Black Wolf appears, killing employees of a power plant and an Enforcer team.
  
• Nil and Sion are attacked by a mage strike team that included the 216th and people such as Hayate and Chrono. Nil is incapacitated and captured while Sion escapes. Satoshi was sent on a scouting mission at the time.
  
• The 216th is now in command of Major Alexi Bulgakov. Satoshi is put as squad leader of Sky Squad. Thunder Squad is also formed, with Nobuyuki as the squad leader.

• Fate fails. AGAIN. Signum is so enjoying it.
• Almaria is completed.
• Aurion gets annoyed with Fate's performance and gives her a motivational talk.
• Fate passes at the 3rd attempt.
• Nanoha recovers and passes S-rank examination.
• Kha swallows a Relic under the latest of Sophia's crack therapies to increase his magical powers.
  
• Aurion meets Kha and Sophia somewhere around this time, as Sophia was looking for a stand-in Device for her unruly Kaleidostick.
• Private Glock Heckler is reassigned to 79th Ground Battalion under General Hiram Maxim.
• Privates Remington Smith and Colt Wesson graduate from TSAB Academy; assigned to 79th Ground Battalion under General Hiram Maxim.
  
• Arvis graduates from the TSAB Academy and assigned to the 216th, under Thunder Squad.
  
• After moving out of her planet with the help of transport captain Roget Shan, Lian goes into the TSAB academy, where she builds her Device, Azura.

• Fate passes S-rank examination, and discovers Elio Mondial in one of the missions.
• Tiida Lanster dies. The Bakatsu Riders mourn their loss.
• The Imperial Belka Army's hijacking of the Lady Une, while Carim and many other Belka leaders were on board for a meeting to determine the 10 Year Plan for the Belka SAR and the Aligned Territories. The 21ste's first high profile mission. They succeed against impossible odds.
• The K.A.I. series of AI - Rey, Shinji and Asuka - created by Kaylin.
• Private Glock Heckler first encounters Necron during a drug raid on 111th NAW “Solaria”; Impartial Pariah transformation leaves him with a Necrodermis right arm.
  
• Aurion progressively defeats the female Aces one by one in a series of mock battles to fine-tune Almaria. Major hilarity involved. The Aces are understandably upset over the loss.
  
• Armay is a spectator during this time, looking at Aurion fight the Aces. She also becomes friends with Shari
  
• Black Wolf fights Chrono and Fate Haralown. Despite having no magical ability, the battle is a draw, and he retreats.
  
• Satoshi is saved by Black Wolf from rogue mages. Black Wolf seems to know him.
  
• Scuderia becomes a pilot, and joins the 216th.

MC 069~MC 072

• Elio Mondial is taken care/living in TSAB HQ.
• Kaylin uncovers the Belkan Armed Device Galatea. Circumstances force her to delete the main program; encounter forever affects Asuka at personal level.
  
• Anne graduates from the TSAB Academy and is assigned to the 216th, under Thunder Squad.
  
• Arvis goes back to Adventus to learn about its own magic style, Adventi. He successfully learns it and goes back to Mid-Childa
  

MC 70

• Sydney starts suffering from the effects of her injuries 6 years ago.
• Betrüger appears again, and he takes out Vincent Fiorano's squad before his whole right arm is cut off. George Darnay is killed when he and Betrüger face soon after that, which makes Vincent leave the TSAB to go back to Hieronymo.

• Relic/Drone Incident #1 (( The case below happens 2 weeks after this ))

MC 071 29th April

• Mid-childa Coastal Airport Fire/Subaru and Ginga was saved by Nanoha and Fate
  
• Sky and Thunder Squad are one of the first units that arrives at the scene. Satoshi saves some people before having to be pulled out of the fire due to exhaustion. Sydney commands some units before superiors arrive and saving two people herself. Thunder Squad also participated in the rescue, with Nobuyuki and Arvis managing to save two groups of people from falling debris.

MC 071 30th April

• Hayate decides to form a special squad, which 4 years later would be RF6.
• Aurion encourages Hayate with her decision. This is also his first contact with the drones in the field
  
• Satoshi also agrees on the decision, and talks to Bulgakov about it.
  Bulgakov duels all of the Aces in a mock battle, which ends in a draw. He then gives his support.{

Around MC 071

• Caro is banished? (( Unsure ))
  
• Satsuki and Margaret meet Nanoha.

Somewhere around MC 071~MC 072

• Caro stays in the TSAB… somewhere.
• The 2nd Belka Holy Grail War erupts suddenly, with the attack against a civilian target on the 97th. Kha's shuttle en route to Belk from TSAB HQ was destroyed. He is the sole survivor of the attack. Kha meets Fate for the first time.
• Tausend Kreuz Sakurazaki, along with its whacky AI Chibi-Sakura, is born. An era of mayhem begins.
• The War ends, and the Key Devices are reorganized. Kha and Fate officially become an item.
• Kha shoots to Belka-wide acclaim. Begins travelling all over Ordered Space to conduct mass spiritual healings and sermons. He comes to be hailed as the Messiah of New Belka, and inspires a wave of Belka evangelism that lasts till the present with no signs of abating.
• "Hell Girl/Daemon" Incident involving 79th Ground Battalion members takes place, claiming many casualties including Shinobu Nakajima. Lost Logia “Crozius Maleficus”, in possession of 12-year old Mai Enna, is defeated by Fate, and Privates Remington Smith and Colt Wesson.
• Glock Heckler assigned security guardianship of Mai Enna, followed shortly by Privates Smith and Wesson.
  
• Satsuki graduates the TSAB Academy and joins the 456th Surface Corps.
  
• Vincent tries to find out about Betrüger, and he finds his Device/right arm, Shell Bullet in an ambush. He is imprisoned, but is released by a bargain from Bulgakov. He then joins the 216th, under Sky Squad.

MC 072 February

• Fate, with Kha's blessing, decides to become Caro’s guardian.
  
• Kha trains Erio part time. While Carim encourages Kha to take Erio as his Page, Kha feels that he needs to improve before he has the right to assume such a responsibility.
• Sakura is decreed to be used as the source code for the OS of all TSAB and Church manufactured New Belka devices.

MC 072 April

• After graduation from high school, the cast moves to Mid-childa (( I think ))
  
• Lian Wu Zhao graduates the TSAB Academy and joins the 216th, under Thunder Squad.

MC 072 June

• Subaru and Teana joins Ground Training School. Erio and Shari looks around the compound.
  
• The Unison incident; Satsuki, in Unison mode,suddenly attacks other members of her squad near the end of the test. Nanoha and Satoshi stop it. Everyone except Satsuki is injured, but no one is killed. Satsuki is confined.

MC 072 August

• Subaru and Teana, partners slowly become friends. Teana meets Ginga Nakajima the first time, and the first blatant Tsundere!Tea is clear.
• On count of good conduct, Mai Enna is transferred to custody of Hotchkiss Convent in Moldiva.

Somewhere around the same time too?

• OMG CHRONO AND AMY GETS MARRIED!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
• Fate catches the bouquet, and both Kha and Fate don't get the cat calls directed at them...

MC 073 March

• The Wirbelwind is shot down over the 78th Non-Admisitrated World of Malachus. Sky Squad and Scuderia survive, but are captured.
• They escape, and get away with a new ship, the Ivory Eagle. Vincent take the controls for the first time in place of an injured Scuderia.

MC 073 May

• Upon graduation, Teana and Subaru, still paired, are assigned to Disaster Management Unit 386
• The first phase of reconstruction work at Saint Alexei Convent is finished. The first intake of Knight-sisters is accepted. Much of the younglings who survived the fire return to man the school, including Sophia.

MC 073 November

• The 216th successfully manages to get Satsuki Himeno and Margaret, and she joins there, under Sky Squad.

MC 074 January~August

• The Ecclessachiary attack Allison. Kha is tasked to extract her.
• Kha is assigned Amuro Gray, Yui Hiro from the 97th, Kamahl Vidan, Domon Kaister and Yoshi Krueger to train them as Cleric-knights. He only aids them in their divine training as the have their own Meisters for standard Belka techniques at the Church.
• DaiStahlMut is completed and tested successfully.

MC 074 September

• Caro is at the Environment Protection unit…for how long, we don’t know.
  
• Kha becomes Allison's and Hiro's guardian.
• Kay defends herself against Arcean Mafia using a Jewel Seed; TSAB sentences her to a week of incarceration, considering mitigating circumstances observed by Fate T. Harlaown.

MC 074 December

• 2nd Lt. Glock Heckler assigned as security liaison to Kay Mathis.
  MC 075 March

• The unofficial start-up of RF6, with the RF6 HQ getting inspected and equipments/personnel starting to be moved in. Caro leaves for Mid-childa.
  
• The 21ste are hopelessly busy once again.
• Megiddo Incident, where a Limiera Expedition, along with Glock and Kay, encounter the Necrons.

Few days later.

• Sound Stage M events here.

MC 075 April

• Subaru and Teana fails B-rank examination. (( When they pass later, dunno. ))
• Sonic Grope Incident.
• With the assembly of every member as of that point, RF6 is officially launched.
  
• The 21ste missed the parade, but arrive to give their congratulations.
  
• The 216th congratulate the formation of RF6.
  
• Satoshi starts experiencing weird flashbacks and occurences. After capturing a rogue mage in the sewers, he falls down, unconscious and sees what appears to be two boys, killing several mages in the same place as he was.

4 days later

• The devices of the Forwards in production, by Shari.
  
• Nanoha thinks Kha should drop by and coach the Forwards once in a while.

MC 075 13th May

• Hayate meets Carim.
• New devices completed for Forwards.
• Gadget Drones sighted. Forward’s first mission. START.
• First Mission. First Victory. Jail is watching happily everyone except Teana and Rein.

2 days later

• Satoshi, Rachel, and Jack go to the RF6 HQ. Satoshi gets the chance to fight the forwards in a mock battle, in which he concedes defeat over a small scratch.

Several days later

• Hayate request assistance and cooperation from Genya’s 108th division in relates to investigation and stuff.
• Forwards get individual training for combat roles.
  
• Kha and Sophia finds time to help out. Artei and Vice meet up for the first time in years.
  
• The 216th is involved with finding Betrüger when he reappears again. They go to a water treatment plant, where RF6 fell into a trap. Despite the efforts of Sky Squad, Thunder Squad, and RF6, Betrüger manages to get away, and Vincent is severely affected by this turn of events. Also, Vincent's Device is severely damaged. Satoshi also has another unknown flashback and hears a voice.

Several days later

• RF6 goes to Earth for a mission. The 21ste is in Japan investigating illegal Belkanite mining on Mount Fuji.
• Teana and Subaru learn that contrary to the belief that super mages come from testtubes (Fate) or have sad emo past with no parents (Kha, Hayate, Keroko), Nanoha is perfectly normal lol.
• Erio gets lucky. VERY lucky. So does Kha, when he returns to the Hallaoun residence.
• The Riot 6 return to Midchilda. The 21ste meet another Imperial Belka operation head on, and bring the house down.
  
• Sky Squad goes to the Tech Department to ask Aurion to fix Vincent's Device. Satoshi asks him to find out what happened with him. Aurion plans a illusion that breaks Vincent down, and in his confusion, nearly kills Satsuki.
  
• Satoshi finds out more about Betrüger through two shopkeepers/hackers: Saika Kirishima and Rushuna Graziano, including something that surprises him. He then falls unconsious again, having similar unknown flashbacks like before.
  Aurion tells Satoshi what has happened and leaves. Vincent, meanwhile, is contacted by Betrüger, and he accepts, despite what he has just been through. He goes back to Hieronymo to duel with Betrüger, and everyone else is unaware he has left.

Several days later

• Hotel Augusta Incident.
• Something was stolen…now that I think about, what WAS THAT THING?
• Yuunoha is not dead.

Several days later lol

• The 21ste return to Midchilda.
• Subaru and Teana goes on intensive training.
• But White Devil >>>>>>>>> Intensive Training.
• Night falls. Teana get Sigslapped.
• They learn the truth behind Season 1, A’s and THE INCIDENT. I can understand the latter, but isn’t the former 2 top secret?
  
• Kha shares his thoughts and openly contradicts Nanoha, because it was a gray area. Nanoha vows to not let the Forwards head into a situation where they need to make such a choice. However, we know that Destiny always intends otherwise.

Several days later lol

• Bonding taimu. Caro and Elio reveals their past history. Subaru thought of telling her cyborg secret, but Teana stops her.

1 week later.

• Trouble brews on a distant planet. The 21ste goes to investigate, and they discover that the Necrons are back.
• Keroko buries the Rogues who have fallen in the fight against the Necrons. Kha attends.

• Prophecy talk. Fate and Nanoha FINALLY knows RF6 was actually formed. Yeah…you’re a good friend, Hayate…hiding it from your best friends for so long…
• The wounded 21ste return to Midchilda to a quiet version of a heroes' welcome.
• The Aces practically chain Kha to his bunk once again to force him to slow down and recuperate. Kha gets lucky again.
• The late General Hiram Maxim buried with full military honors.
• Kha laments that, especially after attending the Rogues and speaking the eulogy for the funeral of the entire Regional Guard platoon that he led, he's gone back to burying comrades. Fate doesn't get the full picture of what's going on, but sternly reminds Kha that it's not his fault.

Several days later lol

• Kay returns to field work, accompanied by Glock.
  
• The Carim Confrontation. The 21ste become assigned to assist Riot 6.
• Fate becomes Vivio’s god-mother. NF-fans rejoice at their saint for creating Nanoha-mama and Fate-mama. But they miss the fact that Vivio calls Kha "Da-da".

• Artei contacts John Smith for information regarding the Numbers.
• Cadet Mai Enna receives special recommendations for 3-week training course under Instructor Austin Abrams

• The 21ste intercept Numbers on the way to meet Due. They are surprised at Kha's speed and protection strength, as well as being able to use spells that they thought only the other mages had. The Druggies/Oswald (pending Erio) step in and lets the Numbers get away. Rivalries for Kha's Counterattack set up.
• The Fate/Caro/Elio family weakness, emotional bonds moment with advices from Arf and Lindy that SHOULD HAD BEEN ANIMATED. Because FCE >>>>> NFV.
• RF6 learns that Agito is Unison Device.

• The 21ste leave for the alien Overtechnology ruins. Kha pulls a stunt on Fate; Their relationship is no longer a secret to the Forwards. Leryk ends, I-n's begins.

• Genya reveals his past with Subaru/Ginga/Quint along with information of Combat Cyborgs.

• Athra is taken to be RF6’s mobile base for the time being. Likewise, with Yzak Base in pieces, the Seraph become the 21ste's and the Regional Guard's operational HQ
  
• Wishing his family good luck, Kha grudgingly answers the call to lead the Regional Guard. He is joined by Alaeith again. In time, he would come to learn that
  Alaeith was a Guardian of his Libram, and that there are 4 more Guardians out there.

• With the TSAB in chaos, and the Ground Forces bases falling one after another, Kha decides that he can no longer wait for orders and ask for permission to go all out. Carim grants it.
• Kha's Counterattack officially begins. The Regional Guard, though a cheap and simple force, demonstrates what just what a difference FAITH and COURAGE can make!

• RF6 is back, now 200% more mobile.
• Alto takes over Vice’s heli-pilot job.
• Mach Calibur starts to show why she’s the MAIN CHARACTER’S A.I and designs her own upgrade for Subaru, 250% more heavy and 140% more magic consumption… MACH CALIBUR RIESE!?!?!?

Since it's day time, I'll make use of this opportunity to complete what I've started...


Background Lecture of TSAB Armed Force

Over the years, the Bureau has taken several worlds under it's administration. Out of all these worlds, two of them were famed for their huge contributions to the cause of the Bureau.

Being the center of all of the Bureau's activities, Midchilda is the most technologically advanced Civilization of the modern era. They have the leading scholars in all fields of studies, especially magic, and they provide the Bureau with all of it's state-of-the-art facilities and Intelligences.

It's unique astrological position in the dimensional space allows it to be the trading hub of the multiverse. Hence it also has a wide variety of different cultures.

However, Midchilda is not the main supplier of the TSAB department of defense. In the year 0035, the Bureau made contact with another civilization, one with an almost similar technological level as Midchilda.

Spoiler for Seraphim's long-ass background:

Known as the Kingdom of Seraphim, they runs on the old feudal system which Midchilda had abandon hundreds of years ago. Though having an Emperor, much of the kingdom's power has also been spread across several Noble Houses. What had attracted the Bureau to them was their Historical records of a galactic wide war that had taken place about a hundred and fifty years ago.

Back then, the planet Seraphim was at war with the other worlds in their dimension for reasons that were long forgotten. But despite the overwhelming odds, they were able to not only repel the invaders, but turn the tables on them and completely captured their homeworlds.

After a Fifty year war, the Kingdom had occupied the entire solar system, crushing and assimilating their cultures. Knowing that the emperor couldn't control all those worlds by himself, he has allocated a number of them to the Noble houses, decreeing the head of the houses to be the Viceroys.

When the Bureau made contact with their Emperor, there were mixed feelings throughout the Noble Houses.

Of all of the Houses, six of them were known to be the strongest, and most influential in terms of politics, science, arts and military. They are:

- House Atreides
- House Vermilion
- House Ordos
- House Sinclairion
- House Harkonnen
- House Cerulean

On one side, a number of Houses sees the alliance with Midchilda and the Bureau as an opportunity to advance their technology to greater heights. With Magic as a free source of energy, much that couldn't be achieved years ago would now be within reach.

The Arch-duke of Atreides, the High-Count of Vermilion, and the Grand-Earl of Cerulean were the strongest supporters of this faction.

On the other side, there were Houses that view this so-called 'treaty' as a conspiracy by the Bureau to launch an invasion of their Kingdom when they had disarmed all of their 'conventional' weapons. They strongly opposed this alliance.

The Great-Baron of Harkonnen, the Marquess of Ordos and the Viscounts from the Order of Dalmar (an alliance of many smaller houses), were very outspoken about it, to the point of even considering a first strike against Midchilda

(Though it was speculated that the real reason why House Ordos were against the alliance was because the Bureau would have issued a massive crackdown on their illegal smuggling business and other shifty activities that is responsible for an estimated 50% of the House's total income.)

In the end though, it was the smallest of the six great Houses that won the favor of the Emperor. The eternal child Prince of Sinclairion, Loki Sinclairion, has convinced the Emperor to agree to the trading deal with Midchilda, yet remain neutral with the decision to incorporate magic completely into their technology. Instead, he allows the individual Houses to make their choice on whether a not they wish to ally themselves with the TSAB.

With this, the Emperor would have the technology of Magic, yet retaining their massive armament of Conventional, Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological weapons. Because despite everything, the Houses were still fiercely loyal to the Emperor.

However, now the two sides of the kingdom have entered a cold war for the last couple of years. Despite out numbering House Harkonnen, the allies of Midchilda were very wary of it's military capabilities, And the Dalmar order is not to be underestimated as well...

As expected, the Ordors will not stand by with them. Instead, they are engaged in a war with House Sinclairion, after they have stolen something valuable from the Prince.

(It is to be added that on the TSAB side of things, there are people who do not agree with this alliance as well. Certain individuals feel that getting into the messy world of Seraphim's politics would do more harm than good for the Bureau...)

Seraphim's New Military


Unlike Midchilda, the scientists and engineers of Seraphim are much more crafty and innovative.

When the cartridge system was officially allowed for military purposes, House Vermilion began mass producing billions of cartridges in many shapes and sizes. These cartridges were used to store additional magic power to use in their armored units.

But the magic stored in those cartridges needed to be shaped into workable spells, if not they would be nothing more than energy. That's when the Atreides came up with the Spellcrafter.

Working on the already existing technology of Devices, House Atreides created an artificial system that is a stripped down version of an Intelligence device, and does the job alot quicker.

What the crafter does is that it takes the magic stored in the cartridge, and automatically shape it into a single spell. The spell of which the crafter creates varies from different machines and is programed before being installed. This simply system make use of the ID's ability to create it's own spell, yet reduce it's workload and decision-making function by only giving it a single option. Hence the production cost is much more managable on an industrial scale.

(The technology requires only minimal amount of magic to operate. Basically, anyone who can turn on a staff, can operate a tank)

The combine efforts of the two houses provides the TSAB with machines that were unrivaled in their field.

And finally, manpower. It's came as quite a surprise to the TSAB when they discovered that a huge percentage of Seraphim's populance have rather reasonable amount of magicial potential. After launching a massive campaign, the Earl was able to convince a staggering number of people to be enlisted as mages in the Bureau, making House Cerulean one of the three Legendary Admirals' best friend.

Hopefully we can include them in the whole mess we're creating here.

Hmm, well, I will not be covering what happens to the druggies in my fic (only battles that involve them and my other OCs) so its up to you guys. I'll just try to coordinate their appearance and what they are assigned to do, so that there wont be any time paradoxes. I guess the best way is to use the timeline.

In your case, you're going to be dealing with the Niddhogg so I guess you should coordinate with An Hero to get that event going... though if Kha is going to involve his ship as well...then its going to be a mess. Cant wait to see what you guys do.

I don't thike Erio is going to let you do that Kha... he already some before when I brought that up that he's likely to bring in extra charactrs to save them if it comes down to that.

Whew!!! Sorry for the delay with the next entree for my story. These things are becoming a bit harder to piece together and add in everything I want to add in. But here we are with the second to last part for Minea's Diaries #4. Number 5 will feature a bit more action and take place around 3-4 months after the end of #4.

Sunlight took the shape of window frames over carpet and furniture. Birds sang melodies of morning just outside the open windows. A cold winter’s breeze drifted in cooling the icy living room further. Constance lay asleep on the couch on her back. A thick wool blanket tucked up to her chin hiding her lightly clothed body beneath. For the past few days this was her bed while she stayed with Vanissa. The living room in Vanissa’s condominium consisted of a large couch, near the front door in front of where the holographic television appeared, a dinning room table and four chairs near the balcony and window, a door to the left wall (looking as if coming from the front door) lead to the kitchen, and the door on the right wall lead to the bedroom and bathroom.

Constance was awakened this morning by the hard thrusting of someone’s hands on her shoulders. She felt weight pressed against her waist… a familiar person’s perfume finding her nose. Out of reflex, she grabbed the arms that held her twisting the person above her up and over her body and the couch slamming them to the ground above where her head once laid. Constance’s training was perfect leading her to pull the person onto their stomach and twist their right arm back. “Vanissa! I warned you never to try and sexually harass me when I’m sleeping!” Yes, the person Constance had pinned to the ground was none other then her sister. Constance was now on top of Vanissa from behind wearing only a set of gray, plain panties and a white tank top.

Vanissa withered beneath Constance whimpering in pain and submission. “I needed to wake you up! I need your help!” Vanissa was already dressed for the day. Winter wear corduroy pants of Christmas Green and a Christmas red sweater on her well proportioned top half. “Minea called into work yesterday! We gotta go see her she never calls into work!”

As much as she didn’t want to, Constance released Vanissa from her signature hold. She pushed lightly on Vanissa’s back to make sure she didn’t come up to fast. Constance moved over to her duffle bag behind the couch digging out some basic, civilian wear for the day. “Fine. You’re lucky that I do not report to the facility until tonight for the night exercises.” Constance spoke to her drawing out a simple pair of jeans and a white under shirt from her bag. “Let me get a shower and we’ll go.”

The car ride to the area of the diner was quiet between the sisters. Vanissa’s driving seemed to remind Constance of an old woman behind the wheel after just having surgery to remove both her thumbs. The soldier leaned back in the passenger seat staring drearily out the car window. {Glucose, do you copy?} She spoke telepathically to her partner in crime. {Where are you and what’s the word on the microphone I set in the Admiral’s Office?}

In the diner, in the corner opposite of the bathroom, a young man sat refreshed for his day of work. An old Earth News Reporter Hat rested on the table in front of him with his pair of black leather gloves. Dread locks stayed well placed away from his face. Chocolate skin was illuminated by the dawn sun as it splashed through the open window besides him. A snug fitting, dark green turtle neck rested on his torso down to his wrists, tucked into a pair of khaki pants with a dark brown belt. His hand drifted down lifting up a cup of steaming coffee to his blush lips, his other hand holding onto a thick, old book. This man’s name is Malakai Lian. His call sign when on mission or being communicated by his partner was Glucose, due to his love of hard candy. {Well, nothing has come from the Admiral yet.} He responded telepathically to Constance. {A lot of moaning, panting, and foreplay when his secretary goes in there.} Malakai smiled when Ethel approached refilling his cup. “Thank you, miss. Can I put an order of scrambled eggs in, please?” Ethel nodded to the young man turning off in another direction. {As for where I am, I am in your sister’s diner right now watching a large number of TSAB officers and mages become stressed out since one of the older waitresses told them a certain Princess wouldn’t be in here.}
Constance readjusted her self on the passenger’s seat. Glancing at her nervous sister then back out the window she continued her conversation. {Keep an ear on what they’re talking about. Try to buddy up with some of them. Particularly keep an ear open for anything about Alexandria Damuel.}

{I’ve been hearing a lot of whispering about Alexandria from these fine TSAB Employees. Particularly, about our former friend whom you injured here last week. Of course, it was no accident him falling from the window.}

Constance sat up on her seat as the car came to pull up in front of a towering condominium building. {Good, keep up listening for anything else.} She glanced over at Vanissa who was in a panic run for the front door to the lobby of the building. Constance almost felt bad for the distressed way her sister was acting over a fifteen year old girl, but she recalled the bruises on the photographs and that rekindled her reasoning for why she was targeting the Damuels more then the Admiral to begin with. A quick word at the front desk and the Lantus sisters were in the elevator going to the top floor. (Why is it that evil people always want to be on the top floor of places?)

The entire journey to the top floor in the elevator had Vanissa pacing back and forth in the small confines of the elevator booth. Her hands played with one another then went back focusing on her beautiful green hair. The final ding registered in her ear and the woman turned running face first into the sliding doors before they even opened. This response made Constance snicker at the sight of the grown woman. When the doors gave Vanissa her chance to leave, she rushed out with her hands covering her bleeding nose. Constance came up form the rear following Vanissa as she checked each door for the right number. When she found the place she was looking for, Vanissa stopped dead raising her hand to frantically knock against the metal; and Constance leaned over pressing the call button on the side.

The time spent waiting to see if anyone would answer was ominous and nerve wracking on Vanissa; Constance waited without a worry or care it seemed. The steel door slid to the door allowing entrée to those who outside but not before passing the gate keeper; Judas. The dragon man stood glaring past red eyes at the two women. His tall stature appeared bigger then he normally was with his wings wrapped down around his torso. His lips never moved to speak; he only stood there waiting for some response from the two women.

“Is… Is Minea home?” Vanissa managed to squeak out moving behind Constance for safety incase the familiar decided to lash out at them. Constance slipped her hands down into the pockets of her jeans; her head tilting back glancing at her sister. Both of them looked at each other then past Judas as a familiar voice rang out.

“Judas? Is that Vanissa at the door?” Minea asked hobbling towards the front door. Minea looked like she just was out of bed; her hair in pig tails and messy, a long bed shirt down to her knees, a cast over her right foot, and a wondrous look set to her face. “What are you doing here?” The feline girl came with in the frame work of the door, her hands pressing to Judas’ belly shooing her away from the frightened woman and calm woman. “It’s okay, Judas. This is my boss and her sister.” Minea’s tail twitched beneath the long shirt then fell lazily behind her. “It’s okay.”

Judas glanced once more at the two women then abruptly turned away setting him self standing in front of the back window of the living room. Minea shook her head at her sister’s familiar. She waved the two adults into her home then pushing a button to close the door once they past. Vanissa and Constance made their way following behind Minea as she led them to the brown, leather couch. Constance sat down first crossing her left ankle resting down onto her right knee. Vanissa took a seat besides her younger step sibling resting her hands, palms flat, against her knees. Minea winced lightly dropping down into a recliner next to the couch; hands grasping onto her cast covered foot.

Judas looked up from his stare out the window to watch Minea. Silent foot steps took him into the kitchen away from the sights of the two women and Minea. Running water, pots being moved, and cabinets opening and closing were but a few of the sounds that left the kitchen. What was he preparing now that he heard Minea’s mumble of pain?

Vanissa whimpered staring at her beloved future wife. She wanted to reach out and cradle (fondle) Minea but with Constance and that big brute so close by she knew better then to do that. Vanissa leaned forward resting her arms onto her legs and bringing her hands together. A nervous tone filled her voice as she spoke. “Minea, how did you get hurt? I came to see you because you’ve never once called into work before.” Her hands split apart coming to smooth down her red sweater.

Minea glanced over to the kitchen. Judas was always so kind to her even when Alexandria wasn’t. “I tripped on the steps at the facility and cracked my foot. Nothing bad.” She lied rubbing her fingers against the hard material of the cast. Her tail slid about from beneath the shirt curling along her waist. Chestnut eyes took in the sight of Constance and Vanissa, even if they wouldn’t say it, Minea knew they didn’t believe her. Her ears twitched as she continued. “It’ll just be a week and I’ll be back at work so don’t worry.”

Vanissa shook her head lightly. She wouldn’t pressure the girl to tell her the truth yet, but at some point she would have to. “Say… Who’s that guy? I thought you only lived with your mother and your sister.” Vanissa questioned glancing over her shoulder at the kitchen then back to Minea. “Does your sister bring strange men home to stay here or something?”

Constance’s mouth fell open wide at the question, quickly smacking her older sister on the shoulder for such a rude comment. Constance knew well of Alexandria’s familiar. Much of the information given to her before the mission was to commence detailed everything from day to day life to people that Alexandria and Celesti came in contact with.

“That’s Judas. He’s Alexandria’s familiar.” She responded to Vanissa. Her hands went to cover her mouth giggling when she saw what Constance did. It was an amusing site to behold watching the younger sister corrects the older sister. Once she realized it was Constance she was giggling at, Minea covered her blushing cheeks. It was odd; she didn’t feel embarrassed being front of either of them in what she was wearing. This was her sleep wear after all and not something she considered erotic or embarrassing nude. But, coming to realize she was in the same room with one of her crushes, while in her underwear, she subconsciously began to pull her long shirt down further on her legs. “Well, you two can stay for tea but you can’t for too long. Mother doesn’t like people over at all.”

Vanissa saw this as the perfect chance. Her eyes narrowed as a sparkle came to shine in her eyes. “That’s fine! Now! Let me see your room!” She announced quickly leaping to her feet. She glanced around the living room then sped off to the hallways on the north end of the living room; these had to be the bedrooms and water closet! Minea couldn’t move fast enough to stop her, with her foot hurting, and it in a cast, she couldn’t barely move anyway! “Vanissa don’t you dare!” She shouted clambering to her feet and stumbling after her boss.

Constance was left alone for now in the living room. Her thoughts went to the case, and soon her thoughts would be shared with her partner. {How are things going, Malakai?} She sent the telepathic thought out. Her arms crossed over her bosom, her legs switching the way they were crossed.

{Plenty of information. I was able to become friends with a few young gentlemen sitting near me. Interesting photo collection they have. Seems your sister has been selling rather candid shots of her employee in the dressing room. Some would even bring her and these young gentlemen in for quite some time in the Brig. Not to mention, one of these gentlemen showed me laminated panties that Minea supposedly wore, and told me he has old outfits she dressed in at home.} Malakai sipped his coffee while listening to the three TSAB agents yammer on about this and that about Minea. {Plenty of stories I can tell you about her, but more importantly is the stories dealing with Minea and her sister. Constance, are we dealing with a child abuse case here?}

{Yes. But that isn’t our focus.} Constance pushed her hands near her head pressing her index fingers to her temples. Malakai always had a soft spot for abuse cases even if it wasn’t their job, and this soft spot usually created unneeded troubles.

{No child deserves to be abused, Constance, if we have evidence to remove Minea from her current situation we should do it.} Malakai smiled at the three men waving to them as they left the diner. He could taste the tension in the air as more and more of the TSAB Officers left without seeing Minea. It was almost amusing how addicted people could get to their “idols of worship”.

{Yes, I know these things. But, we must also realize that one girl doesn’t outweigh the deaths or possible deaths of many. We have a job we need to finish. Once it is over, we’ll give the information over to child services and go from there. Stay on the ball, Malakai.} Constance was growing concerned over the severity that her partner was taking this sudden change of attitude. She wanted to help the girl out, not just for Vanissa but for other reasons. Helping her, though, would ruin any chances of uncovering if Celesti is one of those responsible for the disappearances or not.

{Wait… Alexandria just came in.}

{What? From what our information said she doesn’t even know where Minea works.}

{I know, I’ll get closer and keep a watch on her.}

Dear Diary March 29th

Today was exhausting. I was told by Mother and Alexandria that I wasn’t allowed the leave the house. Judas was left to care for me and to make sure I didn’t. This wasn’t a problem since he always took good care of me despite how Alexandria treats me. Today would have been fine how it was but Vanissa and Constance came over.

It didn’t occur to me that I was only in a shirt and panties until after a while of them being here. I didn’t care about Vanissa but… To have Constance see me like that felt so weird. I was embarrassed that a girl I liked was seeing me so close to being naked! I almost wished she might have done something, but with Vanissa and Judas there I doubt anything would have wound up like those magazines I read at the comic book store I went into the other day.

Vanissa insisted she go into my room, with my foot in a cast I couldn’t very well stop her. She fussed and searched over my room… Looking at the holographic photos on my wall. She got mad that I had more pictures of Signum then of her but that doesn’t matter. I’ll be Signum’s wife some day, not hers. I think she stole a few pair of my panties form the hamper but I’m not entirely sure. Once I managed to shoo her out, Judas gave me my medication and the four of us had some tea before I told them it was time to go. Vanissa cried the entire time that I walked the two of them to the door. I swear, she’s almost in her thirties and she acts like that red girl that I wrote about that is around Signum. A total child!

A warm, sunny day, a vast lush garden and the sound of birds chirping.
A fountain with a stone sculpture in its center, flowed with water that glittered with the sun's rays.
Not too far from it, was a tree provinding shade to three people, two children and a young girl...

One at the left and the other at the right, the children sat by the young girl as she read them a book.
"...and the young knight stood in front of her, protecting her, while bravely holding his sword against the monster."
The children captivatingly listened to her narration. "And then?" the boy asked.
"Let me just turn the page..." She replied gently.

Just then, they heard the gates open and a chariot came in.
"Ah, papa and mama!" the little girl said excited, getting up.
"Shall we go greet them?" She asked the children.
"Yes!" The children said together.

She stands up and turns to the boy.
"Ewan-sama, care to carry the book for me?" She leaned over, presenting him with the book.
"Yes!" He gladly took it.

Holding hands, the three walked through the garden, to the front of the mansion.
A man and a woman stood by the chariot as the servants carried the luggage to the mansion.
"Papa! Mama" The little girl ran to them.
"Miria~" The woman kneeled and embraced her daughter.

"Milord, Milady, how was your trip?" She calmly walked to them.
"Took longer than expected, but there were no complications." The man replied, loosening his collar.
"I see, that good to hear."
"Maren, thank you for taking care of our children." The woman looked at her with a smile, "I hope they didn't cause any trouble for you."
"Not at all, Milady. They both behaved quite exceptionally while you were out." She smiled as well.
"That's always good to hear." She got up, taking her daughter's hand.

"Ewan, did you guard the house as I told you to?" The father said as he messed up his son's hair.
"Yes, Father!" He said proudly.
"Heh, that's my boy." He grinned.
Maren giggled, "Ewan-sama insisted in protecting us since the day you left."
"That's because..." The father paused and turned to his son.
Ewan understood and continued, "Men are supposed to protect girls!" He proudly hit his chest as he said that.

"Ewan is quite attached to his little sister, and Maren too." The mother added. "Ne, Miria?" She said playfully at her daughter.
"Eheh~" She looked at her mother with a smile.

"Ah..." Maren suddenly wakes up. "A...dream?"
At her left she saw Koji, "You're awake?" she asks him.
"More like...didn't sleep at all..." He turned to face her, with exhausted eyes.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have..." Maren appologized.
"Haha..." he tried to laugh, "Don't blame yourself...Yui is here too." He pointed at Yui, still sleeping.

Then, the bedroom's door opens and Hayate comes in, "Koji-kun time to ge-ah..."
"Gah!" Koji let out surprised.
Maren blinked, "Good morning, Commander Yagami." She said quite calmly.

Hayate looked at them, then turned around, "I see you're busy, I'll come back later..." and left.
"H-Hayate-senpai...this isn't..." He tried to explain. "She left..."
Maren looked at him, "Is something wrong?"
"Aha...hahaha..." He tittered, "It won't be long until the rumor spreads..." He sighed.
"?" Maren blinked.

Background Lecture of TSAB Armed Force

Over the years, the Bureau has taken several worlds under it's administration. Out of all these worlds, two of them were famed for their huge contributions to the cause of the Bureau.

Being the center of all of the Bureau's activities, Midchilda is the most technologically advanced Civilization of the modern era. They have the leading scholars in all fields of studies, especially magic, and they provide the Bureau with all of it's state-of-the-art facilities and Intelligences.

It's unique astrological position in the dimensional space allows it to be the trading hub of the multiverse. Hence it also has a wide variety of different cultures.

However, Midchilda is not the main supplier of the TSAB department of defense. In the year 0035, the Bureau made contact with another civilization, one with an almost similar technological level as Midchilda.

Spoiler for Seraphim's long-ass background:

Known as the Kingdom of Seraphim, they runs on the old feudal system which Midchilda had abandon hundreds of years ago. Though having an Emperor, much of the kingdom's power has also been spread across several Noble Houses. What had attracted the Bureau to them was their Historical records of a galactic wide war that had taken place about a hundred and fifty years ago.

Back then, the planet Seraphim was at war with the other worlds in their dimension for reasons that were long forgotten. But despite the overwhelming odds, they were able to not only repel the invaders, but turn the tables on them and completely captured their homeworlds.

After a Fifty year war, the Kingdom had occupied the entire solar system, crushing and assimilating their cultures. Knowing that the emperor couldn't control all those worlds by himself, he has allocated a number of them to the Noble houses, decreeing the head of the houses to be the Viceroys.

When the Bureau made contact with their Emperor, there were mixed feelings throughout the Noble Houses.

Of all of the Houses, six of them were known to be the strongest, and most influential in terms of politics, science, arts and military. They are:

- House Atreides
- House Vermilion
- House Ordos
- House Sinclairion
- House Harkonnen
- House Cerulean

On one side, a number of Houses sees the alliance with Midchilda and the Bureau as an opportunity to advance their technology to greater heights. With Magic as a free source of energy, much that couldn't be achieved years ago would now be within reach.

The Arch-duke of Atreides, the High-Count of Vermilion, and the Grand-Earl of Cerulean were the strongest supporters of this faction.

On the other side, there were Houses that view this so-called 'treaty' as a conspiracy by the Bureau to launch an invasion of their Kingdom when they had disarmed all of their 'conventional' weapons. They strongly opposed this alliance.

The Great-Baron of Harkonnen, the Marquess of Ordos and the Viscounts from the Order of Dalmar (an alliance of many smaller houses), were very outspoken about it, to the point of even considering a first strike against Midchilda

(Though it was speculated that the real reason why House Ordos were against the alliance was because the Bureau would have issued a massive crackdown on their illegal smuggling business and other shifty activities that is responsible for an estimated 50% of the House's total income.)

In the end though, it was the smallest of the six great Houses that won the favor of the Emperor. The eternal child Prince of Sinclairion, Loki Sinclairion, has convinced the Emperor to agree to the trading deal with Midchilda, yet remain neutral with the decision to incorporate magic completely into their technology. Instead, he allows the individual Houses to make their choice on whether a not they wish to ally themselves with the TSAB.

With this, the Emperor would have the technology of Magic, yet retaining their massive armament of Conventional, Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological weapons. Because despite everything, the Houses were still fiercely loyal to the Emperor.

However, now the two sides of the kingdom have entered a cold war for the last couple of years. Despite out numbering House Harkonnen, the allies of Midchilda were very wary of it's military capabilities, And the Dalmar order is not to be underestimated as well...

As expected, the Ordors will not stand by with them. Instead, they are engaged in a war with House Sinclairion, after they have stolen something valuable from the Prince.

(It is to be added that on the TSAB side of things, there are people who do not agree with this alliance as well. Certain individuals feel that getting into the messy world of Seraphim's politics would do more harm than good for the Bureau...)

Seraphim's New Military


Unlike Midchilda, the scientists and engineers of Seraphim are much more crafty and innovative.

When the cartridge system was officially allowed for military purposes, House Vermilion began mass producing billions of cartridges in many shapes and sizes. These cartridges were used to store additional magic power to use in their armored units.

But the magic stored in those cartridges needed to be shaped into workable spells, if not they would be nothing more than energy. That's when the Atreides came up with the Spellcrafter.

Working on the already existing technology of Devices, House Atreides created an artificial system that is a stripped down version of an Intelligence device, and does the job alot quicker.

What the crafter does is that it takes the magic stored in the cartridge, and automatically shape it into a single spell. The spell of which the crafter creates varies from different machines and is programed before being installed. This simply system make use of the ID's ability to create it's own spell, yet reduce it's workload and decision-making function by only giving it a single option. Hence the production cost is much more managable on an industrial scale.

(The technology requires only minimal amount of magic to operate. Basically, anyone who can turn on a staff, can operate a tank)

The combine efforts of the two houses provides the TSAB with machines that were unrivaled in their field.

And finally, manpower. It's came as quite a surprise to the TSAB when they discovered that a huge percentage of Seraphim's populance have rather reasonable amount of magicial potential. After launching a massive campaign, the Earl was able to convince a staggering number of people to be enlisted as mages in the Bureau, making House Cerulean one of the three Legendary Admirals' best friend.

Chaos, you've practically created a BattleTech/Mechwarrior scenario right smack in the middle of the TSAB! Just the right stuff to turn messy and stay messy for a millenia at least.

But I guess it isn't supposed to be resolved. Ya know, with this addition, I'm sure we can launch a NanoHammer 40K Online MMORPG using the storyline extensions of the NanohaHammer 40K RTS...

Problem is, I've no time. I can't even squeeze in the time to update the timeline for 2 days now. Homework sux! -_-

He'll be involved in I-n's during episodes 19 onwards. Though his role is not as prominent as the Phantom Squad, Mabiko, and the others, he'll be helping a lot in mass eradication of several Einsts. Plus, this makes a lovely chance to use Buster Phoenix!(perhaps to strike down a Regissuer or two. Or maybe wipe out wipe out hundreds of Einsts in a single salvo.) And introduce the yet defective Tyrfing.

Of course, the Brevis and Cressida gets the dibs on Alfimi/Alchimie with their Beowulf Riese and Rein Weiss Teufel. Liana, Vinson and Barabus facing off against some new antagonists, eventually getting Suzaku SeiryuuOh and Genbu ByakkoOh... And after that, the big bad boss will most likely be handled by the Phantoms, Mabiko and David(Bronzion Hammer is almost a must if I ever bring out ***** Regissuer). Barabus might also temporarily get back his Ultimate form if I'm lucky enough. (Mabiko/David-level HAXX material)

However, Midchilda is not the main supplier of the TSAB department of defense. In the year 0035, the Bureau made contact with another civilization, one with an almost similar technological level as Midchilda.

Known as the Kingdom of Seraphim, they runs on the old feudal system which Midchilda had abandon hundreds of years ago. Though having an Emperor, much of the kingdom's power has also been spread across several Noble Houses. What had attracted the Bureau to them was their Historical records of a galactic wide war that had taken place about a hundred and fifty years ago.

Back then, the planet Seraphim was at war with the other worlds in their dimension for reasons that were long forgotten. But despite the overwhelming odds, they were able to not only repel the invaders, but turn the tables on them and completely captured their homeworlds.

After a Fifty year war, the Kingdom had occupied the entire solar system, crushing and assimilating their cultures. Knowing that the emperor couldn't control all those worlds by himself, he has allocated a number of them to the Noble houses, decreeing the head of the houses to be the Viceroys.

When the Bureau made contact with their Emperor, there were mixed feelings throughout the Noble Houses.

Of all of the Houses, six of them were known to be the strongest, and most influential in terms of politics, science, arts and military. They are:

- House Atreides
- House Vermilion
- House Ordos
- House Sinclairion
- House Harkonnen
- House Cerulean

On one side, a number of Houses sees the alliance with Midchilda and the Bureau as an opportunity to advance their technology to greater heights. With Magic as a free source of energy, much that couldn't be achieved years ago would now be within reach.

The Arch-duke of Atreides, the High-Count of Vermilion, and the Grand-Earl of Cerulean were the strongest supporters of this faction.

On the other side, there were Houses that view this so-called 'treaty' as a conspiracy by the Bureau to launch an invasion of their Kingdom when they had disarmed all of their 'conventional' weapons. They strongly opposed this alliance.

The Great-Baron of Harkonnen, the Marquess of Ordos and the Viscounts from the Order of Dalmar (an alliance of many smaller houses), were very outspoken about it, to the point of even considering a first strike against Midchilda

(Though it was speculated that the real reason why House Ordos were against the alliance was because the Bureau would have issued a massive crackdown on their illegal smuggling business and other shifty activities that is responsible for an estimated 50% of the House's total income.)

In the end though, it was the smallest of the six great Houses that won the favor of the Emperor. The eternal child Prince of Sinclairion, Loki Sinclairion, has convinced the Emperor to agree to the trading deal with Midchilda, yet remain neutral with the decision to incorporate magic completely into their technology. Instead, he allows the individual Houses to make their choice on whether a not they wish to ally themselves with the TSAB.

With this, the Emperor would have the technology of Magic, yet retaining their massive armament of Conventional, Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological weapons. Because despite everything, the Houses were still fiercely loyal to the Emperor.

However, now the two sides of the kingdom have entered a cold war for the last couple of years. Despite out numbering House Harkonnen, the allies of Midchilda were very wary of it's military capabilities, And the Dalmar order is not to be underestimated as well...

As expected, the Ordors will not stand by with them. Instead, they are engaged in a war with House Sinclairion, after they have stolen something valuable from the Prince.

(It is to be added that on the TSAB side of things, there are people who do not agree with this alliance as well. Certain individuals feel that getting into the messy world of Seraphim's politics would do more harm than good for the Bureau...)

Seraphim's New Military


Unlike Midchilda, the scientists and engineers of Seraphim are much more crafty and innovative.

When the cartridge system was officially allowed for military purposes, House Vermilion began mass producing billions of cartridges in many shapes and sizes. These cartridges were used to store additional magic power to use in their armored units.

But the magic stored in those cartridges needed to be shaped into workable spells, if not they would be nothing more than energy. That's when the Atreides came up with the Spellcrafter.

Working on the already existing technology of Devices, House Atreides created an artificial system that is a stripped down version of an Intelligence device, and does the job alot quicker.

What the crafter does is that it takes the magic stored in the cartridge, and automatically shape it into a single spell. The spell of which the crafter creates varies from different machines and is programed before being installed. This simply system make use of the ID's ability to create it's own spell, yet reduce it's workload and decision-making function by only giving it a single option. Hence the production cost is much more managable on an industrial scale.

(The technology requires only minimal amount of magic to operate. Basically, anyone who can turn on a staff, can operate a tank)

The combine efforts of the two houses provides the TSAB with machines that were unrivaled in their field.

And finally, manpower. It's came as quite a surprise to the TSAB when they discovered that a huge percentage of Seraphim's populance have rather reasonable amount of magicial potential. After launching a massive campaign, the Earl was able to convince a staggering number of people to be enlisted as mages in the Bureau, making House Cerulean one of the three Legendary Admirals' best friend.

The reason why these appear in OC thread is because they were produced too late by another of Scagletti's colleagues, and so never saw action in canon. But attacking the other facilities directly would force them out of their stasis for a real challenge to everyone.

He is also aware that he has 2 siblings, but do not know who they are.

Although not an Inherent Skill, his brain, which is apparently affected by Uno’s improved mental reflexes as a cyborg, is said to be an almost Flawless Mind, able to calculate, judge, decide and act out things far beyond regular human limitations. He can apparently think up 10 different scenarios in a split-second, and he can remember every line of every page of every book he's read just once.

His name, Zerria, is not his actual given name. His real name is apparently sealed by Jail Scaglietti, as a kind of ‘unknown factor.’ He himself too is aware of this factor, because despite his cold, proud and calculated nature, there is something inside him that is…passionate.

- A special computer in the shape of a watch that is capable of inputting extremely complex equations and creates a spatial field from it. It can decompose and disintegrate any form of magic, so long as the watch is inputted with a negative-equation of that particular magical spell. This is an almost impossible act for normal people during actual combat to calculate the magical equation from the act itself and create a negative formula to negate it, but for Zerria, it is possible, even if hard, due to his genius mind.

~Inherent Drone: Type-Stigma: Cerberus~



- A drone made especially for Zerria on his 11th birthday by an unknown coughfathercough benefactor. A three-headed dog-shaped drone, despite not having reversed-engineered Jewel Seed as a power-source, its abilities are superior compared to Type-3s, comparable to a B- rank mage without AMF, and comparable to an A- rank with AMF. It’s main abilities is that it is 100% undetectable on any radar whatsoever while possessing great maneuverability and speed, especially in urban terrains, and along with its AMF hindering flight-speed, it is mainly a drone for escape purposes with a decent degree of combat ability.

Born of Uno and Scaglietti, just as he was the only male of the 3 children of the original 3’s genetic offspring, he too is the only one without any sort of legit magical combat powers. However, on the other hand, he’s the one with the thickest blood of Al-Hazard running in him, proven by his utmost desire, dreams and ambitions on both a physical scale and a philosophical scale, it’s almost scary. A Renaissance-class genius, he excels at all degrees of studies, from biological studies to law. He is the type that continues to improve his own philosophy and approach of things by amalgaming everything he’s absorbed, and as a result, he’s come to be deeply fascinated by the concept of perfection. However, unlike his more emotionally charged father, his personality is closer to the mother’s side, retaining a very calm, calculated, expression, which is mixed with his father’s twistedness, and intellect, thus creating an extremely charismatic personality, that knows how to mix business with pleasure without leaning too much to either, and can make rational and acute judgments even in the most dire of situations.

He makes up for his magical combat inability through utmost understanding of the human psychology and the nature of magic, alongside the principal of ‘never dirtying his own hands.’ For example, the clothes he wears, the cologne he uses, exhumes to the surrounding air a very minor degree of medicinal fumes which creates a sense of nervousness, alongside color imaging among other minor aspects that creates conditional situations to be easily manipulated, or if necessary, hypnotized. Although due to the fact that his hypnotism skills, and such are derived from non-standard regular mind games without any reliance on magic or technology whatsoever, its effects on strong-willed people are limited, though it’s generally more than enough for him to make an escape and if facing a single enemy, killed with his expertise of human bodies and veins to the point where he can choke people to death easily with 2 fingers in several seconds. He is also a great actor and a master of disguise of non-magical approaches, using medicines and chemicals self-made.

His general belief is that TSAB puts too much reliance on magic-technology and civilization to the point where they ignore the subtle things that sometimes makes up for lack of power. On the other hand, he respects people whom despite their limits, seek to overcome by whatever means necessary and also people who knows how to make the best of everything they possess be it magic, conventional technology or nothing at all.

Although he knows nothing about his father, having his memories of the past sealed on purpose, he looks up to him and respects him highly, because he can tell from his own existence that his greed is fueled by something inside of him that was spawned from his father. He is also aware that he has 2 siblings, but do not know who they are.

Although not an Inherent Skill, his brain, which is apparently affected by Uno’s improved mental reflexes as a cyborg, is said to be an almost Flawless Mind, able to calculate, judge, decide and act out things far beyond regular human limitations. He can apparently think up 10 different scenarios in a split-second, and he can remember every line of every page of every book he's read just once.

His name, Zerria, is not his actual given name. His real name is apparently sealed by Jail Scaglietti, as a kind of ‘unknown factor.’ He himself too is aware of this factor, because despite his cold, proud and calculated nature, there is something inside him that is…passionate.

- A special computer in the shape of a watch that is capable of inputting extremely complex equations and creates a spatial field from it. It can decompose and disintegrate any form of magic, so long as the watch is inputted with a negative-equation of that particular magical spell. This is an almost impossible act for normal people during actual combat to calculate the magical equation from the act itself and create a negative formula to negate it, but for Zerria, it is possible, even if hard, due to his genius mind.

~Inherent Drone: Type-Stigma: Cerberus~



- A drone made especially for Zerria on his 11th birthday by an unknown coughfathercough benefactor. A three-headed dog-shaped drone, despite not having reversed-engineered Jewel Seed as a power-source, its abilities are superior compared to Type-3s, comparable to a B- rank mage without AMF, and comparable to an A- rank with AMF. It’s main abilities is that it is 100% undetectable on any radar whatsoever while possessing great maneuverability and speed, especially in urban terrains, and along with its AMF hindering flight-speed, it is mainly a drone for escape purposes with a decent degree of combat ability.

“ERWs”

Clotho Buer, Shani Andras and Orga Sabnak are the three “Biological CPUs” assigned to Jail Scaglietti’s elite personal unit. Their personal data has been erased from every record, even Scaglietti’s own files. No one except for Uno, Due, Tre, Cinque and Scaglietti himself knows about their existence.

The three Biological CPUs are part of a different Artificial Mage project than the regular Living Relic Weapons project that creates Relic-enhanced artificial mages. Gwendolyn, Iris, Natalia, Gaia, Ashelyn, Oswald and Krynu were part of the Living Relic Weapons project. This different project, called Extended Relic Weapons, combines Scaglietti’s research from different Artificial Mage projects as well as Sentou Kijin, creating Living Relic Weapons with Sentou Kijin technology.

The Extended Relic Weapons are artificially created humans who had biotechnological modifications and were mentally conditioned to eliminate their sense of fear and increase their aggression in combat. However, they are still mostly human and they grew up like regular humans (much like Subaru and Ginga), unlike the Numbers who are mostly composed of mechanical parts. Later, the subjects are artificially enhanced with Relics, which function as their additional power source.

For this combination of Sentou Kijin technology and Relics to work, the subjects are given regular doses of the performance-enhancing drug “Gamma Glipheptin.” The drug has a negative effect on the subjects’ mental stability and causes them to behave in undesirable ways during battle whenever the drug wears off. The drug also has a brief duration, and the subjects are left incapacitated with severe withdrawal symptoms as their nervous systems begin to collapse without regular doses. Their loyalty to Scaglietti is guaranteed by their addiction to Gamma Glipheptin.

The combination of both projects yielded good results, but in a very small scale. The subjects who could not keep up with progress or were not competitive enough were discarded. In the end, very few test subjects remained.

With both Inherent Skills and Relic-powered special abilities, the Extended Relic Weapons are formidable opponents in battle. Their power, speed, reflexes, and abilities surpass those of the Aces of the TSAB and also those of the Numbers, all thanks to the special performance-enhancing drug they are addicted to. However, because of this drug, they can only fight for very short periods of time before having to go back to headquarters for another dose.


~Inherent Skills VS Relic Abilities~
Inherent Skills work similar to those of the Numbers. The subjects were practically born with the ability to use these skills, like the Numbers, and thus these skills are very stable and can be used regularly without any consequence.

Relic Abilities, however, are very different. Relics are ancient artifacts containing pieces of technology far greater than that of the current civilization. As such, Relics provide extremely powerful, useful, and/or unique abilities, but ones that cannot be used frequently. With their constant/reckless use, these abilities have a tendency to become very unstable and even backfire, endangering the user’s life. Their reliability also depends on the Relics’ Activation Level. Because of this, Relic Abilities, while being powerful, are not to be relied upon.

~Relics’ Activation Level~
Relic Abilities are very unstable if used recklessly, and thus it is recommended that users do not “activate” their Relics beyond certain power levels. At lower levels of activation Relic Abilities have proven to be very stable, while at high levels of activation the users will most likely lose control over them. However, the success rate depends a lot on luck and how the abilities are used; if the abilities are used in a way they were not intended to be used, their probability of backfiring will increase a lot. Drastically changing other parameters, such as distance, area of effect, and number of targets, also affect the outcome.


~Appearance: Barrier Jackets~
All three wear similarly styled black Barrier Jackets, with matching visors.

While the Barrier Jackets are similar to those used by other mages, their visors have some very useful functions, such as zooming, night vision, and infrared vision, to mention a few, though most of these functions are used only by Orga, as the others find them “useless.”

Gives the user’s body ultra high kinetic force and movement, enabling him to possess inhuman reflexes and movement speed. (The speed is not as fast as Sonic Move.) When in use, Ride Impulse generates energy wings from ankles, knees, and wrists. This Skill is similar to the one used by Tre.

~Relic Ability – Vulture Imitation~
Gives the user a vulture’s instincts, with which he can predict and anticipate the opponent’s movements and actions. This power of precognition only allows the user to predict from one to four seconds into the future.


The talkative and quarrelsome Clotho is constantly arguing with his teammates, and he likes to shout out video game-inspired battle cries as he fights. Between missions he spends his time playing a portable game system.

In battle, Clotho specializes in Belkan magic-enhanced attacks with his flail-type Armed Device, Mjolnir. His secondary devices, two Blaze Bolters, which he uses mainly for distraction, are mini cannons mounted on each of his wrists that fire magical bullets.

With his Relic Ability, Vulture Imitation, Clotho has a huge advantage over his opponents. At lower levels of the Relic’s activation Clotho is able to predict to up to 2 seconds into the future, and at high levels of activation his power of precognition allows him to predict to up to 4 seconds into the future.

At high levels of activation, Clotho also displays some shape shifting features, further imitating a real vulture. Aside from his 4 seconds of prediction, his speed and reflexes further increase, and when combined with his IS Ride Impulse his speed surpasses that of Sonic Move; however, unlike Sonic Move users, he possesses reflexes to match his speed. Such a combination, however, strains his body a lot, and may endanger his life.

Ability to materialize the scythe’s blade and also to allow the user to control the trajectory and movement of the blades in flight. This Skill is similar to the one used by Sette.

~Relic Ability – Mirage Colloid~
It is an experimental synthetic particles system. Shani uses it primarily to create movable special shields that deflect energy beams (both magical and overtechnological). The shields can also deflect various other spells. Shani can also use the particles system for stealth; the particles bend electromagnetic waves around them, rendering the user almost invisible to both visual and electronic detection. When Mirage Colloid is used for stealth, it cannot be used as shields at the same time.


The antisocial Shani prefers to fight alone without his teammates interfering, and between missions he puts on his headphones and blocks out the outside world by listening to music, preferably rock and techno.

In battle, Shani uses a combination of scythe-based attacks and energy beams. His Intelligent Device, Deathscythe Hell, works hand-in-hand with his IS, Blood Crescent, which materializes the device’s blade that Shani uses as projectiles, and allows him to control the trajectory and movement of the blades in plain flight. He also often imbues the blades with energy for added power.

Shani uses his energy beams in conjunction with his Relic Ability, Mirage Colloid, allowing him to redirect the beams in middle of flight to a certain extent, firing beams in form of ‘arcs’.

Shani primarily uses Mirage Colloid to create special shields that deflect incoming energy beams and some spells. At lower levels of the Relic’s activation the shields are only able to deflect energy beams and spells, but at high levels of activation Shani is able to control the shields better and even attempt to redirect the energy beams and spells back at the enemy, or to where he pleases.

Against other types of attacks, mainly physical bullets/projectiles, Shani will use regular magic barriers and shields.

Another use for Mirage Colloid is stealth. The particle system provides the user with invisibility of up to 80% effectiveness when at high levels of the Relic’s activation, making a translucent man. Mirage Colloid cannot be used to make reflective shields while being used for stealth, so this mode is primarily used for reconnaissance missions.

Working in conjunction with his devices, the Twin Busters, it allows the user to power both canons up at the same time with the amount of energy needed to power just one, basically duplicating his energy output. Also, it converts the inputted energy into high powered, non-magical beams. This Skill is similar to the one used by Dieci.

~Relic Ability – Full Burst Mode~
It is the ability to “lock” onto multiple targets, effectively increasing the user’s accuracy and awareness over the locked targets tenfold, and shoot several targets at once by splitting his energy beams, without much loss of power per beam.


Although he is effectively the leader of the trio, Orga’s tactics are reckless and aggressive, and unlike the others, he tends to provide help for his teammates in battle, although he often comes close to hitting his teammates with his heavy armament. He is also the only member of the team that cares about the welfare of the other two. Between missions, he usually passes the time reading paperback novels.

In battle, Orga specializes in bombardment with his two heavy cannons, each one similar to Dieci’s Enormous Cannon. His energy consumption in combat is the same as Dieci’s, though, thanks to his IS, Dual Heavy Buster. Orga is the definition of a “beam spammer,” employing various Mid-Childa bombardment spells, though most of the time he just…spam beams.

Orga is also able to combine both of his heavy cannons to form the Hyper Impulse Long-Range Buster Cannon, used primarily to destroy heavy armored vehicles, fortresses, or battleships. The power of each of this cannon’s shots is almost thee times that of Dieci’s Enormous Cannon, and combined with the fact that the beams are non-magical, Orga probably has the second most powerful single beam attack in Nanohaverse ((taking into account canon characters only)), second only to Nanoha’s Starlight Breaker.

In close combat he uses his Twin Busters to block incoming attacks and usually tries to keep his distance from the attacker to blast him away.

With his Relic Ability, Full Burst Mode, Orga can devastate entire armies in very little time. At lower levels of the Relic’s activation he can lock onto up to 50 targets and shoot up to 6 targets at once, while at high levels of activation he is able to lock onto up to 65,536 targets and shoot up to 12 targets at once.

~The Druggies and the OCverse~

Here are some ideas I have for these guys. The ideas will be pretty rough and are prone to change.

• The Druggies, as mentioned above, are Scaglietti’s elite personal unit. They will follow him wherever he goes from the shadows. They are under Scaglietti’s direct command and will fend off any direct attacks from OCs and also protect the several secret facilities Scaglietti has scattered around the planet.
• Since Scaglietti’s forces are almost destined to fall by the end of the series, so will these guys. Yes, unless Scaglietti somehow survives, these guys will have to die by the end of the series. The official reason is because they will not survive long without treatment or regular doses of the drug. The other reason is because they are meant to be killed by OCs, after an EPIC battle.
• But don’t expect these guys to fall to just any mage, or in any normal circumstance. If we take JUST canon characters and these three, these guys are more powerful than any of the characters right now. However, they are as beatable as Nanoha. These guys have h4xx abilities, but also plenty of weaknesses.
• Since these guys have to go by the end of the series, someone needs to kill them. I do not have any plans to have any of my other OCs kill even one of the druggies, so any of you can kill one of them. I would assume Kha would want to kill one. The other two could be defeated by Mai, Smith, Wesson, Keroko, Serge and his group, Isamu, even Saga and his Knights, or whoever else is involved. If I had to pick the matchups, I would say Orga vs Mai, Smith and Wesson (because Orga is S&W’s destined rival ), Shani vs Keroko (because it will be interesting how Keroko can get around Mirage Colloid), and Clotho vs Kha (a Belkan speed battle; power vs defense)... BUT, it can go any way, I dont mind. It all depends on the circumstances and how the events play out, after all. I would prefer the matchups to not be like the above, since it would be more interesting.
• If no one is able to beat them, either I may kill one myself, or have them survive to join Cygnus’ forces in OutcastS.

Then, the bedroom's door opens and Hayate comes in, "Koji-kun time to ge-ah..."

Maren blinked, "Good morning, Commander Yagami." She said quite calmly.

Hayate looked at them, then turned around, "I see you're busy, I'll come back later..." and left.
"H-Hayate-senpai...this isn't..." He tried to explain. "She left..."
Maren looked at him, "Is something wrong?"
"Aha...hahaha..." He tittered, "It won't be long until the rumor spreads..." He sighed.

At least, once they have mecha, Kha can match them better. It'll open up the chance for me to use Nana Mizuki's Lyrical Magic. :3 And it'll give the newly minted Cleric-knights, also Avatarions of great potential , a chance to cut their teeth against powerful opponents.

But the downfall is that it'll take a lot more OCs on one to destroy the Druggies.

The reason why these appear in OC thread is because they were produced too late by another of Scagletti's colleagues, and so never saw action in canon. But attacking the other facilities directly would force them out of their stasis for a real challenge to everyone.

Background Lecture of TSAB Armed Force

Over the years, the Bureau has taken several worlds under it's administration. Out of all these worlds, two of them were famed for their huge contributions to the cause of the Bureau.

Being the center of all of the Bureau's activities, Midchilda is the most technologically advanced Civilization of the modern era. They have the leading scholars in all fields of studies, especially magic, and they provide the Bureau with all of it's state-of-the-art facilities and Intelligences.

It's unique astrological position in the dimensional space allows it to be the trading hub of the multiverse. Hence it also has a wide variety of different cultures.

However, Midchilda is not the main supplier of the TSAB department of defense. In the year 0035, the Bureau made contact with another civilization, one with an almost similar technological level as Midchilda.

Unlike Midchilda, the scientists and engineers of Seraphim are much more crafty and innovative.

When the cartridge system was officially allowed for military purposes, House Vermilion began mass producing billions of cartridges in many shapes and sizes. These cartridges were used to store additional magic power to use in their armored units.

But the magic stored in those cartridges needed to be shaped into workable spells, if not they would be nothing more than energy. That's when the Atreides came up with the Spellcrafter.

Working on the already existing technology of Devices, House Atreides created an artificial system that is a stripped down version of an Intelligence device, and does the job alot quicker.

What the crafter does is that it takes the magic stored in the cartridge, and automatically shape it into a single spell. The spell of which the crafter creates varies from different machines and is programed before being installed. This simply system make use of the ID's ability to create it's own spell, yet reduce it's workload and decision-making function by only giving it a single option. Hence the production cost is much more managable on an industrial scale.

(The technology requires only minimal amount of magic to operate. Basically, anyone who can turn on a staff, can operate a tank)

The combine efforts of the two houses provides the TSAB with machines that were unrivaled in their field.

And finally, manpower. It's came as quite a surprise to the TSAB when they discovered that a huge percentage of Seraphim's populance have rather reasonable amount of magicial potential. After launching a massive campaign, the Earl was able to convince a staggering number of people to be enlisted as mages in the Bureau, making House Cerulean one of the three Legendary Admirals' best friend.
