Not really, they eat and sleep, it's not stated, and expected, unless stated otherwise, similiar you know character will use the restroom, just because you don't seem them use it, doesn't mean they don't need it.

Or maybe because no matter how fluffy it looks, it's bigger than an ox, and intelligent enough to speak, which means it's probably got magic powers to boot.

Maybe some passive skill like aura that cause fear for lower level enemy.

I realized the terrifying creature would end up actually being a cute animal, I just thought it would ens being a rabbit or bunny.

Episode 7

Fear the hamster. Lol everyone was so afraid of this overgrown hamster and are now seeing wisdom and power in it lol. And Momonga is super disappointed that the "Wise King of the Forest" is just a lousy hamster who got defeated with a level 1 move. And he wanted to spread his name far and wide by defeating it. It would have been so embarrassing if people started to know Ainz Ooal Gown as the person who defeated a hamster lol. Lol when Momonga was riding the hamster with everyone looking at him.
Well, it does confirm that there are things here from Yggdrasil. And this hamster was probably the one Momonga's guild member had back in Yggdrasil. Which probably means that everything, or at least most of the stuff, from Yggdrasil has been transferred to this world.

Enri used the item Momonga gave to summon goblins who are under her command. The villagers are starting to defend themselves by training with the bow and arrow.

Momonga giving out that red potion and Nabe mentioning Albedo's name, gave away Momonga's identity as Ainz Ooal Gown.

That crazy woman found her way to Nphi's house and will try to kill him. The party members will try to buy time. Will be interesting to see what comes out of Momonga's fight with her, if it ever happens.

the guild member's hamster was a real life pet not a virtual game pet.

They should've titled this episode "Flying Squirrel-sama meets Giant Hamster"
