Yeah, the extra episode is the only point in which Tomoyo wins.

In the series, she's meh at best.

I can see where the denial comes from, since Kotomi is actually moe.

Anyway, Konata must go down.

Ah well, Kotomi wasn't my kind of moe. Tomoyo rules in every moe-department for me, compared to the rest of the Clannad cast, that's why she's my favorite Clannad character after all

None of the Clannad girls really did it for me. But I'd have to go with Nagisa as my fave.

Sorry if I sound harsh. But you really can't compare Kotomi to Tomoyo in term of popularity.

After all, Tomoyo is the most popular girl in Clannad and the sole heroine of Key's fifth game. In east Asia (Japan, China etc.), Tomoyo's fanbase is big enough to match Nagisa's and Kyou's combined if it's gameplayers in question.

Try playing Tomoyo After.... You'll be pleasantly surprised.....
That's why she's my 2nd favourite chara in CLANNAD after Ushio ^_^

Sorry, who's Ushio? Can't remember anyone with that name from the first series. If it's a new character in the second season or from Tomoyo After, nevermind.

Don't think Konata is one of them, because I feel she is more likely in Kyou's camp.

But, well, popularity can't perfectly translate into vote counts or Miku is still running after the queen crown.

See, in terms of CLANNAD, I honestly have to say that Tomoyo strikes me out of all candidates, and if CLANNAD is a force in Saimoe, she'd be like Fate. But lately, I've been preferring Kyou over Tomoyo... just because I can't get the thought of her singing Rascal Flatts - What Hurts the Most out of my head...

That because Tomoyo had barely any screentime in Clannad. Her OVA... made her so ridiculously moe
