I still prefer using Aika at times. She has the same Resist Crossfire and Double Movement Class Potentials as Alicia but she also get's Runner's High that improves her defence.
It's just Alicia's two final personal potentials that make her so invincible.

Skies is a bit of an odd duck. It came out in the time when RPGs were all going bishounen, Darker and Edgier and, for lack of a better term, Final Fantasy VIIesque. Skies was a reconstruction of all the old 'Let's have an adventure!' RPG tropes, and for this it was wondrous. I'll... I'll try to think of other games that give me the same feel and PM you the results
