- Several tens of minutes earlier. Shidou who is confined in the room swing his body to escape from the chair he is tied with. Shidou tried hitting the cuffs to the chair, but obviously it won't unlock.
- "Dammit! I shouldn't be doing this! Origami! Origami!" Shidou shouted, but nobody appeared. Even though Shidou don't know where this ruin is located at, he's sure that nobody's nearby. After all, this is the confinement place that Origami chose.
- However, that fact also means the situation is not as desperate as it sounds. Since Shidou lived with Origami for quite long, he could guess how Origami thinks. There's no way Origami could locked Shidou up in a place where "nobody will ever passed by."
- If only Origami knows this place and something happened to her, that means nobody could rescue Shidou. She might have setup a program to message the police or the school about Shidou's location if certain period of time passed. However, Shidou believes that as a minimum insurance, Origami will at least chose a place where someone will passed by every two or three days—just enough time for Shidou to not starved to death.
- That's why Shidou decided to bet on that possibility. The possibility of that "someone" will happened to passed by. "Anyone! Is anyone here!?" Shidou continued shouting. However, only his voice echoed back. Shidou can't contact anyone since his phone has been taken away by Origami. Although Kotori will definitely search for him once she realized Shidou went missing, that would take too long.
- "Damn, what should I do!" Shidou continued swinging his body. That moment, he heard a footsteps sound from the outside. "Anyone's here!?" Shidou shouted at the unexpected rescuer.
- When that footsteps noticed Shidou's voice, the footsteps come near him and stopped in front of the door. When the door opens, Shidou who were relieved at the rescue have to tensed up once again at the person who appeared. "O-Origami!?" Shidou shouted the person's name.
- Origami opened the door and walked straight to Shidou while remain silent. "Origami, you decided to come back?" Shidou asked, but Origami don't answers. Origami then stand in front of Shidou. "Origami…?" Shidou frown at Origami who kept silent. "Don't tell me—" A certain possibility popped up into Shidou's head.
- No matter how optimism ones could be, there's no way person as strong-willed as Tobiichi Origami would give up. There's only two reasons possible for she to return. One is a problem happened and she can't help but return to Shidou. And another one is—she has already accomplished her objective.
- Shidou gulped down his saliva and looked into Origami's eyes. "Origami. Why… are you back?" But Origami don't answer and only looked back at Shidou. Shidou's heart beats faster at her expression. His throat is getting dry.
- "Don't tell me, you…" Shidou said with his shaking voice while feel a shudder of fear. However, that moment, Origami react for the first time. Origami didn't deny or affirm, she only lift up the corner of her mouth quietly—and smiled.
- "…What!?" Shidou feels as if his heart is getting squeezed. Shidou never seen Origami—the girl who is meager at facial expression—"smiled" before. However, Shidou can't read any emotions from Origami who smiled for the first time.
- "W… why are you smiling, Origami…" Shidou asked, but Origami only broaden her smile and started shaking as if she can't resisted it anymore. "Fu—fufu, fufufu" Her laugh is getting louder and louder. "Fufu. Ahahahaha. Hahahahahahahahahahaha!"
- "Ori… gami…?" Shidou called Origami who is twisting around her body laughing. Shidou can't do anything but to call her name. Shidou don't know what her laughs implies, but he do knows that Origami before his eyes right now is not normal. Shidou's heart beating faster and faster.
- Shidou then noticed something unusual. Origami is laughing too much. "Hahaha! What's with that face! That face! Ahahahaha! How funny! Funny! Ah, I can't breath!" Origami said while laughing. "Origami…?" Shidou said with a half-opened eyes and a sweat dripping down from his cheek. Since Origami's laughing is so violent, her skirt lifted up and her pantie could be seen. It was very white.
- While Origami is laughing, another girl enters the room. Shidou saw her and raise up his voice "Yoshino!?". Yoshino looked at Shidou with a worrying looks and ask him "Y-yes… Are you okay, Shidou-san?" Yoshinon continues 'I see you really got kidnapped. Hey Yoshino, it's a chance! You can do anything to Shidou-kun right now!'
- Yoshino turned red and cover Yoshinon's mouth with her hands. While Shidou don't know why Yoshino is here, to be in front of Origami right now is too dangerous. Shidou warned her "Yoshino, go away! Origami is not normal!"
- Yoshino blinked her eyes and looked at Origami and said calmly "Um… I think you should stop already…?" Hearing that, Origami calm herself down. The next moment Origami's body lighten up. "What—" Shidou looked at her in surprise. Origami's body become smaller and smaller, to the form that Shidou recognize.
- "Natsumi!?" It was Natsumi in her true form. Shidou breathe a sigh of relief that both Yoshino and Natsumi are safe. Natsumi thought Shidou sighed out of disappointment knit her brows and stares at Shidou.
"What? Are you disappointed that it was me?"
"No, no way. Before that, why are you two here?"
- Yoshino and Natsumi looked at each other at Shidou's question.
"Um… I was showing Natsumi-san around the town…"
"Then I saw you walking with Origami. Yoshino said she worried about you, so we followed—"
"N-Natsumi-san…"
- Yoshino pulled Natsumi's clothes out of embarrassment. Natsumi then turned red pulled Yoshino's clothes. Two girls are pulling each other's clothes out of embarrassment.
- Shidou asked them to untie the rope and the cuffs. Yoshino and Natsumi looked at each other, nodded and walk around to Shidou's back. Yoshino tried unlocking the cuffs, but it won't come off. Yoshino asked Shidou if he have a key. Natsumi who is untying the rope also tell him the knot won't come off since it's glued and very complex.
- However, Natsumi pound her fist to her chest and tell Shidou to leave everything to her. Shidou asked her back what she's going to do, but Natsumi only answered "Just wait a little bit." She then closed her eyes and remain silent.
- Few seconds later, Natsumi's expression turned into something painful. She started scratching her throat then suddenly opened her eyes and shouted cryptically "——Oh shut up! Goddammit!!!!!"
- That moment, the rope and the cuffs that tied Shidou with the chair turned into a silk. Shidou moved his hand to the front with his eyes open wide in astonishment. "Natsumi, how did you regain your spirit power?" Shidou asked. Natsumi wiped her forehead with her hand and breathe out a sigh.
"Hm, the power returned to me a little when I thought up of something that make me feel bad in my head. What I can do is very limited though."
"Make you feel bad…?"
"…Right. By the way, just now I thought up of a school's lunch break scene where I don't have any friends so I were eating alone in the toilet. But I forgot to lock the door, and a classmate come in to my room."
"Aw… that's embarrassing."
"…When I back at the classroom, for some reason I feel everyone is laughing at me. Eh? Is that true? There really is someone like that. Ew, how dirty."
"Stop!"
- Shidou who couldn't resist such a pathetic situation cover his ears and tell Natsumi to stop. He then remembered it's not a time to do this and stands up from the chair. Shidou must quickly go to where Tohka and other's are. The worst case, Origami may have already in contact with Tohka and others.
- Shidou borrowed a phone from the two. Yoshino handed him her phone. Shidou select "Itsuka House (2)" from the address book and make a call. "Itsuka House (2)" is an alias for <Fraxinas>. All mobile phones for spirits will have this number registered in case of emergency.
- Shidou's idea was to let <Fraxinas> picked them up using the Teleporter and send them to where Tohka and others are. In the worst case, Shidou may be able to ask Kotori to support Tohka and others.
- However what he hear from the phone is not a ringing sound nor the crew's voice, but rather an inorganic "beep beep" sound. It may be possible for Kotori's personal number, but for <Fraxinas>'s number which is using a specialized line that could be connected even the base stations are all destroyed by space quake to be unavailable is not normal at all.
- Shidou make a wry face feeling anxiety at the possibly of something happened to <Fraxinas>. Yoshino noticed Shidou's expression and ask if he's okay. Shidou thanked Yoshino, returned her the phone and ask them.
- "Help me! I don't know where is here. Can you guide me to somewhere you know? —Tohka and others are in danger." Shidou said. Hearing Shidou's word, Yoshino and Natsumi looked blank for a second but quickly turned to a serious looks and nodded to him.
- Tohka winced in pain and raised herself up. Tohka lost her conscious for few moments. Blood is stick to her chest. Tohka's Astral Dress ripped apart by Origami's laser blade attack.
- "I am…" Tohka mumbles. "…Ah, Tohka-san… so you already woke up…" Miku said with a faint voice. When Tohka looked up, Miku's in her worn-out Limited Astral Dress is protecting Tohka while breathing with her shoulder. Miku's body is full of wounds and bruises to the point it is surprising that she could still stand up with her feet.
- "Miku!? Are you okay!?" Tohka asked. "Yes… somehow… Rather, Tohka-san, are you… o… kay—" Miku said and collapsed to the floor before she could finished her words. Tohka rushed to her and hold her up. "Don't pass out! Miku! Miku!"
- Miku smiled weakly at Tohka's words and closed her eyes. At the same time, Miku lost her strength and fainted out. That moment, Tohka heard footsteps stamping the rubble coming from her front. When Tohka looked into that direction, she could see a reaper in dark gray armor.
- "Tobiichi—Origami!!!" Tohka shouted the girl's name with hate. Origami looked back at Tohka. Yuzuru collapsed at Origami's feet. Kaguya is also collapsed to the ground a distance away. Both of them is still conscious, but their bodies is full of wounds just like Miku. The would looked painful that Tohka want to avert her eyes away from them.
- Seems like a very intense battle unfold while Tohka fainted. —Most likely to protect Tohka from Origami. Tohka grind her teeth and lay down Miku's body to the ground gently.
"You… why are you doing such thing!"
"I don't understand your question." Origami said without changing her expression. "You all are spirits. You are disaster eroding this world. Enemy of mankind. That's enough of a reason. Don't let me say anything more."
- Origami said calmly. After she bend her fingers on her right hand, Yuzuru's who is collapsed near her feet raise up as if she is being lifted up by an invisible hand. "Ago… ny… Master… Origami… why…" Yuzuru mumbles in pain. Origami knits her brow and squeeze Yuzuru's neck and stopped her words.
- Origami increase her strength. Yuzuru moans in pain but Origami don't care. Origami bring up her laser blade in her right hand and point it to Yuzuru's abdomen.
- "You…!" Tohka shouted and prepare her <Sandalphon>. However, before Tohka could finished her action, Kaguya jumped into Origami from the rubble that buried her. Great quantity of blood poured down from everywhere on her body. Kaguya charged into Origami with her spear.
- "—What have you done to Yuzuru, Origami!!!" Yuzuru with bloodshot eyes and facial expression that of a demon attck on Origami. Origami didn't expected Yuzuru's attack and couldn't cope up with it. Yuzuru's spear managed to go pass Origami's Territory and damage part of her CR-Unit.
- However, that's only it. When Origami knit her brows, Kaguya is collapsed to the ground again as if she has been crushed down by an invisible hand. Kaguya try to raise up her head, but she couldn't win the Territory.
- "Kaguya!" Tohka kicked the floor to rush to Origami. Yuzuru and Kaguya are in danger. However, before Tohka stopped—or rather she is blocked by invisible wall—before she could reach Origami. Origami expanded her Territory to where Tohka is and stopped her movements. Tohka could not even swing her sword.
- "Ku… Tobiichi Origami! You…!" Tohka moans in pain, but Origami don't take notice. She prepared her laser blade once again and looked at Yuzuru.
"—It was long. Finally, I gain the power to defeat spirits. —The power to fulfill my long-cherished wish."
- Origami said to herself and breathe a long sigh as if she is breathing out all her doubt and her hesitation together with it.
"With this single attack, I will bring back my own self. I will defeat all spirits in this world—in order to not make someone like me again."
- Origami put her strength into her hand that is gripping the laser blade. Tohka shouted her name once again, but the Territory that is blocking Tohka movement don't loose even a bit.
- However, Tohka is not giving up easily. The only one that could still fight with Origami here is herself. The moment Tohka lower her sword, Kaguya, Yuzuru and Miku will be killed. Origami right now will definitely do it. And once Origami has done it—she will certainly turned into a different being from what she is.
- For some reason, Tohka couldn't allow that. "U… Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Tohka screamed and put all strength into her body in order to escape from Territory's binding. However, that's still not enough. Origami's Territory is incomparable to her Territory before. It won't loosen even a bit.
- Tohka can't leave it like this. Tohka can't help everyone like this.—Tohka wanted more power. An even stronger power. The moment that thought come to Tohka's mind, Tohka feel a chill runs though her body.
- Tohka remembered this feeling. The same sick feeling as several months ago, at DEM Japan HQ, when Shidou was going to be killed by Ellen. The feeling of something else inside Tohka that is not Tohka is emerging and is taking her hands. The terror of her own conscious become weaker and weaker, and in exchange, a pitch-black thought filling up her head is assaulting her.
- Tohka grind her teeth. Tohka don't know what is this feeling. However, she realized instinctively—that this power won't be able to save everyone. Tohka must remained Tohka.
In order to save Kaguya.
In order to save Yuzuru.
In order to let Miku live.
And—that woman.
That arrogant. That stronghead. That offensive unpleasant woman who don't let others know what she is thinking. That woman who always get it Tohka's way.—In order to took the hands of the haughty girl that Tohka hates.
Tohka must wield this sword as Tohka.
"Shido! — Let me lend your power!"
Tohka called Shidou's name and tighten her grip of <Sandalphon>.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
Something snapped in Tohka's head. Tohka feel as if something warm is pouring into her.
- While Origami is trying to piece her laser blade through Yuzuru's body, she knit her brows at the light suddenly appeared from in front of her. Tohka's body lighten up the moment she heard Tohka's scream. Origami could no longer feel Tohka within her Territory—It's not Tohka who disappeared, rather, the Territory that is capturing Tohka vanished away.
- The next moment, Origami feel a tremendous killing intent. Origami released Yuzuru and jumped to her back. A flash of sword went through the page where she was. Origami's eyes open wide. Someone is holding up Yuzuru who is released by Origami's Territory.
- The light faded out. Origami choked at the appearance of the girl before her eyes. Yatogami Tohka who is gripping her sword in her hand. However, the problem is her appearance. Tohka is armored with purple armor in shoulder, chest and waist with a skirt made of light. The overwhelming looks of Tohka is completely different from the one from a moment ago.
- Astral Dress. The proof of spirits. The absolute armor. A fortress. The last time Origami has seen that was half a year ago. Before Tohka is transferred to Raizen school. At the hill. The opponent who almost killed Origami. The spirit of sword—<Princess> is standing over there.
"That armor…"
- Origami put on a severe looks. Tohka lay down Yuzuru next to Kaguya and looked into her.
"Tobiichi Origami. I hate you. From before, to now. That never changed. — But, my 'hate' right now is, probably, a little bit different than my 'hate' from before—"
- Tohka pointed her angel to Origami.
"I'll fight with an intent to kill you —Don't die, Origami."
- Tohka said that with a chilled voice. Origami feel as if her heart has been shot by something. The overwhelming sense of intimidation and desperate pressure make her feel her head will fly the slight moment she let her guard down.
- However, Origami don't retreat. Rather, she was waiting for this Tohka for all along. The full-powered <Princess> that could defeat Origami with a single swing of sword. Origami feel she could finally move forward once she could able to defeat her.
- Origami shrink her Territory to protect only her and her body to increase its density. Origami thought that even if she expand her Territory, she won't be able to stop Tohka's movement anyway. So instead of wasting magic power for something like that, Origami decided to increase her defense instead.
- Origami raise up her laser blade and swing it down to Tohka. Tohka's moved her brows a little then accept Origami's laser blade with her <Sandalphon>.
- However, that's within Origami's plans. Origami issued a command in her head to separate part of her laser blade into a cannon. <Mordred>'s main weapon, <Clarent> could be transformed into a sword <Clarent Sword> and cannon <Clarent Cannon> within the Territory.
- However, those two forms are the most efficient form for its function. Even when it is transformed to one of those two forms, it could still use the ability of another form. Although it will need more concentration to manipulate Territory and require a lot of magical power, it is possible to shoot the magic cannon with the sword form.
- The magic power gushed up from laser blade that is exchanging its blade with <Sandalphon>, scattered in the sky into a rain and fall down to Tohka. Since Origami shot that while exchanging sword with Tohka, its power is not very strong. Normally, a single swing of <Sandalphon> could easily wiped them out.
- However, <Sandalphon> is still blocked by Origami. If Tohka is trying to wipe out those attack, that means Tohka will received a slash from Origami. Either way, Tohka can't evade. —Or that's what it should have been.
- Tohka kicked the floor to push Origami and herself forward and escaped from the bullet rain. Origami moans and knit her brows. Tohka's spirit power and her strength is incomparable from before. Origami can't win her with just a strength alone.
- Origami parry Tohka's sword and start attacking her repeatedly with the speed the eyes couldn't keep up. However, Tohka could easily stopped all attacks.
- Tohka found an opening in Origami's attack and thrust her sword to Origami. Origami stopped Tohka's thrusting. The exchange of sword continued.
- Origami thought "I can do it". Their ability is nearly matched. Origami is no longer the same Origami that was defeated one-sidedly by Tohka anymore. Human's wisdom could also be used with the disaster that is eroding this world. That is the wish Origami has always been longing for for several years.
- Origami was right. Her training until now wasn't wasteful. As long as she have this CR-Unit <Mordred>, she could defeat them. That Yatogami Tohka. That Yamai sisters. That Izayoi Miku. And that spirit who killed Origami parents five years ago.
- The spirit from five years ago. Origami got the information about her existence from Ellen Mathers with a condition of joining DEM. The information itself is not something worth a value at all. Origami still don't know about her ability or her appearance.
- However, the fact that the it confirmed that there's another spirit other than <Ifreet> Itsuka Kotori is what's worth the value. The current Origami could found her out and—kill—her—.
- "Eh…?" Origami feel an intense headache. She thought for a slight moment that she failed to parry Tohka's attack and her sword hit her on the head. However—that's wrong. The pain is coming from inside her head.
- The next moment, Origami's conscious began flashing. Her vision turned red. Tohka saw that opening as a chance and mow down with her <Sandalphon>. An absolute attack of a tyrant. Origami's body few to her back in straight line.
- She pieced through the rubber, the wall, to the distance that she could no longer seen Tohka anymore and fall down to the ground on her back. Origami could escape fatal wound thanks to her Territory. However, the damage to her body is not light. Bruises, lacerated wound and lots of bleeding.
- However, Origami's biggest damage isn't the wound on her body. Origami wiped her face with her hand and grind her teeth at the blood on her hand.
- The blood is pouring our from her eyes and nose. This is not the first time she experienced something like this. It is the operation limit she experienced back with <White Licorice>. Origami unconsciously overworked her brain while fighting with Tohka who got all her powers back.
- Origami punched the ground with her fist while lying on her back. What is ability is nearly matched? In the end, Origami is only shaving off her lifespan just to be able to somehow reach Tohka's power.
- "I… am…" Origami reach her hand to the sky, as if she is a devout believer trying to cling to god. Of course, Origami don't believe in god. The day Origami parents are killed, the word god completely disappeared from Origami's head.
- However, if god or devil existed in this world. Origami will surely exchange anything and cling to them. Even if she must hand over her heart after she is done with her objective.
- Origami realized that is not like her. Clinging onto something that don't existed is the height of stupidity. The only one that could save oneself is oneself. If there is a time for a prayer, it better be used for training. If there is a time to wish, then it better be used for thinking up fighting strategy. The result of those ideology is the Wizard named Tobiichi Origami.
- However, Origami no longer have anything left. The training that make she want to spit out blood. The study that she exchanged her sleeping time for. The equipment that put a heavy burden on her body. The battle that is always next to death. Everything that piled up until now resulting in this. The power that Origami sacrificed everything for could be no match to spirits.
"I… am—"
- A moment of give up flashed in Origami's head. Origami weakly breathe a sigh and lower down her hand. However, that moment—
[—Hey, don't you want power?]
- An indistinguishable voice of neither male of female could be heard near Origami's ears. Origami eyes open wide and raise up her body. Origami saw "something" standing in front of her. It is as if noises is running through its body.
"What are you…?" Origami asked and the thing laughed.
[It's not matter what I am. More importantly, answer me? Do you want power? The absolute power that could defeat anything. Don't you want it~?]
"……!"
- Origami knit her brows. Origami thought maybe the damage from the Realizer usage cause she to go crazy. However, Origami already have an answer for that question. Origami half-consciously answered the question.
"Of course—I do. I want power. Even if I have to put anything aside, or even I have to sacrifice anything! I want the absolute power that will allow me to accomplished my long cherished wish! The strongest power that nobody could be matched for! I want it!"
[Is that so. —Then I will give you, the power as you wished.]
- That "something" then hand Origami something. It is a jewel glittering in white. Origami is fascinated by its illusion for a moment.
"This is…"
[If you want the power, reach your hand out.]
"……"
- Origami knit her brows and slowly reach her hand to the jewel. The next moment, the jewel sparkled, float up and draws to Origami's chest. "W-what?" Origami looked down to her chest but nothing is there.
- "What was that—" Origami lifted up her face but have to cut her own words. The "something" that stood in front of her until now disappeared.
- Origami thought everything was just her illusion and place her hand on her forehead. However, that moment.
"Ah…?"
- Origami's heart beating hard. She feel as if a new heart is created inside her and is sending a new blood through her body. Origami fall down her knee.
"A, ah, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, A, A—"
- When her consciousness become vague. Origami feel as if she's being reborn into a different being.
- "…What happened!?" At Tenguu's AST base, Kusakabe Ryouko shouted inside the control room. The officer who is manipulating the console reported her about a tremendous spirit wave. Ryouko asked if that spirit wave is also within DEM's notice.
- Up until now, there are several spirit wave being detected in Tenguu City. <Berserk>, <Diva> and <Princess>. <Princess> increased her spirit wave midway to the level that she once were.
- The reason the AST was not dispatched despite this many spirits is because of DEM. They put a pressure on the Ministry of Defense that they're doing a special training and prevent AST from involving. That's why Ryouko is staring at the radar in the control room.
- The officer reported to Ryouko that this spirit is not within DEM's notice. The spirit power of this new spirit is nearly matched to that of <Princess> in her full power. Ryouko thought that the new spirit appeared in the middle of training. And this alone worth announcing the emergency state. If the new spirit and <Princess> get into battle, the damage would be unmeasurable.
- That moment, Okamine Mikie and Mildred F Fujimura rushed into the room and tell Ryouko that AST is ready and that CR-Unit is also in a ready state. Even though Mikie nearly quit AST when she heard Origami was dismissed, she is now worked herself up to not show her miserable looks when Origami is back. Ryouko smiled at her.
- While doing that, the officer report that there's a command from the HQ. Ryouko ready her device, however, the officer tell her that the HQ order them to standby. Ryouko, Mikie and Milly couldn't believe that.
- Ryouko swears what's the purpose of AST if they don't dispatched at the time like this. Ryouko thought if it was Origami, she would not listen to such order. However, Ryouko can't do that. If she do that, the upper management will definitely replace her with DEM's wizard. To not let that to happen, Ryouko can't help but to command the AST to standby.
- After Tohka blown away Origami, she rushed to Yamai sisters who is lying down on the floor. Though she could chase Origami, Tohka decided not to do that. Tohka's objective was not to kill Origami. Beside, confirming safety of Yamai sisters is more important.
- Heard Tohka's voice, Kaguya raise her body up. Yuzuru also wave her hand to Tohka. Although they're heavily wounded, at least they have consciousness. Kaguya saw Tohka and asked her about her appearance. Tohka answered Kaguya that the power returned the moment she want to save everyone.
- "…Damn, that's so cool. What's that MC's latent power ability. You're my familiar. How come you're cooler than your master. Tell me how to do it later." However, Tohka don't know how to explain. She don't know why her power that was sealed by Shidou returned to her.
- Yuzuru then raise up her body and asked about Origami's whereabouts. Tohka looked back at her and answer.
"Quest… ion… Tohka… what about Master Origami…?"
"I hit her in her stomach. She shouldn't be able to fight for a while, but she won't die. I remembered she have that Teriyaki thingy protecting her." Tohka said and point the tip of her sword to the ground.
"…Teriyaki?"
"Correction. Did you mean Territory?" Kaguya and Yuzuru incline their heads at the same timing.
"That, that Teritori thing." Heard Yuzuru's words, Tohka remembered how it sounded.
- Tohka confused at how Yamai sisters still confused at Tohka's words. Tohka thought she already spelt it correctly. However, it's not a time to do that. Tohka turned back and looked at Miku who is lying down on the road that has been broke into pieces.
- "Miku!" Tohka called her but she don't answer. Seems like she still don't regain her consciousness. Tohka run to her and look into her face. In contrary to Tohka's expectation, Miku is sleeping comfortably while mumbling randomly.
- "Kuku, you should thank her when she woke up. She protected you with her body while you lost conscious" Kaguya remarked. "Affirmative. She was very admirable. Her legs trembled to the end, though." Yuzuru added. Kaguya and Yuzuru, while supporting each other, followed Tohka to where Miku is lying.
"Umu. That's right, thank you, Miku." Tohka said.
"—Right, right, there is a way to make her wake up faster."
"Mu? What should I do?"
"Kuku… obviously, to wake the princess from her sleep, you must give her an intense kiss."
"K-kiss!?"
"Affirmative. That's right. Let's do it quick. Kiss, kiss."
"Mu-mu…"
- Tohka thought that if there's no other way—and gulped down her saliva.
"Wait a minute! I didn't said thing!"
"Agreement. Yuzuru also."

- Tohka knit her brows when Kaguya and Yuzuru told Tohka that. Come to think of it, their voice midway sounded different. When Tohka looked down to Miku, she saw that Miku slightly opened her eyes and is grinning at Tohka.
- "Ah! Miku! You already woke up don't you!" Tohka tell Miku. "Pufufu! Ah, so you found out~?" Miku burst out as if she couldn't resisted it anymore. "Mou! Kaguya-san, Yuzuru-san, please don't say something unnecessary! I almost got Tohka-san's pretty lips this time!" Miku complain to Kaguya and Yuzuru.
- Kaguya and Yuzuru acts angry at how Miku mimicked their voices. Miku then raise up her body and catch Kaguya and Yuzuru's legs then tell them she will compensated it with her body and licked her lips. Kaguya and Yuzuru face turned pale hearing Miku's words and shrink back.
"Ah, why are you running away~ Please wait~"
"S-shut up! Don't get near me pervert!"
"Escape. Don't come near me"
- Miku chase Kaguya and Yuzuru who tried to escape while staggering. Within the scene as if the fight earlier was some kind of joke, Tohka breathe a sigh of relief at those three.
- Tohka then clap her hands to stop them from playing tag. Shet hen suggest them that since their wound isn't light, they should receive a treatment on <Fraxinas> and tell the other three to call Kotori. The three heard Tohka's words stopped chasing each other and looked back at her.
- "Kuku… let's do that. Though my wound is nothing, I'm worry about others" Kaguya remarked. Yuzuru heard that then poke into Kaguya's wound. "Agyaaa!? What are you doing!?" Kaguya screamed. "Laughter. My wound is nothing (straight face)" Yuzuru mocked Kaguya. "Ah, I want to do that too! Poking!" Miku continued. "Aw, stop that!" Kaguya yelled.
- Tohka sighed at the three who started playing again and tell them "Okay, anyway, you three go back to <Fraxinas> first." Miku asked Tohka back "We go back first? What is Tohka-san going to do?"
- Tohka explained that she will bring Tobiichi Origami with her, since she shouldn't be able to move on her own. And that Tohka also want to hear her story. The three breathe a sigh and nodded to Tohka when they heard her words.
- "Hmp. If Tohka said that then I'll leave it to you. Although no matter what the reason is, she will need to compensate" Kaguya said. "Affirmative. Yuzuru will tickle her until master Origami's iron face is broke" said Yuzuru. "Ah, that compensate, can I do it person-to-person~? I have a lot of things to try with her~…" said Miku. A sweat dripped down from Kaguya and Yuzuru's cheek when they heard Miku's words.
- When Tohka confirmed everyone's agreement, she looked into the direction Origami is blown away. Tohka realized that she might overdone it because she lost her head back then, as she couldn't see Origami from here——
- That moment, Tohka knitted her brows. Tohka could see a human silhouette under the cloudy sky in the direction she is looking at. Kaguya asked Tohka what happened, but Tohka don't know what to answer.
- Tohka rub her eyes. At first she thought she mis-looked. However, there is a single ray of light cut through the cloudy sky, and the girl is floating in it. The first thing Tohka noticed is her dress.
- The dress that followed body's line. The skirt that looked as if it is a flower in full bloom. A veil made of light that extended from a ring over her head. Everything in pure white color. It is as if her dress is a wedding dress that only maiden could wear—or an appearance of an angel that descend under the night.
- However, the thing that surprised Tohka is not her dress. When the white silhouette coming near Tohka, she could see the girl's face. "T-That is—" Tohka choked. —The face of Tobiichi Origami.
"Origami…?"
"Confirmation. Seems like Kaguya also see the same."
"That's right… but that form is…"
- Kaguya, Yuzuru and Miku also noticed. However, their talk must suspended the moment later. The moment Origami looked at Tohka and others, they feel a chill as if they have been pieced though by countless needle.
- Kaguya and others open their eyes wide and stand still. Tohka grind her teeth and stand in front of them. Tohka prepared her <Sandalphon> and order the other three. "—Run away. I can't fight while protecting you" without leaving her eyes from Origami. A sweat come down from her forehead to her cheek and dripped down the the ground.
- Kaguya and others don't disagree with Tohka. They don't even offer to fight together. They realized that since they can't use their spirit power to its full power, they won't be any help to Tohka. Or rather, they would become a hindrance to Tohka.
- To that extent. The being in front of Tohka and others right now has that much overwhelming power. Even without exchanging swords or words, their instinct could sense that.—"This thing" is not something they should be facing with.
"Tohka, I'm sorry…!"
"Prayer. …I wish you a good luck."

- Tohka gave Origami a piercing look. Origami then hold her right hand up to the sky and shouted. The name that Origami shouldn't know—the angel.
"—<Metatron>"
- After Origami shouted, rays of light poured down from the sky to surround Origami. The light slowly materialize, and slowly turning into a feather. After Origami grip her hand, those feather become connected in circle as if a crown is being placed upon Origami's head.
- Tohka knitted her brows. Astral dress and an angel. There is no doubt. Tohka shouted while still looking at Origami.
"…Origami. Why—have you become a spirit!"
- Tohka don't know what happened to Origami while she was helping Kaguya and others. But there's no doubt that Origami right now is a spirit.
"A spirit…"
- Origami repeated Tohka's words. She then looked into her hands and her body while her eyes slowly becoming languid. "I see… so 'this' is it." Origami cast down her eyes. "Then—I don't mind." She opened her eyes and looked back to Tohka.
"I will use this power to defeat spirits. I will become the spirit that defeat spirits. And once I've defeated all spirits—I will eliminate the last spirit that is me."
- Origami spread out her arms and the crown spread out its tip into a circle as if it is a sun.
"<Metatron>—[Shamash]"
- After Origami said that, the circular angel above Origami's head starts rotating and spreading out a dribble of light around the surroundings. Tohka spread out her left hand to create a barrier surround her. The next moment, those dribble of light rained down to her.
- The rain scenery is beautiful and vicious at the same time. Every drip of the light rain is a lump of spirit power with tremendous power. Countless amount of them pouring to the ground, undiscriminating tremble everything. The asphalt road. The car that was abandoned for the refuge. The house. The scenery of residence zone is collapsing as if it is a paper that has been hit by a rain.
- Tohka's barrier could somehow protect Tohka from the rain. However, she's going nowhere like this. Tohka put her strength into her right hand that is gripping <Sandalphon> and ripped apart the barrier from inside, knowing that she will be hit by Origami's attack.
- The sword slash stretch from the trace of Tohka's wielding to Origami. Origami jiggled her eyebrows a little and move her hand downward. The circle that is spreading out light drip decomposed into a shield in front of Origami and repel Tohka's attack.
- That moment, the rain of light stopped. Tohka won't let that chance escape and kicked the ground up to the sky. She slipped through Origami's angel's side and draw near to Origami. Tohka slashed her sword to Origami with all her might. She couldn't make any allowance.
- However, there's no feedback. The moment <Sandalphon> touched Origami's Astral Dress, Origami turned into a light and disappeared then reappeared again few meters back from where she was.
- "What…!" Tohka eyes open wide in surprise. Not only Tohka, even Origami who evaded the attack also warp her expression in amazement. The ability seems unexpected even to Origami. Origami looked into her hand and mumbles "—Monster." Origami knitted her brows and gripped her hand and lift her fist up to the sky.
"[Mal'akh]!"
- <Metatron> then turned into a wing at Origami's back. Origami flutter the wing and fly up to the sky. That moment, ray of lights come out from the tip of wing-shaped <Metatron> into Tohka.
- Tohka don't have any time to make a barrier. She also sensed that her barrier won't be able to block this attack. Tohka wielded her <Sandalphon> to repel the light arrow. However, the quantity of the arrow is too much. The light ray that Tohka couldn't repelled pieced through her left shoulder and right leg.
- The pain. Tohka knew it without even taking a glance, that the light ray pieced through her Astral Dress. Origami don't stop. When she swing her hand down, the feather on her back scattered around in four directions.
"[Kaddur]!" (*カドゥール)
- After Origami shouted, <Metatron> that scattered around moved around in all directions as if it has a will of its own and release a ray of light from all directions. Tohka feel as if she is being trapped inside a cage made of light. The lattice that will tear apart the flesh and bone if someone touched it.
- Tohka swing her <Sandalphon> to repel the light ray. However, it's not possible to repel all of them. The light ray took a hit on her back, her hip and her hand, tearing down her armor.
- Tohka stared back at Origami with an anguish expression on her face. If this goes on, there is no way for Tohka to win. She kicked mid-air and rushed to Origami. <Metatron> still keep attacking her, but Tohka pay no attention to it no matter how it is piecing through her body or through her feet. Tohka only looked at Origami.
- Tohka swing her <Sandalphon> once again, but there's no feedback. Origami turned into a light and escaped her attack. Her body is then being reconstructed again at different place. However, that's within Tohka's expectation. Tohka throw her <Sandalphon> away, twist her body mid-air and punched Origami who re-appeared from the void in her face.
- "——Aah……?!" Origami spit out in agony. Her teeth may also have chipped, as a white fragment also come out together with it. The punch with all power of a spirit, for a normal human, their head must have turned into dust by now. Tohka guessed that either Origami can't turned into a light in succession or she can't escape an attack that she is not aware of. At very least—Tohka's attack was a success. Tohka grip her fist and purred her nose.
- However, it's not possible to pursuit her any further. Origami turned <Metatron> into wing-shaped once again and escape up from that place.
- Tohka come down to the ground and raise her right hand to her side. Few seconds later, <Sandalphon> that Tohka thrown away fall down to her hand. Tohka looked up to Origami who is wiping blood in her mouth with her hand.
- Even though Tohka could deal her a damage, it's obvious that Tohka's wound is more severe. Even if this continues, Tohka who lacked of moves is at disadvantage. In that case, there's only one thing Tohka could do.
"<Sandalphon>!"
- Tohka called her angel's name and knocked her heel to the ground. That angel name is not only for the sword. The ground started to upheaved up and down and a throne larger than Tohka herself appeared.
"[Halvanhelev]…!"
- Tohka shouted. For the true form of her angel <Sandalphon> and the strongest sword. The next moment, a crack runs through the throne. The fragment of the throne become entangled with sword in Tohka's hand turning it into a huge sword.
- Origami could easily evade normal attack, and Origami is not stupid enough to be tricked by the same plan twice. If Kotori or Reine is here, they might be able to analyzing Origami's ability and have gave her a more efficient plan.
- However, Tohka can't do that. What she could understand is her sword and everything she could felt from her fist. The means that based on those thinking is this awkward way of fighting.
- That is, the ultimate attack that could reach even to where Origami could escaped to. Origami realized Tohka's intent and returned her <Metatron> to the crown-type and point its tip to Tohka.
- Tohka understood what that implies. The angel that could easily pierced through Astral Dress. The ultimate shot that is a combination of all that powers.
- "Origami!" Tohka shouted. "I'll ask you again! Can't I and you—able to understand each other!?" Tohka asked. "…Don't joke with me!" Origami wrapped her face to a tragic looks. For some reason, Tohka can't help but feel as if Origami is a sobbing kid.
- "I won't change my mind. My objective is still the same. —I will deny all spirits." Origami said. "Then that can't be helped." Tohka took a deep breath and raise up her [Halvanhelev]. The pitch black light continuously gathered around its blade.
"—I will give you a good scolding. Prepare yourself, you spoiled child!"
"Don't talk nonsense!!!"
- Origami raise up both of her hands. The light then started gathering on the tip of <Metatron>.
"<Sandalphon> — [Halvanhelev]!!"
"<Metatron> — [Atelif]!!" (*アーティリフ)
Both two screamed at the same time.
Glaring light from the heaven. Dark light from the land.
The final blow with spirit powers of each other's might is going to be released from both heaven and land.
- However, that moment.
"Stooppppppppppppppppppp!"
- A screaming voice could be heard by the two. Tohka and Origami shook their shoulders and looked into the direction of the voice.
- Even though it sounds crazy to avert their eyes from their enemy at this timing, but both Tohka and Origami could not ignored that voice.
"Shido!"
"Shidou…!?"
- The two opens their eyes wide. The person who is appeared over there is Itsuka Shidou who went mission.
"What happened… why did it come to this!? Tohka, Origami!?"
"Shidou, why are you here—"
- Shidou frown and said with a sorrowful voice. Origami said that dumbfoundedly and avert her face away as if she doesn't want to be seen by Shidou. Origami transformed her <Metatron> to the wing-type once again and run away to the sky.
"Origami! Origamiiiiiiiii!!"
- Shidou shouted, but only his voice remained up in the sky.
