Still while Ravel is a very good tactician and strategist and is very close to Issei she really isn't queen material. A queen works as a right-hand man and as the king's closest and most trusted advisors. Not to mention that the queen tends to be the most powerful servant in most cases. And their power tends to be closer to their kings than.anyone else's.

Some possibilities for Issei's queen:

1. Tiamat(Let me have my deluded fantasies, B214!)

2. Verrine

3. One of the new Longinus possessor

4. Someone from Hindu mythology that is a supernatural species. Like a Rakshasi or Yaksha.

5. Someone else entirely.

I just feel that we're going to meet Issei's queen in this arc. Not that she's going to be introduced to Issei but just the fact that she'll be making her appearance if she already has. She's probably competing in this tournament.

Or Issei can just make Lavinia his queen.

I hope you're joking with the bold part. Lavinia is in Tobio's harem (if he'll have one).

I agree with the rest of the list. Though about Verrine, I'm still waiting to see if she can betray Hades.

God's a huge pervert who loves breasts. He's one of the influential characters in this series along with Issei and Azazel and they love breasts. God created Azazel and the Sacred Gears so he's like the most influential guy in DxD. And he loved breasts so much to the point that he made Gabriel with huge breasts.

Azazel showed this decree to Shemhazai right before he was sealed and while sighing, Shemhazai rubber stamped it. For the continued existence of the fallen angels, they need the superior genes.

I also like Godz's idea to give Vali Brynhildr and other Valkyries not in Vidar's harem, though (or Ise's (Rose)). If Vali is interested. Well, either way, Brynhildr and the four Valkyries in Vidar's team are waiting for their men, so hopefully they'll find good ones willing to take them. Poor Valkyries, getting left out like that.
