but im always interested in cool power systems,

can anyone give me a short summary about how the powers in this story work?

Powers in this aren't exactly easy to explain.
It's your usual sword and magic stuff, with elemental magics and even few skills that can be used with weapons for melee fighters.
It's just aside from a few special cases like the witch heroine (whose all magic basically becomes 10 times stronger but becomes shit at controlling it) it's nothing too remarkable.

Otherwise there's racial differences, like humans are low tier in the power department.

Most actual powers come from god blessings, which are met through unclassified conditions.
These blessings give them more mana, increased abilities, special skills, whatever the hell it feels like based on the patron god.
To get these blessings they typically have to pass a trial, and to make the blessing stronger they have to undertake further trials and whatnot. Typically these trials are just killing a strong monster though.
It's said that most adventurers past rank 3 or whatever typically have some sort of god blessing.

Otherwise, you can improve spells through use (like the protagonist goes from black tentacles to black chains in turns of spell evolution), as well as items serving to compliment certain spells or magic in its entirety.
But you won't be seeing a person use a weapon art to cleave a mountain in half or whatever.

There's a lot of factors into the strength stuff.

it's the maid and a dog ?right? i didn't get at first but the dog is the chaos eater right ?

After the farewell with Nell where he went to that fortress, is she ever mentioned in the later chapters or is she like gone after her role as a teacher is fulfilled( outlived her usefulness)

Nell comes back later. She is still relevant to the story.

There is not really any NTR. There is one instance of rape, done by the MC, that is kinda in the grey zone of whether it was actually rape or not. Technically, it was.

This is a story where all the heroines are crazy in love with the MC and will kill to get his affection... aka, yandere harem.

The darkest part of the story is the beginning, with mostly torture.

Basically a hidden requirement to get her blessing is to have someone who loves you become the biggest trial. - Kurono is quite pissed when he hears this, Mia mentions that any of the girls that love him could have been it (Sariel, Fiona or Neru too, of course). - Mia lampshades that he needs to overcome this with the power of labu and that he knows perfectly the location of his enemy, so he should get into it..... Spoiler for Speculations: As it's said by Mia, the next trial battle it's going to be a trial of love, but I don't believe for a second that it's only about killing Lily. I believe that Mia had some kind of second meaning about this trial and that's the reason of giving him the 6th blessing before facing Lily. My idea about how this is going to develop is, Kurono takes Lily's heart as requested by Mia, but he rips his own heart and gives it to Lily so that she can live, in the end Kurono survives thanks to the 6th blessing regenerating a new heart. Basically, Kurono literally takes Lily's heart and he gives his own heart to Lily to pass this called trial of love.

But unfortunately, she was born with a terrible curse - whoever looked at her would find her absolutely repulsive. The curse was so powerful that even some dungeon monsters would get scared and run away. Kuroe wanted to experience love, but no one would dare approach her. So she decided to offer money to other adventurers in exchange for 'love'. On the other hand, Lily's father, Lilienthal, was a total loser. But to compensate, he had great looks: blonde hair and green eyes, just like Lily. Lilienthal was heavy in debt, and needed money badly. And so he accepted Kuroe's proposal. He immediately regretted it afterwards, but at least he obtained a lot of money. But a new problem arose: Kuroe fell in love with him! To get rid of Kuroe, Lilienthal decided to tell her about the Spring of Light, a place where fairies live, and where a great treasure is supposedly hidden. He told her that, if she were to obtain that treasure and give it to him, he would make love to her again. The naive girl tried to get to the treasure but was killed by the fairies. But because she had been pregnant, a giant flower bloomed on the place where she died. And from within it, Lily, the half-fairy, was born. In the meantime, Lilienthal was captured by debtors, who confiscated all of his money and forced him to work in a mine for many many years. Eventually he was released, but somehow got into debt again. So he decided to go to the Spring of Light and get the treasure, or else die trying.
