Hey, at least give Negi a chance. He's only 9-10, so he does not yet have the stamina for more than 30-40 girls.

I think it's more of a problem of meeting them. Give him a few more school years and he'll get there, though.

The younger they are, the more potent they tend to be. At least, that's what Pfizer would hope.

I'm just glad that they didn't dig up the graves. But how do three kids turn over graves? Unless modern tombstones aren't as heavy as they used to,,,,,

Well, if they're bored, they should play some video games, like GTA4 instead. Oh, so they can't, because it will make them aggressive? What a @#đĐ}.

As if the decades it will take to pay off the Iraq War and to pay for the repair of infrastructure after 8 years of negligence won't cost enough. As if the chronic underfunding of every service that addresses the quality of life wasn't a problem.

Right now I'm in a mood that says the bailout should be directly paid for by a tax on those that benefited the most from this gameplay - no exceptions, no offshore camoflage. Its just part of the cost of doing business, ya know?

Well.. .that's a Republican line --- "how are we going to pay for this new boondoggle?"
Not hearing much of that line in regard to this, are we?

Okay.. time for something Completely Pleasant. Actress and author Aya Sugimoto demonstrates why .... well, at age 40 she'd still get carded. She's doing her anti-fur presentation "rather wear nothing than fur". Improved my day...

Spoiler for NSFW but really, its PG:

I love fur. I really detest the animal "rights" movement.

hey, hey... it was supposed to be a pleasant diversion. Personally I'm ambiguous on fur. There are more and less humane ways to acquire it.
I was more focused on her being 40 and cute

I gave the source for my image. Japan Today news isn't exactly sleazing the back alleys, especially when its a tagline in my Google portal japanese news feed. She already knows I appreciate pretty women so :P

Since we're on the subject of powerful women, and the influence they can have over many men's lives:

Mother, and ex-spy, to be Israel's PM
Quote:
Tel Aviv (Sept 18, 2008)

IT WAS only a decade ago that Ms Tzipi Livni decided to become a politician. She had served as a young agent in Israel's foreign secret service, the Mossad, and then gave up an agency career to become a commercial lawyer until one autumn holiday, not long after the signing of the Oslo peace accords with the Palestinians, she decided to step into politics.

Now, the politically-moderate foreign minister is just weeks away from becoming Israel's next prime minister, after winning a striking victory in her Kadima party's leadership election yesterday. She is on course to become the country's first woman prime minister since the legendary Golda Meir, provided she manages to cobble together a new coalition government after disgraced premier Ehud Olmert, who faces a series of corruption charges, steps down this Sunday (Sept 21).

Ms Livni, who is 50 and married with two sons, has been long tipped as a future leader and in recent months emerged as more dovish than many in her party. On the Palestinian front, she advocates a two-state, negotiated settlement, though she adamantly resists any prospect of a return for Palestinian refugees into what is now Israel.

On Iran, and its nuclear ambitions, she favours a tightening of sanctions, but seems less eager than other leading politicians for an outright military confrontation.

Yet her background is more firmly embedded in Israel's right-wing. She was born into a highly-respected "fighting family" — her father, Mr Eitan Livni, was a senior figure in the Irgun, the underground militant Zionist movement that fought the British before the creation of the state.

Terrorist hunter
Born in Tel Aviv in July 1958, Ms Livni gained the rank of lieutenant in the Israeli army before joining the spy service Mossad, where she was based in Paris. Some reports have pegged her as a frontline hunter of Arab terrorists operating across Europe.

Having quit Mossad to marry and start a family, Ms Livni became a commercial lawyer before entering the Knesset in 1999 on a Likud ticket. In 2001 she held her first minor ministerial post in the government of Mr Ariel Sharon, who went on to found Kadima after falling out with the inflexible stance of Likud.

Under Mr Olmert's leadership, she became the head of the Israeli team negotiating in secret over an agreement setting out the principles under which a future Palestinian state could be established.

Ms Livni had run a successful Barack Obama-style campaign as the candidate for change. She won the narrowest of victories — a mere 431 votes — in internal party polls to elect Mr Olmert's successor. Mr Olmert, who has promised to step down once a successor was chosen, congratulated her victory.

He will stay on as caretaker prime minister until she has a new coalition in place, a difficult task with current ultra-Orthodox partners threatening to quit over her readiness to discuss a future division of Jerusalem with the Palestinians.

Rose among thorns
She will also be operating in an intensely male environment, where military experience is often as highly regarded as political acumen. She has already had to fight off suggestions she might be too weak for the job.

"The fact that I'm a woman doesn't make me a weak leader," she told the Jerusalem Post last week. "It's not that generals pull the trigger and women don't. I have no problem pulling the trigger when necessary."

One of her most urgent challenges, however, will be to restore some integrity to the tainted Israeli political system. She has a rare, corruption-free "Mrs Clean" reputation, but will have an uphill battle to restore the public's faith after the scandal-ridden years of Mr Olmert's administration.

- guardian.co.uk, Times Online
In retrospect, 2008 seems to have been a banner year for woman in politics. First Mrs Hillary Clinton, then Ms Yoriko Koike (who featured recently in Japan's LDP polls to elect its new leader) and now Ms Tzipi Livni. Mrs Clinton may have created many more than just eight million cracks in the glass ceiling, not just in the United States, but around the world.

Personally, I'm not so macho that I mind having a woman in charge. In fact, I believe that they can often do a lot better than testerone-addled men.
