Not much is known about his background but a few things has been confirmed.
1)Rebelious when young

3)Went alone after partner died when he was 17
4)Learned the seal engraving magic when he was at a lost ruin
5)Has a high greed for money and power

Personality and Interest:
Not much is known about his personality because he rarely shows his face. It is confirmed that he likes to seek out young talents and engrave a "cursed seal"/"evil seal" on them as a "present". He tends to pick fights with those he deems as "talented"

Other info:
He is wanted by the TSAB and several other agencies for theft, murder, assault and much more crimes. It is not known whether he is helping Jail or not but he is a guy who would rather help others for his personal gains.

He has a shadowy misty appearance and wears a cloak with the hood on most of the time. (kingdom hearts 2 cloak that the Org 13 wears) He likes to screw around with the mind of his opponents, using illusionary tactics.

He also has the metamorphasis ability to allow him to transform into either lizards or crows.

"This was taken in one of the Non-Administrative worlds owned by the House of Harkonnen. An Alien force has besieged one of their smaller cities and has began infesting the very ground the people stand... Within an hour, the aliens slaughtered everything in the city."

"Apparently, the Harkonnens were playing host to a Class 2 (Going by TSAB standards) Logia without even knowing it. Unsure of what the Aliens intentions are, Loki sent the three of us down with the following missions..."

- Retrieve the 'package' before Harkonnen Forces arrive.

- Trim the number of hostiles in the area to make things easier for them.

Jeno: "Time to show off... The only thing limiting the awesomeness of the scene is the boss' incompetent English skills."

The night was cloudy, smoke and dust from the battle that was just being fought two hours ago had settled. The city fell into an eerie silence of darkness, not a sound could be heard, not a glow could be seen.

It's like the very soul of the place had died as well.

Jeno: "Well, this is quite the tourist attraction..."

Radio chatter could be heard in his Com-piece equiped on his ear, indicating a reply from someone in the vicinity.

-=[The folks are just shy... Give them time to warm up to us...]=-

Jeno: "It's not just that, traffic's a bitch, vehicles all over the place... Had to get to the library on foot..."

-=[What can I say? They're Harkonnens...]=-

Ascending up the flight of stairs, Jeno reached the top floor of the Tower Library. He was quite surprised to find it bloodless. He had expected the same gruesome mess that the other levels had shown. With the exception of books lying around, the place was relatively unmolested.

Jeno: “I’m in position…”

Jeno sends a small surge of magic throughout the entire room, he did his best to try to maintain it's level so that the Zerg detectors won't pick it up easily.

The effects was immediate, the Jewel seed that they were looking for lights up like a Christmas tree.

Jeno: "Jackpot "

Jeno opens a Dimension-Lockbox to safely store the Logia. It's one of the special abilities that Destroyers comes along with, they can open a small doors into another dimension to store items.

Once done however, the ground below him started to tremble violently. At the same time, hellish screams that rang throughout the city, killing the ominous silence.

Jeno: "...Was it something I said?"

-=[Yeah, they banned gambling here remember?]=-

Jeno () : "This truely is hell..."

Looking through the large windows, Jeno could see a massive black swarm of Mutalisks and Scourges flooding the night skies. Below him, endless hordes of Zerglings and Hydralisks were popping out of the ground, causing a small scale earthquake.

Jeno: "Lance, you seeing this?"

-=[Yeah... And I have to say, it's gross to think that I was just walking over them with my new shoes...]=-

Jeno: "You're complaining about that? Wait till you try to get them out of your hair... "

Sighing, Jeno pulled out a chair, he swinged his legs onto the top of the table as he sat down.

Jeno: "Now we wait. I've just walked from one end of the city to the other, cut me some slack...!'

"And besides, why do I have to be chosen for this mission? I work better fighting people one on one, not one on ALL!"

Jeno (sigh) : "Yeah, I know."

The giant eye staring through the window from behind him blinked.

The enormous... 'Thingy' slammed a bus-sized claw into the room where Jeno was, with the laziest of effort, it rips off the entire floor and roof and toss them aside.

“Erm… We got a problem…” Said Jeno as he landed safely on a nearby skyscraper.

-=[No really? You don’t say…]=-

A similar explosion could be heard a few blocks away. Another one of those… ‘Thingies’ had torn apart a building. Looking hard enough, Jeno could see his silver-haired partner landing safely on the roof of a structure next to the monster.

Jeno: “Those aren’t Zergs…”

-=[Look closer.]=-

He did and saw what Lance meant.

Jeno: “Argh… Now I REALLY hope that doesn’t get in my hair…”

Hundreds, maybe even thousands of humanoid corpses were stitched together by the Zerg’s creep to form one massive 30-storey monster. Jeno speculated that the other devilish parts, like the huge claws and that creepy giant eye might have been created from breaking down the human component and reassembling them together.

-=[That would explain the lack of bodies lying around.]=-

Jeno opened another lockbox, but this time, he’s pulling something out of it instead. The shape and design of the Sheath and Sword seems to be a simplistic mix of a Katana and a long sword. The whole thing is covered in black.

“Game-style: Armageddon”

-=[Booted, suited, and ready to be executed.]=-

“All we need now is the party music…”

To the west, a large explosion followed by several flashes of dark purple magic erupted. Soon after a new voice could be heard on their com.

'Big-Eyes' lifted it's claw high above it's head, with a grunt typical of any big ugly piece of crap, and the agility of a pregnant cow, it slams it's weapon onto the roof where Jeno was standing on...

...Or at least it tried to.

Executioner: *Ding*

Executioner: <Executioner Online>

It happened faster than what the monster could react. Jeno shot across from one roof to the other in a blink of an eye, a visible ripple could be seen through the air. Landing on the roof across where he was, one could then see that Executioner was drawn.

Blade of the sword was pure white. Jeno gave it a swing to flick off some...'Stuff', before twirling it in his hand and reuniting it with the sheath behind his back slowly.

Executioner: <Die>

Immediately after, the entire arm of the beast was sliced off cleanly. The massive appendage fell to ground below. The creature doesn't seem to be in pain though. Rather, it seems to be confuse and curious as to what had just happened.

Jeno: "...Bring the noise."

-=[Heaven or Hell...]=-

A field magic was casted over the entire city, suddenly a deep, powerful voice boomed throughout.

"Bring it!"

"STORM, EARTH and FIRE, heed my call!"

Cue the heavy metal music.

Jeno shot straight up into the sky, narrowly avoiding the barrage of Glaive Wurms from the Mutalisk swarm that had just arrived… Had he been a second slower he would have been torn to sheds like the roof he was just on.

He back flipped in mid air and landed heavily on top of one of them. The creature screamed in pain as he drew Executioner stab it into one of it’s vital nervous control center. As disgusting dark fluids ooze out of the wound, Jeno whispered the same merciless word.

“Die.”

Executioner: <Serrated Force>

"I am the son of the wind and rain,
Thunder beckons and I heed the call."

A massive beam of light blasts a 2 metre radius hole right through the beast, silencing it permanently. The cannon spell engulfed several others more that were unfortunate enough to be flying below it. The skyscraper below him was also flattened.

Using the force of the blast, he propelled his body higher to dodge several scourges that thought they could catch him off guard, but ended up ramming into each other and exploding on impact. He gracefully sheathed his blade among all this.

Firing off one of his chain bind to capture another helpless Mutalisk, Jeno yanked hard to pull the creature towards him which he slammed his foot into. He then proceed to using it as a body shield to soak up the volley of wurms and suicidal scourges coming from the other aerial Zergs that were nearby.

However, once the dusts clears and the poor sucker’s body corrodes to pieces, the remaining aliens were in for the last surprise of their short lifetime.

Standing on his navy-blue Midchildan magic circle, Jeno summoned up hundreds of arrowhead-shaped projectiles, all of them pointed in the direction of the swarm. His eyes glowed a chilling deep blue.

“Chew on this.”

Executioner: <Serrated Edge>

With pinpoint accuracy, each of the projectiles found their way into every single vital spots on their targets. The Mutalisks themselves didn’t even had the time to scream before their bodies turned limp and fell from the skies.

Along with a rain of blood.

"Hear me brothers gather up the wolves
To battle, we will ride."

With most of their air force destroyed, Jeno decided to turn to the ridiculous number of Zerglings on the ground. There’s only a small group of flyers left the ones that were flying too low for him to spot when he was casting the projectile spell.

Wanting to finish this up as soon as possible, he begins charging up another spell, one which he focuses into the stainless while blade of his device.

He dives down to meet the aliens that were viciously crying out for his blood. Somehow, Jeno thought he could sense the Mutalisks’ desperation as they blindly shoot and spew as many wurms as their bodies would allow them to do so.

Not that it matters anyway. They’re just worms after all.

Executioner: <Serrated Spiral>

With one mighty swing of his device, Jeno unleash a torrential wave shaped like a serpent upon the last of the flyers.

The effects were devastating.

Pounding from inside."

The spiral plow right through the entire mob, ripping and shedding anything in it’s way.

Some of them tried to dodge it, but the great serpent just reels it’s ‘head’ around and hunts them down. The wurms were engulfed immediately, the larger Mutalisks weren’t so lucky. Jeno controlled and redirected the spiral to strike some in multiple locations. They were literally torned to pieces.

Jeno slowed his descend as he gets closer to the ground.

Black clouds fill the sky."

Showing off a little, he swings his sword to swipe of any remains before sheathing it behind his back again.

A massive shock wave ripples throughout the city.

A giant black claw erupts from the ground, impaling and crushing several zerglings in it’s path.

One of the giant monster made of human remains crashed into a building as a gigantic size fireball slams into it, incinerating off all of it’s limbs.

Lance jumps and loaded another cartridge and continued to hack away.

But before he can confirm, Sakura's strength at maintaining the stealth field wanes and Kha has to disengage before Quattro senses his presence in the network.

“Erm… We got a problem…” Said Jeno as he landed safely on a nearby skyscraper.

A similar explosion could be heard a few blocks away. Another one of those… ‘Thingies’ had torn apart a building. Looking hard enough, Jeno could see his silver-haired partner landing safely on the roof of a structure next to the monster.

Jeno: “Those aren’t Zergs…”

He did and saw what Lance meant.

Jeno: “Argh… Now I REALLY hope that doesn’t get in my hair…”

Hundreds, maybe even thousands of humanoid corpses were stitched together by the Zerg’s creep to form one massive 30-storey monster. Jeno speculated that the other devilish parts, like the huge claws and that creepy giant eye might have been created from breaking down the human component and reassembling them together.

Jeno opened another lockbox, but this time, he’s pulling something out of it instead. The shape and design of the Sheath and Sword seems to be a simplistic mix of a Katana and a long sword. The whole thing is covered in black.

It happened faster than what the monster could react. Jeno shot across from one roof to the other in a blink of an eye, a visible ripple could be seen through the air. Landing on the roof across where he was, one could then see that Executioner was drawn.

Blade of the sword was pure white. Jeno gave it a swing to flick off some...'Stuff', before twirling it in his hand and reuniting it with the sheath behind his back slowly.

Executioner: <Die>

Immediately after, the entire arm of the beast was sliced off cleanly. The massive appendage fell to ground below. The creature doesn't seem to be in pain though. Rather, it seems to be confuse and curious as to what had just happened.

Jeno: "...Bring the noise."

A field magic was casted over the entire city, suddenly a deep, powerful voice boomed throughout.

Jeno shot straight up into the sky, narrowly avoiding the barrage of Glaive Wurms from the Mutalisk swarm that had just arrived… Had he been a second slower he would have been torn to sheds like the roof he was just on.

He back flipped in mid air and landed heavily on top of one of them. The creature screamed in pain as he drew Executioner stab it into one of it’s vital nervous control center. As disgusting dark fluids ooze out of the wound, Jeno whispered the same merciless word.

“Die.”

A massive beam of light blasts a 2 metre radius hole right through the beast, silencing it permanently. The cannon spell engulfed several others more that were unfortunate enough to be flying below it. The skyscraper below him was also flattened.

Using the force of the blast, he propelled his body higher to dodge several scourges that thought they could catch him off guard, but ended up ramming into each other and exploding on impact. He gracefully sheathed his blade among all this.

Firing off one of his chain bind to capture another helpless Mutalisk, Jeno yanked hard to pull the creature towards him which he slammed his foot into. He then proceed to using it as a body shield to soak up the volley of wurms and suicidal scourges coming from the other aerial Zergs that were nearby.

However, once the dusts clears and the poor sucker’s body corrodes to pieces, the remaining aliens were in for the last surprise of their short lifetime.

Standing on his navy-blue Midchildan magic circle, Jeno summoned up hundreds of arrowhead-shaped projectiles, all of them pointed in the direction of the swarm. His eyes glowed a chilling deep blue.

“Chew on this.”

With pinpoint accuracy, each of the projectiles found their way into every single vital spots on their targets. The Mutalisks themselves didn’t even had the time to scream before their bodies turned limp and fell from the skies.

Along with a rain of blood.

"Hear me brothers gather up the wolves
To battle, we will ride."

With most of their air force destroyed, Jeno decided to turn to the ridiculous number of Zerglings on the ground. There’s only a small group of flyers left the ones that were flying too low for him to spot when he was casting the projectile spell.

Wanting to finish this up as soon as possible, he begins charging up another spell, one which he focuses into the stainless while blade of his device.

He dives down to meet the aliens that were viciously crying out for his blood. Somehow, Jeno thought he could sense the Mutalisks’ desperation as they blindly shoot and spew as many wurms as their bodies would allow them to do so.

Not that it matters anyway. They’re just worms after all.

Executioner: <Serrated Spiral>

With one mighty swing of his device, Jeno unleash a torrential wave shaped like a serpent upon the last of the flyers.

The effects were devastating.

Some of them tried to dodge it, but the great serpent just reels it’s ‘head’ around and hunts them down. The wurms were engulfed immediately, the larger Mutalisks weren’t so lucky. Jeno controlled and redirected the spiral to strike some in multiple locations. They were literally torned to pieces.

Jeno slowed his descend as he gets closer to the ground.

The night was cloudy, smoke and dust from the battle that was just being fought two hours ago had settled. The city fell into an eerie silence of darkness, not a sound could be heard, not a glow could be seen.

It's like the very soul of the place had died as well.

Radio chatter could be heard in his Com-piece equiped on his ear, indicating a reply from someone in the vicinity.

Jeno sends a small surge of magic throughout the entire room, he did his best to try to maintain it's level so that the Zerg detectors won't pick it up easily.

Jeno opens a Dimension-Lockbox to safely store the Logia. It's one of the special abilities that Destroyers comes along with, they can open a small doors into another dimension to store items.

Once done however, the ground below him started to tremble violently. At the same time, hellish screams that rang throughout the city, killing the ominous silence.

Jeno: "...Was it something I said?"

Jeno () : "This truely is hell..."

Looking through the large windows, Jeno could see a massive black swarm of Mutalisks and Scourges flooding the night skies. Below him, endless hordes of Zerglings and Hydralisks were popping out of the ground, causing a small scale earthquake.

Jeno: "Lance, you seeing this?"

-=[Yeah... And I have to say, it's gross to think that I was just walking over them with my new shoes...]=-

Jeno: "You're complaining about that? Wait till you try to get them out of your hair... "

Sighing, Jeno pulled out a chair, he swinged his legs onto the top of the table as he sat down.

A similar explosion could be heard a few blocks away. Another one of those… ‘Thingies’ had torn apart a building. Looking hard enough, Jeno could see his silver-haired partner landing safely on the roof of a structure next to the monster.

Jeno: “Those aren’t Zergs…”

He did and saw what Lance meant.

Jeno: “Argh… Now I REALLY hope that doesn’t get in my hair…”

Hundreds, maybe even thousands of humanoid corpses were stitched together by the Zerg’s creep to form one massive 30-storey monster. Jeno speculated that the other devilish parts, like the huge claws and that creepy giant eye might have been created from breaking down the human component and reassembling them together.

Jeno opened another lockbox, but this time, he’s pulling something out of it instead. The shape and design of the Sheath and Sword seems to be a simplistic mix of a Katana and a long sword. The whole thing is covered in black.

It happened faster than what the monster could react. Jeno shot across from one roof to the other in a blink of an eye, a visible ripple could be seen through the air. Landing on the roof across where he was, one could then see that Executioner was drawn.

Blade of the sword was pure white. Jeno gave it a swing to flick off some...'Stuff', before twirling it in his hand and reuniting it with the sheath behind his back slowly.

Executioner: <Die>

Immediately after, the entire arm of the beast was sliced off cleanly. The massive appendage fell to ground below. The creature doesn't seem to be in pain though. Rather, it seems to be confuse and curious as to what had just happened.

Jeno: "...Bring the noise."

A field magic was casted over the entire city, suddenly a deep, powerful voice boomed throughout.

"Bring it!"

Jeno shot straight up into the sky, narrowly avoiding the barrage of Glaive Wurms from the Mutalisk swarm that had just arrived… Had he been a second slower he would have been torn to sheds like the roof he was just on.

He back flipped in mid air and landed heavily on top of one of them. The creature screamed in pain as he drew Executioner stab it into one of it’s vital nervous control center. As disgusting dark fluids ooze out of the wound, Jeno whispered the same merciless word.

“Die.”

Executioner: <Serrated Force>

A massive beam of light blasts a 2 metre radius hole right through the beast, silencing it permanently. The cannon spell engulfed several others more that were unfortunate enough to be flying below it. The skyscraper below him was also flattened.

Using the force of the blast, he propelled his body higher to dodge several scourges that thought they could catch him off guard, but ended up ramming into each other and exploding on impact. He gracefully sheathed his blade among all this.

Firing off one of his chain bind to capture another helpless Mutalisk, Jeno yanked hard to pull the creature towards him which he slammed his foot into. He then proceed to using it as a body shield to soak up the volley of wurms and suicidal scourges coming from the other aerial Zergs that were nearby.

"If I die upon this day,
In battle I will fall."

Standing on his navy-blue Midchildan magic circle, Jeno summoned up hundreds of arrowhead-shaped projectiles, all of them pointed in the direction of the swarm. His eyes glowed a chilling deep blue.

“Chew on this.”

Executioner: <Serrated Edge>

With pinpoint accuracy, each of the projectiles found their way into every single vital spots on their targets. The Mutalisks themselves didn’t even had the time to scream before their bodies turned limp and fell from the skies.

Along with a rain of blood.

"Hear me brothers gather up the wolves
To battle, we will ride."

With most of their air force destroyed, Jeno decided to turn to the ridiculous number of Zerglings on the ground. There’s only a small group of flyers left the ones that were flying too low for him to spot when he was casting the projectile spell.

Wanting to finish this up as soon as possible, he begins charging up another spell, one which he focuses into the stainless while blade of his device.

He dives down to meet the aliens that were viciously crying out for his blood. Somehow, Jeno thought he could sense the Mutalisks’ desperation as they blindly shoot and spew as many wurms as their bodies would allow them to do so.

Not that it matters anyway. They’re just worms after all.

Executioner: <Serrated Spiral>

With one mighty swing of his device, Jeno unleash a torrential wave shaped like a serpent upon the last of the flyers.

The effects were devastating.

Jeno slowed his descend as he gets closer to the ground.

The reputation sure is under-rated.

Okay, folks, I won't call this a challenge, but rather an invitation, as Keroko has so nicely put it.

No rules, but maybe some guidelines to follow, and the rationale behind them:

Guideline1: Regarding Storyline and plot details

Try not to change the overall plot and any major story element that came before episode 11~12. Keep to whatever Tsuzuki-san has written up to there, and then be creative. Before #13, the story has been fairly coherent and consistent (true, we did argued intensively over the Tia incident but that really has little to do with the plot imho). I observe that it is from #13 that things really started going down-slope, and this is in-tie with the mis-use of Vivio. Since our motive is to improve her (for some of us, Scagliettishly), this should be a good point to start.

However, you are most welcome to edit any minor details that doesn't make sense to you. I strongly and sincerely suggest everyone do something that will make life in RF6 look more in line with actual military life. Fate and Nanoha's ridiculously large room and bed is one such detail. The officers in my unit don't live in such shamefully luxurious environments in-camp, not even the base commander, and I see no reason that RF6 should do the same. For me, I would make the officers all sleep in bunks and single-size beds like their (wo)men. What they do in their rooms is entirely their business of course (why am I giving leeway to the NxFers ), but ours is to make them actually look professional.

Guideline 2: Regarding Vivio herself

Please refrain from altering Vivio's origins and bio-data, namely:

1) She is an Artificial Magus created from the DNA of the Sei-ou, under the orders of the HC. No living relatives in the usual sense.

Source of DNA: Blood found on the Sei-Ou's Holy Burial Shroud, illegally obtained by Due via seduction of an unfortunate(?) clergyman. (keep true to the Doc's story).

2) Age: Within the range of 4~7. You can make a bit older if you like but you might want to keep it below 9~10.

3) Normal Appearance: As what she appears in the anime.

4) The purpose for creating her is to control the Cradle.

Don't change these 4 points. Other than that, let your imagination work wonders . Doppelgangers, alternate persona, hidden purpose, what your Vivio wants to do with the Cradle... etc. Just let it rip.

Just don't make her too perfect/over-powered.

Guideline 3: Cast

Since this IS the OC thread, I can foresee some of us just itching to include our own characters into the main cast.

Deh, sorry, but work with the original cast. You can let your OCs join in the fun as supporting characters and sort, but never allow them to take the limelight from the original cast. The idea is to see how Vivio and StrikerS can be improved with the resources that has been given to us until anime's #12. Keeping solely to the cast given would be more challenging too, if I'm to add .

Anyway, I already have a very rough idea, and it'll tie in the apparent existence of the Saint King being a prophet and a great leader of people in Ancient Belka.

The main point, I think I'll use Vivio for is to highlight the 'selfishness and ignorance of the Aces.'

Now...how to do that effectively... Hmm...

Vivio: Because you think of your own inferiority, because you're afraid of hurting others... you end up making them suffer. Mama, you're someone who places the weight of things on your own. It's a beautiful trait, but when you do so, and doesn't understand beyond the hearts of those who care for you and even those who doesn't matter to you... Are you aware of such?

Same to Fate-mama. She told me of her mothers... right now, all she has is loathe and contempt towards that man. Had she ever tried to see the world from his eyes? For someone who had lived for the sake of only those she can see with her eyes, isn't that just ignorance?
