It's not like we didn't see the 00's full potential being unleashed, but I'm glad it's this soon in the season rather than later.
@Demongod86: Maybe you should actually see how they handle the events of the episode first before complaining? Also the only thing that classified as a deus ex is the Trans-Am: every other device had at least a justification for its existence (like the foreshadowing of the Thrones and the early mentions of the GN Arms), and it's not like they let DEM in during the last fights of the first season. Besides, the revelation of secret gimmicks is one of the few ways CB can ensure they're a step ahead of their enemies, most especially this season where they can no longer bully the ESF as easily they did the three power blocs in S1.

Well given that this show is not V Gundam, the main cast should be safe until the last few episodes. I get it too.
Though to me, what matters is how they do it and keep the methods fresh, I don't really mind if it keeps coming up. It's a minor irritant, at most. |

If Ribbons was going the way Aeolia intended, he would have been given the twin-drive and tran-zam. Aeolia didn't give all his secrets to the Innovators for a reason; the Meisters were chose as his true successors, no matter what Ribbons might believe.

I don't think we can safely say it, though thanks to episode 08 we have more reasons to think so. It's a nice theory and it's one i think a lot of people will end up using. Let's just see how this series ends, or if anything official is ever mentioned (probably not).

Impossible, given that GN mobile suits (heck, even Flags/Enacts) perform far above UC0079 suits. Unless there's some kind of catastrophe followed by a "dark age" where technology and knowledge is lost.
Or something like this: Saji discovers GN time travel, and builds a GN Time Machine. He uses it to travel to the far past, into another dimension. Introducing himself as "Dr. Minovsky," he introduces the GN drive to his new world, and encourages colony-building as a way of separating the overpopulated world, believing that his actions would bring about peace and prosperity. Meanwhile, in AD world, Setsuna defeats the A-Laws, Ali's Arche Gundam, and Ribbon's 000 Gundam, bringing about peace and prosperity |

That'd be just like Turn A, but it wouldn't really be thousands of years apart. |

As justsomeguy said, the tech level of AD in 00 is so far above that of UC technology. The Gundams themselves already have roughly Victory era tech (reactionless drive tech). There's also the fact that nuclear weapons and powerplants are still in use in UC, yet AD has outlawed nuclear technology (which is part of Celestial Being's plan). The level of inconsistency of the tech level and setting between UC and AD is so great that unless a Turn-A like reset happens, 00 being the precursor to UC is not happening.
