It's not like it was ever secret in this franchise. In fate stay night pretty much only Saber and EMYA were one with hidden identity and in former case it didn't really lasted long.

Well, when you have 15 servants to deal with you'd better start with the backstories fast or you won't have enough time for all of them.

Well, yes I think they didn't spelled their name to letter, but that's best that can be said about how secret their identity was.

If I recall, Caster appeared in the VN's Fate route for like 15 seconds before getting obliterated, so not much time to reveal anything about her.
