Episode 2 Time Frame: - 14:38 - 14:39 (Ayu rubbing her nose) - 15:11 - 15:12 (Ayu blinking while talking to Yuuichi) - 17:00 - 17:01 (Ayu blinking once again, but this time in the snowy pathway) - 19:54 - 19:55 (Ayu smiling) - 24:04 - 24:05 (Shiori in the snow) Size: 100X100 Extra: border pls! -- Pls. don't make it too fast or too slow. Just a normal animation -- Sorry if I requested a lot again There's just so many cute Ayu scenes there. -- Thanx!!!

Most of the fansubs are encoded to be around 25fps, so if you have extracted all of the frames, the easiest will be 25fps if your software can support the merging of repeat frames. In general, most anime follow a standard of 3frames-sets in which 3 frames are the same, followed by another set of 3. KyoAni however, usually follows a standard of 2frames-sets, with certain scenes animated frame-by-frame( which is awesome for fans, but grief-inducing for .GIF-makers ). In any case, 1) Extract the frames from the scene that you want to animate. 2) Check the fps of the video. 3) Deduce the timing needed inbetween the frames you want to use. 4) Make the GIF. Cheers.
