Oh, excellent. Then it's almost certainly going to be on the late night slot! Thanks!
Btw, if you answer the survey on the official site, there's a wallpaper you can download: http://www.blood-c.jp/special/img/wp1028_1024b.jpg The art style there is pretty different from the key visual. Interesting... |

Weird, the forum ate my post
Oh well Quote:
Ao no Exorcist is most likely an attempt to replicate the success of the original FMA in the Saturady slot, by targeting the same demographic as it did years ago, so it would make more sense to have it air for a longer time. Also, I really don't think they would attempt to go and have a ''reboot'' of a show that aired in the Saturady slot back then and didn't do that well into the Sunday one when even Brotherhood failed to generate enough viewership. I'm honestly not good with figuring out which member of CLAMP done this lol. Anyone more knowledgeable?

Reminds me that we still need more Tsubasa Chronicle OVA's.

That's one of three slightly edited versions of pictures originally from this Japanese fan blog. For those interested here are the other two LQ magazine pics from the same post - one CLAMP design, one Ranmaru Kotone illustration.
Spoiler for Blood-C Magazine Pics:
The Ranamru Kotone picture is the most intriguing so far, I feel, as that's the first glimpse of Saya with anyone else. Dun dun dun. |

You're welcome! My budget didn't stretch to magazines this month so I've been floating around a variety of blogs to see what's surfaced. So far these are the only images I've seen appear, but I'll continue keeping my eyes peeled.

I decided to start rewatching the X TV series today, and lo and behold, the composer is Naoki Sato! I had completely forgotten, and it turns out that X TV was his first ever gig composing for a soundtrack. I guess it's fitting that his debut was on a TV series based on a CLAMP manga, and that he would eventually compose for CLAMP's debut anime TV series a decade later!
