This ended up being pretty similar in beat to last season's Sakugan, in that it needed something more to propel it forward. IMO that something is more plot or exploration in the world, because ending it on the Tetsujin stuff was pretty dull.

It seems milo doesn't know what he wants, one moment he wants bisco to be with his sister and the other he goes all gay on him.

anyway it ended in a happy note, nice anime 7/10.

That's about all I have to say about this final episode. This show really shat the bed.

Spoiler for final thoughts:

The build-up, the first half was "fine", but the second half, where we are supposed to reap the rewards of the first half's build-up...was... really just bad.

Frankly, anything that was happening was just happening because the anime said so at that moment.
This guy becomes a giant because he does. He has these attacks. Bisco comes back alive because. And so on. It's not really interesting when anything goes because the audience doesn't know anything and you make the rules on the spot.
Don't forget this super-crab.

Also, I don't know why this anime got so gay. You even set-up some kind of relationship between Bisco and that sister, yet you have these two act so disturbing close to each other.
It's perfectly possible to write male-to-male friendship without seeming this gay.
Also, this goes for both Milo and his sister, but their relationship between them and Bisco was generally just too sudden. Milo cares so much for Bisco that he's gonna go acting like Bisco when he dies (plus the gayness) and his sister is kissing him

I can't tell whether this show is trying to push a relationship between Bisco and Milo's sister or Bisco and Milo. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they pushed for some sort of threesome.

Are the light novels somehow different? I only saw illustrations and they seem to make everybody more hotheaded. Probably the most confusing thing that everybody agrees here is Milo's feelings for Bisco and whether or not prefers him with his sister or for himself. The guy even made an actual love confession in the famous Terminator 2 scene. Maybe it's another way of love similar to what Yugi did with Joey in Yugioh?
