You are correct. Aoi, who is nominally the main character, still hasn't made it to the top of Fuji because she developed altitude sickness and had to stay behind at one of the way stations. Then in the most recent season, Hinata hurt her knee on a climb and had to stay back, too.

It ended well but it shows that you need to be really prepared to face anything even the minimal detail, we were show how overprepared rin was in her new year camping and even then there was a little problem. It shows too the difference in experience between then.

I just hope everything goes well with nadeshiko solo camping, I bet rin will worry every minute.

Camping, a drunk teacher who always keep her eyes closed... did I accidentally rewatch this week's Yuru Camp?

My favorite bit was the Hikage and Natsumi one. They're just so dumb

This episode ended Konomi's perfect attendance this season. She didn't show up this time.

I can't get enough of nadeshiko moments a faces, she is great.

Rin too, it was a rare moment between her and sakura but not a bad combination.

I just finished season 1 the other day and am about to start season 2.

I gotta admit, Rin is probably my favorite character. At first I thought she was a Kuudere character, but she's actually quite expressive. I love her expressions so much.

Glad everything went well for Nadeshiko. One of Rin's rule was not to go to an area with no signal though, but there technically was some, just not at the cam site itself.

Finally started S2 after finishing S1 a couple weeks ago.

First-time camper Rin is so cute! I wonder how far apart the first episode of S2 is from the beginning of S1? Like 1-2 years?

According to Rin, she began the whole solo camping during her first year of middle school after her grandpa gave her a bunch of gear. Since they're in what I imagine to be their first year of high school now, I think 2-3 years would be the time gap!
