Anyways, the chapter 6 = trolling.
Of Im Dal Young. I think he is right with the 70 pages monthly if you have a weekly serie. But seriously : 48 pages for a month ? Never saw this in Claymore or others. Look at Koimoku ... XD |

Read chapter 6 of Koimoku. Hinata has a point that you need to sell manga to make money, but in the process she's completely lost focus on other important aspects of making manga. She takes the creativity away from the mangaka in order to mass produce generic stuff that will sell. That's when it stops being an art form and becomes a business. You take away creativity and you're left with a ton of dull, lifeless projects that are all copy cats of one another (same goes for movie, music and video games) and culture itself stagnates. People then eventually get bored with the same old crap.
In her effort to produce mass-selling mangakas, she's apparently ruined a lot more than who've made it by overworking them and basically turning them into drawing machines instead of the artists they should be. The other editor sees that and I think she's a better character for pointing that out.

Or, the way her expressions showed, she could be just jealous of the attention she's giving him. I mean, she's your competition, why do you care if she drags mangaka to the ground. If you're in love with her just say it already and stop pretending you care for the business.
