I assumed it meant that he became the king of gods and a mortal shouldn't hold that position, no matter what, so without the contracts to protect himself tooi is now a target for the rest of the gods. Or something like that.

Having 12 out of 21 contracted spirits in that world is a pretty big deal even for the deities, if they have the human sides mentality where you leech off the strongest, thus cuasing them to put up their guard. Plus them not knowing he was an otherworlder.

Shii also said that because of the maou wrecking havoc in the world they saw Cross as a convenient piece to fight against the maou ,surpassing the sage of 5 deities and all, assuming he already had atmost 6 by then.

I agree with the stocks company thing.

But here is a question, why are the Goddesses going out of control?

They were free before he formed a contract with them yet they are causing chaos this time around.

Most of them have awakened to the yandere path (Probably) when he said that there's a "Person(Woman)" . It wasn't the best word choice to say to 12 female beings that can rival 1000 elite warriors each.

Even the most gentle of the 12 attacked him. I can't even imagine what the battle maniac deity will do when she find out he came back.

And I can deduce that at least one deity was a yandere since the beginning because a harem series always need a yandere or at least a stalker to be good.

Or maybe, since he basically controlled the world with the majority share in supreme deities, revoking all of the contracts basically let them do whatever they wanted for the first time ever. It's not like the wind goddess is really going yandere. She's protecting something in Fiore or wherever she is.

Kinda, the rival is a former comrade of the MC. He came from a tribe where battle is everything and at the age of 12 he was already considered the strongest. He had always wanted to have a go at the MC.

Not actually NTR in a sense since only 5, i think, were the deities that actually accepted him as the master. the rest just follow as the space deity mentioned. Unless its the one that loved MC that has a new master.

I think it would be good for them to actually move on to a new master, who is no a diabolical a-hole but since the title is reunion with 12 fascinating goddess and we have not been spoiled on the other deities interaction with MC, can't say much.

Looking at this list, i realize that all guns in final fantasy are named after stars O.O

I guess Volume 3 won't be coming out this year. This series looks quite popular and has good reviews so this is kind of weird. this is worse than the 2 Volume per story format lol.
