RIP Biscuit. All flags raised at half mast.
Damn, I can't imagine what will happen to Commander Eyebrows under Tekkadan custody (now that Mika's in Beast Mode). Heck, this might delay Kudelia's mission to Arbrau. Biscuit's death might drastically affect Orga here. He just lost one important comrade and voice of reason. |

I dont know I think she lives otherwise they confirm the kill in this episode.
I mean Orga has shown he is not going to kill people just for revenge before...She is just lucky Orga didnt wait 30 more seconds to move or Mika would have absolutely killed her with brutality. |

Given the usage of Ahab Reactors, it's easier for him to command a battle while on the battlefield himself. He's not leading from the front lines, though, which is smart. But, as for his previous time on the battlefield, he got involved with the MS specifically to lead it to the buried hanger bay for Mikazuki to ambush him.

But in particular theres really nowhere to hide on Mars' terrain (at least ground that is accessible from a mobile worker) If you are in a MW and a MS sets you as its prinary target, nothing much can save you outside of an intervention from a third party |

Biscuit at least made an attempt to clear things with Orga in his final moments: he was talking about Tekkadan, and included himself in that statement. As such, it seems he chose to stay with Tekkadan. Hopefully that much got through to Orga.

One thing I liked: This episode showcased the issue with naval gunfire that a lot of people overlook, namely that if you are in range to conduct shore bombardment, you are in range of counterbattery fire from the shore.
I also now have a new nickname for Mikazuki's new weapon: The Jaws of Death.

Biscuit didn't die, he just had to return to Heavy Object.
Joking aside, I spoiled myself before I even watched the episode, and it turns out it's not much of a spoiler, because how obvious it was. Everyone else has already listed the numerous flags raised, so I'm not going to repeat them. However, yeah, Biscuit wasn't going to make it by the end of this episode. It's such a shame though, because he's one of my favorite Natsuki Hanae roles. Interested in how things play out from here, and how plot threads will get resolved with only four episodes left, especially when the next episode looks to be a mourning one. Maybe, we'll get that second season after all.
