What methods you use to sleep?

I really wish I got some kind of switch button implanted at the side of my head where I can just push it to shut my mind off and then have someone switch it back on when I need to wake my mind up.

I wish for one as well dude. Hyper people like me could go for a day without sleeping even though im tired to the limit. I wish to be able to sleep whenever I wanted to.

Anyway, I mostly just wear out my body to the limit so by nighttime I could fall asleep easily. I resist the temptations of taking a nap or relaxing. If I gave in to them. I'll end up sleeping at like 2-3 am or worst never be able to sleep at all.
