I think it was since he consumed demon meat I don't think he's considered human anymore so he can level up past 100 and if he still eats the meat of animals his skills and such will keep going up most likely.

There are 4 girls in his party: Yue, Shia, Tio, Kaori(by order of joining).
There are another 2 traveling with him ATM, but they're part of the hero party(there's two more guys in it) that decided to follow them to the dungeons in order to gain power.

There is a girl in the hero party that everybody secretly hopes that she joins Hajime's harem/party, but it's unclear as to whether that will happen.
There are also 3 other semi-harem members(a loli teacher, a milf and an elf princess), although those might also lead to nothing.

EDIT: Just noticed that started all the sentences with 'There', my teacher would kill me...

Not really though, she has a mother(the milf in his semi-harem), but after they met she started calling him Papa and he treats her as his own daughter.

She's called the final boss because Hajime can't say no to her, and does everything she wants.
