Mahou Senki Lyrical Nanoha Force Manga Discussion

Seems like the manga was moving towards making Tohma central to the plot again near the beginning of its hiatus. Veyron and rosalia were set up to become the Tohma/Lily antagonist counterpart, Veyron being initially the underdog fighter of the Huckebein only emphasized that notion and if they get a power up it's ovbious to think Tohma and Lily will have to step up to the challenge eventually.

If there isn't any more plans on continuing the story it would be nice at least tat Tsuzuki shared what ideas he had for the rest of that story with the fandom.

Don't lost the hope my friend - for example Ubel Blatt was on hiatus for two years before getting back with new energy.

Well, I believe it's has been 2 year for Nanoha force has hiatus
as long Tsuzuki still lingering on comfort zone very unlikely for us to see Nanoha force back
i honestly doubt Tsuzuki himself will openly share his idea to the fandom, imo Tsuzuki is embarrassed with Nanoha force story after realised how wreck has became the force from his original thought, maybe he planning to let Nanoha force forgotten by fandom with keep generates multiple " Nanoha spin-off" to feed on the yuri fandom
even so i still want to hold positive thought for the return even if the possibility only 1%

tsuzuki also could have some ideas for major events in Force that could greatelly affect Vivid. For example, if something bad happen to Vivio in Force it could make many readers to drop Vivid, since all her eventual fall would automatically became a Forgone Conclussion.

finishing vivid was probably for the best so events don't get confused plus juggling all those projects.

because the gap of two year between series.

who knows but it also helps with flash backs and characters like lutecia who are now working for tsab. maybe she will join and do a little hacking into Hades computers.

It could be an awesome teist if Hades would manage to infect Teana with Eclipse virus and send her on murderous rampage through TSAB ranks.

Please no. Teana is the one character I could not bear to see that happen to.

I think THoma or Lily will get that role if it happens at all.

Thoma already went berserk because of Eclipse and without Subaru and Lily's help he would slice Nanoha up. Teana's case could highlight just how dangerous eclipse rampage can be even if heroes around.

Subaru would be a more damaging choice for such an event, actually, especially since her IS lends itself well to physical destruction and death. She might know the Starlight Breaker, but Teana's skillset is otherwise not that tailored to frontal combat.

Anyway, it sucks we're going to have to wait until either Vivid or that card game manga to be close to finishing, before we get anymore news on Force.

IIRC wasn't force cancelled due to how unpopular it was?

One, it's on hiatus, not canceled, and two, sales-wise it was doing just as well as ViVid was, so popularity wasn't its issue.

Officially, it's been in indefinite break (for about 3 years IIRC). Since then we haven't gotten any announcements about the manga, and they haven't answered any questions made about the subject, so it's pretty much unofficially canned or canceled, and nothing was announced to avoid any possible backslash.

The sales were already slowing down after the first couples of volumes IIRC, likely from loyal fans, the manga wasn't very well received in Japan in general, the support from doujin artists was like 1 to 10 or 20 compared to Vivid during the first year.
