After the 7th Tournament he upgraded the Star Build Strike into the Build Strike Cosmos.

And no, it appears that the Build Burning Gundam is a completely separate Gunpla from the Build Strike Cosmos. That said, I wouldn't mind seeing the Build Strike Cosmos in action, given how it seems to function much differently from the Star Build Strike.

Name is Cathedral Gundam (when used as Second's personal unit), and Denial is the result of Junya customizing Cathedral to fit his CQC style.
Leaving the only question is how did Junya got Cathedral? It's kinda hard to imagine PPSE (under Mashita lead) would miss something deadly like that.

Rather than a teammate it was the coach, so somehow his school had access to the Cathedral Gundam parts.

probably because Junya isn't a fan of visual kei so the Cathedral name does not suit him so that's why he renamed it Denial in the first place?

also the 2nd Meijin's condition in that image, its a miracle he could build that Gundam despite his state, the poor guy deserves a credit that is not renaming his work the Denial Gundam, Junya probably never heard of him so he's not a dick.......

i'm curious about the the rest 5 episodes, too many build-up battles already with sakai minato, gunpla academy and lucas nemesis. and by using 2 part episodes can the writer really complete all the hype? one between lucas or gunpla academy will set to lose in the next episode though

so for the past 7 years, the world is still not aware of the existence of the supernatural event that is Aria Von Reiji Asuna, the idiot alien prince boy who came to our world & does not give a fuck along with his thief CEO arch enemy who's antics caused a literal destruction of a world championship stadium by a Zeon Fortress that is not a special effects technical error, that should make world news headlines, with their last moments recorded by Mihoshi herself along with the 'abduction' of an orphaned Finnish girl, Baker the bitch does not count by the way

was expecting the world governments gone full alert after that unless its people like Nils who managed to do a coverup story or something that kept the secret for a long time, unless the people of the Build Fighters world is so oblivious that they still think its part of a pop culture stunt

They probably did do a coverup. Seems like Yajima Corp rolled in and bought out PPSE as soon as the tourney ended. Probably just after Nils agreed to be Caro's Fiancee.

Actually if you were paying attention in S1 Mihoshi put down the camera after the fight ended. Literally the only people who saw Reiji (as well as the Chairman, Baker, and Aila) depart was that final group. So they easily kept it secret, while the rest was taken care of by Yajima Trading takeover

Given that it's Japan, most likely there was a press release that Mashita had stepped down as CEO of PPSE in the wake of the disaster that occurred during the seventh tournament, and then Yajima purchased PPSE.

Reminds me wonder when Allan went from Head of R&D to School Instructor. Did Nils just come in and automatically take his job after the Purchase?

Allan and Nils profession is completely different. As said by Yuuma when explaining Gunpla Academy, Allan is a builder, not a scientist.
Since he's previously world-level builder of PPSE, with PPSE disbanded (and turned into Gunpla Academy), taking role of coach indeed closer for him.

On other note, after watching The Origin, now I understand why Ral is the mentor figure.
Too bad Hamon didn't make appearance together with him in this series given his reputation of "Lieutenant".

Really he was wearing lab coats all the time for show then? I assumed he had some sort of STEM (Science Tech Engineering or Math) Degree. Anyone can build a gundam but that lab had some high tech equipment u think they put a real scientist in charge of that.

If that's the standard uniform of PPSE build department staff on his level, then it's not for show.
He's wearing it while watching Tatsuya fight against Reiji and Sei to confirm Tatsuya skills, later while participating in GBWC as co-pilot for Meijin Kawaguchi (Tatsuya) who representing PPSE. All of that related to his works, I don't see anything wrong with wearing it as it related to his job after all.
