To expand on this:
I think Altria was simply a certain way of romanizing the Katakana of her name, アルトリア. Now, katakana are used by the Japanese for foreign words, but unfortunately, like the hiragana they're based on, katakana do not have a symbol for just a consonant (the letter n aside). This means katakana are insufficient for properly writing english words, especially those that end on a consonant. This is how we got from wife to waifu.

Which leads us back to アルトリア. These katakana are read as a-ru-to-ri-a. Combine this with some quirks of the Japanese language (can't distinguish between l and r, pronounce the u so soft as to be almost unnoticable, and their general inability to english), and both Altria and Artoria/Arturia are valid ways of romanizing it.

tl;dr Katakana are terrible, and アルトリア can be read as both Altria and Arturia.

No, the monarchy has no power and hasn't since the time of Oliver Cromwell. Those were conquered by the British parliament largely due to the power of the British Navy,

Still Saber is everlasting King of Britain, as such the conquest of British are her conquest as well.

Even in modern times if the Gail War ended and she stayed in our world she would have every right to go to London and take the crown fro Elisabeth II. As it is small to have control over 5'th worlds strongest military and Commonwealth of Nations?
