Clannad After Story I cried a few times, such an awesome show.
Angel Beats! I cried at the end after watching it again, the first time made me sniffle and made my eyes watery but no actual tears came out.
K-ON!! the end of episode 24 I shed a single tear.
Almost exactly this, apart from I marathoned After Story and cried from the beginning of like Episode 17 to the end of the thing and with K-On Episode 24 I cried quite a lot for no apparent reason.

Interesting necromancy here.

Anyway, now that I think about it, it's only happened once. As in, choking or tearing up doesn't really count. The one show to ever make me legitimately cry was Clannad: After Story. It's also unexpected because of which scene actually did that.

The big two for me are the Clannad stories and the Aria stories....

Although the Kowarekake no Orgel OVA made me cry too.

I cried the third episode of Dragon Crisis! for some reasons (Rose never forgive to Ryuji, once she's abducted by Onyx), then I cried the Madoka Magica's episode 12 ending during the Good Friday (April 21).

Toboe

I cried so much watching Wolf's Rain!
I never cry at all, but when Toboe died I was bawling. Toboe was the only character I ever felt for.

Since this is topped anyway...

Summer Days With Coo - 2007 film by Keiichi Hara (Colorful). "Colorful" is the better film, but "Coo" actually got me to tear up a little when I watched it tonight. That hasn't happened for quite a long time.

Onani Master Kurasawa's heart wrenching scenes somehow made me shed a few tears. Especially when he confessed his doings.
