so its one of those machines with heavy fire power and it being so slim might suggest it may also have some speed too. The innovators are produceing some seriously cool mecs like the arch and gadessa so i cannot wait to c wat other mobile suits they have.

WOOT!!! I got my HG 00, Graham's Custom Flag, and Virtue today! Thank You HLJ! This makes my Thanksgiving break o so sweeter.
Edit: Never mind what I said before (Don't ignore me). I want to know if you guys have any suggestions on how to paint my kits. I'm the kind of guy that would build the kits, then paint them, but now I want to paint them more professionally. I want to know stuff like if I should wash my kits first, how to do that, do I paint first then build, do I need to use primer, should I use dull or glossy paint lacquer, etc. Every little bit of advice will help. PM's or links to paint guides would be greatly appreciated. Note: I hand paint my kits, so no links or advice on spray painting are needed. Last edited by MeesesGlokmah; 2008-11-21 at 15:35. |

I just built Cherudim today and what happened was I was going to just water down the paint a little before doing each part, but when I dabbed the paint into the cup of water, it formed a floating film. I simply wrapped the pieces in that film and voila, it came out perfect. I used Plasti-kote Scratch Color touch-up paints, which normally you'd use for your car, because they were right on my shelf and I didn't feel like going out into my freezing garage to get my regular modelling paints. It actually turned out to be the best thing for it.
