Does anybody know if blueprints of the Rokkenjima mansion exist?

Let's just say I want to recreate it.

The mansion is modelled on the mansion found in Kyu Furukawa Gardens, designed by the British architect Josiah Conder and built in 1917. If any blueprints exist, they most likely aren't online, and a paper library is your best bet.

I expect working from the numerous photographs available online should be an option, though, the mansion in the story does not match the existing one in layout exactly anyway.

I'm aware of the mansion it was based off of and the possibility that Ryukishi decided not to model after it 100%. I was just wondering if there was a map of the mansion that Ryukishi and DEEN would use as a reference. Come to think of it, a map of the place would have made a great tool in figuring out the mystery.

That quite definitely does not exist, otherwise we'd have it as a gameboard in MapTool and slide pieces around with stopwatches by now.

I'm sure a rough map could be created anyway, though... I mean, there's only so many locations mentioned, right? As long as some of the floors are filled in with "generic rooms"...
