It's too soon to say anything, really. Each character will have his/her own respective focus. So far, we still do not have Ichinose's story yet.

The main point is, that our MC didn´t show any evidence of romantic feelings, so all this talk is just "what if", but still, everyone have their preferences for ships. Presonally I don´t like Hirata. Also, the story is still just evolving, so there is still time for stuff like that.

But she's the "main" heroine, if not for extreme measure she'll win by default
Need to put some hate on her, sad but necessary

Just look at that Tales of Zestiria, just because Alisha appeared first and gained popularity as main heroine, the anime needed to accommodate her.

With Youkoso anime, most viewers will demand Horikita route, even if author wanted another end, probably he might be forced to go Horikita because of this.

Actually Horikita already have an IF route that shougo Kinugasa made himself but I don't know if this count as a foreshadowing that Horikita might not end up with Ayano bcuz it's like a complete different story there's no suspense it's like a romantic comedy..

Well, it is not like "another" from oregairu, so I don´t think so it counts. But I don´t mind if she don´t end up with Ayano, I just don´t like to see her with Sudou, cuz he is not rly good character.
