... he has a scar like that. Only it's much bigger and on his chest, and therefore he's better than your character. Which proves that he's GAR because he can have that scar (among many others), and yet still be good-looking for the ladies

getting a wound on your chest is easyer to survive and get a scar, now surviving a wound to leave a scar like that to your head is much more harder.

As for Tsukune's scars. His biggest is the X scar on his chest which is visible after his fight with the Anti-Thesis. Other's are on the neck from the octo teacher, back from lizard men, various from the Hokuto fight and probably the latest is on his forehead against the Yakuza group.

Indeed Tsukune has gone through some major changes. What I liked about it, is that it wasn't a sudden change. We actually saw the development step by step.

Like other generic guys that turn badass all of a sudden Tsukune took it one step or one scar at a time, which probably why he's so GAR in the manga. Also I also like that he still has those comedic looks and moments which still reminds us of the old Tsukune, which is still intact with our new Tsukune now.

Yep, even the way he's drawn has changed drastically. Look at Tsukune in RV manga season 1 and the Tsukune in Hotel beach club party. He even bulked up a bit.

Lingwe just translated the manga chapter, but a group has yet to scanlate it.

And yes he was just like a kid when he first appeared, but after the ghoul arc in season1 and training arc he was changing, not drastically, but inch by inch.

Well, you do have to consider his circumstances. He started out as a human, and ended up getting involved with the Youkai world, one which pretty much would've killed any human. Despite this, he got more and more involved with it, most notably by deciding to wield the vampire abilites he gained from Moka's blood, which in itself could destroy him, and nearly did. But despite all that's happened, he's still remaining to stick by the girls and plunge even further into the dark corners of the youkai realm. I highly doubt that if he'd remained the way he was way back in the beginning, he would've gotten as far as he had. So of course he had to become, as we all call it, GAR... otherwise he would've been killed long ago

Thats true, but I found its funny to hear that Tsukune still remain life is because fans want to see Moka more..and as we know Moka without Tsukune is a no go...and in order to keep Moka and this series going smoothly without Moka's-new-lifing Bloodbag-Boyfriend, Tsukune must morph to GAR and badass or what soever character in the storyline

I'm Tsukune fans too...we share same zodiac and birth date..but reality can be cruel sometimes
