Oh, at long last...we have a decent Saimoe match today that features two possible alternate choices to Saki and Madoka, and both are already proven contenders. Asuna vs. Mikoto.
Bring on them votes! (or not...)

Kuro wins her match which is expected. Ryuuka winning her match is also expected. What isn't expected is how badly Hanayo ended up doing. Even if she wasn't going to win, I really thought she would do a lot better than 60 votes. Maybe something did happen to the Love Live fanbase that caused them to leave.
Matches: N3 T3 Komachi's half Block was really, really weak. Even taking that into account, Komachi is still very lucky to be in Round 3. Satoha's half Block was also pretty weak making N Block a really weak Block in general. I'm not really sure why Satoha is as strong as she is. However, even if she isn't actually that strong, she might beat Komachi anyways. Asuna did well to get past Rize. I really didn't think Asuna was that stronger and didn't have her reaching Round 3. However, the Railgun is a tough one to beat. I don't think Asuna can pull it off. Misaka matches on. Maybe she'll run into Homura soon... Votes: Hikigaya Komachi Misaka Mikoto Predictions: Tsujigaito Satoha Misaka Mikoto

Shasya has been pissing me off again. Another correction, and I don't even notice it until today. My previous post with graphics has been updated.
EDIT, and as I say that, ANOTHER CORRECTION has been posted by that idiot Shasya. These NG votes have gone out of control. Significantly. There is not a single match day in which the filter does not have to be invoked. I now have a reason why this tournament is getting all the bad raps. It isn't Saki vs. Madoka. Not all of the votes are valid, and the tracker from Subayai isn't catching the bad ones. The last two days have been a wash. I will not be surprised if this is the case again today, it is on a coldstreak. A very bad coldstreak. BloodyKitty, please get back online and change ur numbers. They're wrong. I got the updated ones.

Satoha does indeed beat Komachi. Mikoto has no problems dealing with Asuna. Pretty much the expected results.
Matches: O3 U3 Yukinon is strong but unfortunately for her Ako is likely stronger. If Yuigahama Yui couldn't beat Suehara Kyouko, I can't really see Yukinon winning here. A Railgun character and a Saki character meet once again. It's hard to really tell how stronger Awai and Kuroko are. Neither are among the top tier in their series but neither of them are weak either. I think I'll go with Kuroko winning here. Votes: Yukinoshita Yukino Shirai Kuroko Predictions: Atarashi Ako Shirai Kuroko

The administration is reporting different numbers.
N Final 1st 155 TSUJIGAITO Satoha @ Saki Zenkoku-hen 2nd 79 HIKIGAYA Komachi @ Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru T Final 1st 149 MISAKA Mikoto @ To Aru Kagaku no Railgun S 2nd 89 YUUKI Asuna @ Sword Art Online: Extra Edition Quote:
Please use the official administration thread of AST 2014. Go to the bottom and look for the latest post that: - has a link to a TXT file beginning with "http://mig380.chez-alice.fr/up0/file/u1_" (for example, http://mig380.chez-alice.fr/up0/file/u1_006047.txt), and - does not have the word "code" in its post. Access the TXT file and go to the bottom of the file for the results. Also, I suggest waiting for at least one hour before posting the results, due to how often the admin-group has been changing results lately.

Matches: P3 V3
Rin is pretty lucky to be in Round 3. She isn't likely to be able to compete with Syaro unless the currently airing Fate/Stay night helped Rin out a lot. I doubt that will be the case for a character who has been around for as long as Rin has. Yuu vs Mami is another Saki vs Madoka match. Despite how many characters each series has, they haven't really faced each other that much. Neither Mami nor Yuu has faced particularly difficult opponents so far so it's hard to say how strong they are. Yuu should be very strong but Mami is a Puella Magi so she's invincible. Considering how Toki did against Madoka, I have to give Mami the win here. Yuu has a chance to win which is a lot more than most characters can say but I don't think she will. Votes: Syaro Matsumi Yuu Predictions: Syaro Tomoe Mami

Sorry that I'm online so late. Post fixed. I noticed that results from Shasya recently changed a lot due to vote removal by the 2ch staff, but Shasya has the quickest early results, so I'll still post them and try to fix them later if I can.
My online time is usually very limited since I can only have proper Internet when I'm at home and not working, unfortunately I basically work all day...

May as well show both end of match and official results for comparative purposes to show how many votes were subtracted. All four challengers were affected, but Yukino and Kuroko (non Saki reps) are not getting enough help to win their matches. I did want to see Ako advance to the top 32, so at least good results there.
Even Mikoto herself didn't get much help in her match the previous day. Fortunately, Asuna didn't get enough of a series boost to compete in her match. Railgun finally won a group at least.

Looks like I really underestimated Saki here. While I did have Ako winning, I didn't expect he to stomp Yukinon this badly. I was wrong on Awai's match. She wins with no issues at all. So far, 10 Saki characters have advanced out of Round 3. Of the two that lost, Hisa lost to Atago Hiroe. Kirisaki Chitoge is the only non-Saki character to beat a Saki character in Round 3. Although, I assume Mami will change that today.
