Maybe it's because they're so good that many have Sumeragi's way of thinking. If I got my hands on any of Digital Lover's Index doujins, I wouldn't even want to touch them with my own, oily hands, much less smack them in a scanner.

Also, I'm noticing this artist likes to boost Mikoto's assets a bit

Both of them love Kamikoto. And really it is possible the fans don't want to damage their doujinshi, but... I really want to read them

Actually, I haven't seen as many refrences to Touma and IB as you'd expect. Maybe I'm just not watching the right shows.
