Oh man, this manga...there's some rather funny moments and the 4ch-esque translation is actually perfect for it. But she also kind of reminds me of myself while having very little character development, that's not so hot.

Team Tanigawa sounds completely bewildered by the success -- here's some one-shot that their publisher forced them to turn into a series, and it's somehow become popular in both Japan and the US.
I wonder if we'll see an anime adaptation? Given how little happens in each chapter, I figure they need another twelve or fifteen chapters for a one cour series, which would take us through the end of the year. It'd be a pretty odd show, though, seeing as Tomoko's brother is the next most significant character and he only shows up in half the chapters. |
