I got hold of Full Moon wo Sagashite a little late, but I took an immediate liking to the fansub group a.f.k. who did the subs for this anime. I like the way they color the dialog depending on who's speaking it. It gives the subs a personal tone attributed to each character and kind of brings them to life.
Major props to you, a.f.k., if you're reading this. You're one of the best, if not the best in my book! |

Who are Kyuu, and why do they rock so hard ?
I'm not normally someone who downloads fansubs, but their releases are sometimes out before the raws even, and the sub quality is very high- and I don't see translation mistakes that are usually ubiquitous among speed subs. 御見事だ |

I'm not a fan of any particular group. I'm more of a fan of all fansubers who take time out of their lives to do this for free.
So a big thank you and a squeeeee from me to all fansubers everywhere, retired or not, you are all amazing. |

It's been a long time since I want to thank Fansub Groups. I lived in Japan now and I try to learn Japanese, a little bit because of them. I watched a lot of anime and I discovered a world of wonderful stories. Thank you very much. I hope that maybe, in the future, I can help them with the translation (mada mada desu!)
It is a good thing to have Fansub Groups. I remember the time before Internet and I hope that Internet will stay like that: full a great people who are doing things to share with others. Thank you so much! Myriel |

I would like to thank all of the fansub groups I've been a part of in the past. Thanks to you, I've wasted 5 years of my life... and yet, for some reason, I still continue to do it. Thank you, Anime-Keep. Thank you, Lunar. Thank you, Ayu. Thank you, Conclave.

You should have spent that time fansubbing instead of making everyone wonder when you'd be online to work on the seventeen episodes waiting on you
Did I ever respond to this before? I'm too lazy to check. But here's my new reply if so: Thanks to groups that have: 1) Never released an episode of licensed anime; 2) Don't speedsub; 3) Not been complete asses about what they do |
