A reliable source for manga in North America (Canada)?
Hey,
I was wondering if anybody knew any reliable online stores to purchase manga off of in North America...Canada preferrably. Cheap shipping and decent customer service are a plus. Thanks! |

I want to buy something off of Amazon.jp but I live in the US and I don't know how to navigate the site since it's all in Japanese. Is there a website somewhere that has translation and a step-by-step guide to walking people through shopping on Amazon.jp?

Webshops
Hi,
I live in Norway in Europe I don't have good selection of manga in my local store. Is there any good mangawebshops at the net? And if there are, do they send their items to Europe? I know about their main site, like Tokyopop and so on. But are there any shops which have every title from various companies. Hope for some answers. Thanks!

I am in singapore, and want to get the tsukihime manga volumes. However all the ones i can seem to find only ship in america, or have outrageous international shipping costs, or are in japanese/chinese.
Does anyone know a online store that sells english manga in singapore? Or hell, english versions of the tsukihime manga that ship to singapore? |

I have always used Barnes and Noble, Amazon, even ebay a few times and they have worked very well for me. I have also googled small locations or shops around my area to see if they sell manga/anime: that went fairly well though it wasn't as great as I thought! There are just not that many small shops geared towards this genre. Thats a pitty!

You might just need to bump your entire question once a week or so. I don't recall any recommendations for local singapore purchasing.. but you're certainly close to japan so the shipping rates for japanese manga can't be that bad if you bundle up your orders into one shipment (assuming you can read japanese).
I use a combination of www.amazon.co.jp and nippon-export.com for my JP manga purchases (I live in the US). For Region 2 anime&music, I tend to use cdjapan.co.jp and couple of others.
