Makes sense he lost, he was out numbered 10 x 4 and the rules restricted the huge centaur knight.
The Karudatoa-Norderstedt knights made by the National Production Laboratory were finished products, with improved endurance while keeping most of the other advantages over the first prototype. From the summary the Karudatoa-Norderstedt knight is the one that should go in production, as it could easily be adopted and used without any retraining by current troops. Eru's stuff was more advanced however the tech was not quite there for it to go to the front lines, especially since endurance is important. Eru's series of knights sound like they require higher training levels to use and would do well as an elite force, after more extensive prototyping and testing. They should eventually produce both sets of knights with the KN knights being from appearances a finished product, ready to be mass produced. Besides, regardless of what happens the King got what he wanted, which was to light a fire under the National Production Laboratories. |

Yeah, but won't this asshole's model be the one to get mass produced since he technically won? I can't stomach the notion of him getting his name in the history books off ideas he's stole from our cute trap. |

The head blacksmith dude's frame is better, at least for a standard. So it's perfectly reasonable that it will be used. Doesn't matter, because everybody knows who the source of that generation is, and it isn't him. He will be a footnote who made them practical. |

Remember that one of Eru's goals is to create his own personalized Silhouette Knight, just for himself. Since he was an otaku in his previous life and assumedly watched/owned a lot of mobile suit apparel he will have some idealized Knight he wants to produce. That is the reason why he actually doesn't care and is continuing to push the generations forward without actually refining them into the standardized line frame.

I doubt the head blacksmith and the team there will be a footnote. Eru may create the foundation for the new Knights to come out, but it will be up to the other teams to refine his latest ideas into designs that can be used and mass produced. |

The thing is he is actually well known and at the end of the day not even the ones they brought with them were the ones who stayed at the end, it was a model based in the one from the new model eru presented, pushing the generation once more, he is actually in the mouth of everyone, in this case the lead researcher gives due credit to eru, but the reason the leader of the R&D was worried about eru and the silver knights was another thing altogether.

The originator, as in, the country Eru resides in right?
does Eru actually managed to make a copy of the Levitation Device after that? Like, the Ship get shot down and Eru Co managed to salvaged the tech. As a Mecha Fanatics, a Flying Mecha is a must, after all. |
