Haven't read the latest few chapters of volume 3, but could do one for volume 2, I suppose. Using my terrible memory for this, so it may be out of order or outright inaccurate in places.
Spoiler for Volume 2:
Starts off with Yuu and his notChocobo deciding to head into a forest, where they run into two 12-year-old lolis gathering ingredients for mana potions. Yuu's actually fairly knowledgeable about magic and and stuff like potions because he was taught by Silvia's younger sister, Alicia, a magic genius despite her young age. They were being chased by a giant-ass boar and Yuu saved them using a technique mentioned earlier in the thread about flicking air or something. He kills it with a throwing knife, after though, I believe. The two lolis he saved are on the cover, the pig-tailed girl getting groped by the black hair loli, which is what happens when the black-haired one decides to repay Yuu with eye candy. They're fairly unimportant, overall. Anyway, they lead Yuu to his destination, some city known for its magic and sorcery education, they part, and Yuu drops the beast he killed off at the local guild for a hefty reward, where he learns it was the lord of the forest.
He makes his way to an inn, noticing how everyone is clad in gray robes, depressing him. He wanted to see some girls in school uniforms, after all. He finds the inn and thinks it might be a sister inn due to the naming scheme fitting with the previous one he stayed at. There, he immediately starts hitting on the serving wench as she's his type. His first line to her is something like "Please marry for the purpose of procreation". Subtle, right? Anyway, this causes the other patrons to want the new kid to back off, and it gets kinda loud. The inn owner comes out and tells everyone to stop hitting on his wife. Turns out the inn owner is a a party member from 3 years ago, Gilley, an older, extremely macho and tall elf with a fairly scary face. Yuu's happy to see him, but depressed that woman was married. So, the inn owner kicks everyone out but Yuu and his wife and they catch up.
Yuu wakes up in the same bed as the macho elf and nearly dies from the shock. Elf guy explains drunk Yuu climbed onto the couples' bed, so they just slept there with him in the middle. Yuu is sad he doesn't remember it because he still likes the wife. So they have dinner together, argue back and forth a bit (he's the one who taught him elvish through all their arguing, but they really are friends), and Yuu gets a bit perverted with the wife who really doesn't try all that hard to resist. She just think she's doing well for a woman in her 30s or something.
Yuu leaves the inn and runs into a chuuni assassin nun named Bernadette looking for the previous hero. She's the dual-wielding long black-haired girl on the volume 2 cover. When Yuu introduces himself, she literally shoots (with a magic gun) at him on reflex. She does this whenever Yuu introduces himself throughout the volume despite thinking it's a different person. Yuu dodges of course and manages to convince her that he just happens to have the same name and a similar appearance. Yes, she's stupid. Yuu has a premonition that she's as dangerous as the top demons. She passes out from hunger and Yuu hauls her back to the inn.
There, she eats over 40 peoples' servings at Yuu's expense (proving his premonition, which while he notes she has a nice rack, is enough to make him not care) and still wants dessert. Yuu tries to get her to explain why the previous hero is the enemy of God, but she won't explain. She's pretty stupid, so she probably doesn't even know. Yuu explains how her pistols work, seeing as he designs them when he was the hero, but they were pretty inefficient. He notes how they've been modified and goes pretty in-depth in it. Bernadette tries to talk to Yuu while he's explaining all this crap in his head, and he just ignores her. This eventually shows that Bern doesn't like being ignored, because she offers to let Yuu touch her tits to get him back on track. Which he actually ignores and keeps fucking explaining the guns in his head. She offered because she had heard from the wife that Yuu likes tits, but says her rack is better than the wife's. This is what makes him stop explaining, where he then slaps her tits and says while her's are nice, the two pairs are in different leagues. He notes afterward that he kinda liked doing that.
While helping the macho elf cater to the gluttonous nun, a man described as looking scarier than a horror movie asks him if he'd like to be a substitute teacher for the academy Don't remember why Yuu agrees, but the horror-faced guy and them head off to the academy. Bern accompanies him because she never got dessert and states that he hasn't really treated her to a meal until that happens. Yuu uses this argument to make her shut up, because he finds her annoying. Doesn't last long, of course. They teleport up to the headmaster's office and the headmaster, Bern, and the female teacher there introduce themselves in chuuni fashion. The principle's king of the hobbits or something and it turns out Bern's also 16 like Yuu. I don't remember much about the female teacher, but she's the purple-haired lady behind Bern on the cover. Introductions end and teleportation apparently makes Bern sick, so she heads back to the inn and Yuu goes to check out the school.
While heading to the staff room, he's assaulted from behind, as he puts it. Turns out it's Alicia, the youngest princess of Rizerion or whatever that kingdom was called. She's the green-eyed girl with the green earring on the cover. She openly calls herself his wife. Yuu notes she's 12 now, and Yuu notes she should try again in 10 years. I recall him mentioning this with one or two other people, but apparently 22 is a suitable age for Yuu's tastes. Alicia's proud how her breasts have grown, which Yuu notes, like with Silvia, really isn't much at all. This ends up with Alicia wanted to get Yuu excited, so she goes behind him with slimes as padding and starts play-biting his ear. It works as planned until the slimes pop out. But Yuu eventually notices something of grave important. Alicia, instead of wearing a school uniform, is wearing a gray robe as well. This makes Yuu drop whatever he's doing and he quite literally rushes to the headmaster to confront him about it. So he crashes through the window on the whatever-th storey his office is on, scaring the shit out of the headmaster and the teacher. This leads into a long side quest I don't really remember much about, but he basically gets the headmaster to agree to get some damn uniforms.
Yuu eventually heads back to the inn and finds Bern asleep. He notes she can actually be pretty when she's shutting up, but that simply doesn't happen when she's awake. So he tries to shake her awake, which causes a certain phenomenon to happen in the area of her chest, which causes Yuu to start losing his reason. Yuu thinks if does what he's thinking, he'll be labeled as a pervert like an accidental moment three years ago. Had something to do with Silvia and the macho elf's older sister, who he describes as 'You could call it a matter of course, you could call it inevitable, but she had small-breasts'. Anyway, Yuu eventually goes for it despite his better judgement and Bern wakes up just beforehand and labels him the enemy of women, and blows a hole in inn which Yuu has to pay for.
Bern, after lecturing him, mumbles to herself that she wouldn't mind if the mood was a little better. Yuu then notes he is not to be mistaken for a 'Eh? What was that?' harem protagonist and jumps at the offer. Bern's surprised he actually heard what she said, but ultimately says no as the atmosphere's already been ruined. So no-go regardless. Yuu explains he was talking with the headmaster about cute uniforms, Bern says like her uniform, and Yuu wholeheartedly disagrees.
It skips back to Yuu in his class. There, Alicia gives him a matching earring (that also allows them to communicate to each other) and basically uses it to convince her class that she's Yuu's wife. The two lolis he saves earlier are also in his class. The wife proclamation bothers a certain classmate called Henrietta who has a thing for Alicia, so she challenges him to a duel. She's the one behind the two other lolis on the cover. Yuu dubs her LezRolls/百合ロール in his head, after her being a lesbian and he hairstyle. She's a mage-knight or whatever it was like Silvia is and they duel, with Alicia acting as an announcer for some reason. She puts up a good fight, but Yuu wins in the end. Everyone thought Yuu was using speed-enhancing magic, but Yuu can't actually use any magic, of course. Should note that Bern went off to do whatever on her own.
Alicia and Yuu head back to the inn and Bern catches Alicia with him. Alicia, being the impish girl she is, decides to complicate everything by claiming to be his wife again. Yuu manages to convince her that he isn't a pedo, but Alicia immediately makes it worse again and Bern shoots him with a stun round.
Getting back into the earlier side quest, Yuu goes to meet a friend in the next town over. Bern naturally accompanies him like Lily had, using the Hero Express (aka riding on Yuu), which makes Bern really sick. Yuu talks with an old friend, a half-spider lady who happens to like making clothes. They both trick Bern into modelling for them. There's more to this but I don't remember any of it or care to.
Going back to Yuu's class, Yuu decides to teach the two lolis he met earlier how to move like he does. Yuu's actually able to do this despite not being able to use magic, and even has Alicia give a demonstration. Some of the other class, particularly the males, come along to learn too, but Yuu isn't exactly happy they're also there. Henrietta learns the move pretty quickly, but has difficulty making quick changes in direction. The stacked loli has trouble with it in general, which Yuu foresaw because of, well, she's stacked. So he gives a flying broom instead.
And now for the main part of the novel after a whole lotta random crap. The town's barrier turns off and it gets invaded by skeleton warriors made from dragon bones or something. They go around killing a bunch of nameless students and mooks while people run around. Alcia figures out pretty quickly that it's the Necromancer, Umbra, a used-to-be-human turned Duke-class demon after dying 500-some years ago because they have some unwanted old history. He's the death-looking guy on the cover. The headmaster pulls his weight and summoned an army of golems to combat these. The two lolis meet up with Henrietta and Umbra decides to bring in wyverns to help him out.
Bernadette shows she isn't too bad of a fighter, as she decides to take on several wyverns at once. She manages to pull off a massive holy spell that would normally take several priests several minutes to cast by using the instant-cast ability of her magic guns. Alicia, being the magical prodigy she is, decided to restart the city's barrier pretty quickly. It exhausts her pretty heavily so that when she collapses after one step. Good thing Yuu shows up out of nowhere to catch her. He explains that his first priority was to protect her in this crisis, which is why he hasn't done shit so far because he was looking for her. He did show up disguised as the Darkness Executioner to avoid any trouble though, but Alicia recognizes him. Alicia goes off to help more, saying that her sisters wouldn't stop until it everything was solved either, and she asks Yuu to help. Yuu says he can't refuse a request from these damn sisters.
Gilley finds them and brings Yuu his notChocobo as per Yuu's request. Gilley explains that it was sleeping through the town getting massacred and Yuu's impressed, in a certain sense. Alicia, like Yuu, recognizes the notChocobo because she also knew its parents. She can also apparently speak notChocobo, as she asks its name and it tells her the name Yuu gave it, which is Silber (a variation of Silver), by the way. So Yuu has Silber give Alicia a ride.
So Yuu gets to work and kills all the undead dragon things chasing the loli trio in the blink of an eye, and Alicia meets up with the trio. Gilley joins them, much to their surprise, as he snuck up when he did it. Turns out the giant brawny elf was the stealthy one of the party in the past.
Meanwhile, Yuu runs into Bern. And she thinks he's an enemy simply because he's wearing black and killed a whole bunch of dragon zombies easily. Yes, she's not very smart. But Alicia stops her by hanging her with a magic chain by her feet. She tells Bern that the Darkness Executioner is indeed human, and has the support of Rizerion and the Witch of Time. Bern actually understands that she probably shouldn't continue at this point, at least. And Yuu proves it. He picks up her fallen guns, aims them at her, and pulls the trigger. Naturally, Yuu having no magical ability, nothing happens. So he can't be a demon since that's a fundamental part of them, and he can't be the one controlling the undead attacking the town. So Yuu calls her an idiot and mixes in that she's wearing teddy bear panties in there as well. And she finally realizes since she's upside-down and wearing a dress, of course that would happen. So now she frantically asks to be let down.
Alicia tells him they don't have time to waste on the stupid nun, and a giant magic circles appears and an Ancient Dragon that Yuu once killed with it. Yuu calls it basically the Bahamut of dragons to simplify things, and it was one of the three Ancient Dragons or something. Yuu notes that he barely beat it in the past, but at the moment it doesn't appear to have much intelligence in its revived state. So Yuu was going to have Bern help him out because holy magic and zombies etc, but Alicia isn't responding to him. When he looks at her, she's surrounded by a black mist and Umbra himself is behind her.
So Umbra greets him through Alicia, who he's literally forcing to talk for him like a puppet. He tells Yuu to make a choice. If he doesn't move, he won't kill Alicia, but the dragon will destroy the city. Otherwise, he can ignore Alicia and save the many. Yuu doesn't hesitate to pick Alicia; he would save 1 over 100, etc. Umbra goes on about the beauty of Yuu's soul, etc.
And Kaito shows up and saves the day. His harem's (also on the cover) holding off the dragon while he's doing this, and Yuu and him deal with Umbra fairly quickly. Umbra's death seems to make the dragon slightly smarter, but all it really does it continuously yell out "hero" in broken fragments. Kaito entrusts Alicia to Yuu, but Alicia has him go help Kaito. So he does just that. This annoys Kaito, but Yuu explains that if they take too long, Alicia will just try to deal with the dragon herself, so the best way to protect her is to get rid of it quickly. So they combine their abilities, with Yuu creating a weak spot and Kaito using powerful magic to destroy the dragon. Naturally he doesn't use his trademark hero sword, so it's a bit difficult, but Kaito doesn't find out it's Yuu in the end.
Kaito sticks around to help the town clean up and rebuild and Yuu finishes up his uniform side quest finally. Yuu decides to continue his journey again, and says farewell to the class, minus the two lolis and Alicia was busy investigating why the city's barrier went haywire. He also couldn't find Bernadette, but that didn't weigh on his conscious too much.
While picking crap up on the ground because Silber was being a little rebellious, Kaito shows up and greets him. I've already gone over this part before, but Kaito's glad he's ok and offered to let Yuu meet his harem, to which Yuu declines. Kaito understands and wishes him well, and they shake hands, Yuu now considering Kaito a friend. Kaito then runs off to meet Lily and mercenary girl.
Yuu eventually finds the loli duo and tells them, and they have him go tell Alicia. Alicia understands, and says that Yuu loves still loves Olivia, to which he doesn't deny. He does say he likes Alicia the most after Olivia, and cue Alicia teasingly saying she wonders what Silvia would think about that. Also, at some point it's said the town's barrier was designed by the Witch of Time and actually improved by Alicia. The barrier's malfunction had something to do with the hero summoning thing. I don't really remember.
So Yuu, finally leaving, comes across Bern at the gate out of town. She basically says she has a duty to go along with him because others might make the same mistake she did, so she has to protect him since she thinks he's weak. Yuu seriously contemplates whether or not he should and says to hell with it, she can come. And it ends with Bern asking to get let on to ride Silber as well and Yuu basically telling her she gets to fucking walk.
Oh right. Kaito finds a girl in one of the amber shards that made up the core of the undead dragon. She asks who Kaito is and it ends there.
Break it up into bite-size pieces, you say? Wouldn't dream of it.

Thanks for the summary. This part sort of reminds me of the Minato and Musubi meeting. If only Minato was like Yuu than Sekirei would have been a hundred times better...

Yuu had trouble fighting against that red haired girl who's only a single Duke class demon(even if the strongest of her class) even though he's supposed to be require 7 of them to be defeated ..?
