Granolah doesn't come across as a bad guy to me, he went to the trouble of stunning the guards when he could have easily killed them. He may need Seven-three to help fight whoever the new bad guy will be.

He was blown to pieces but apparently he can regenerate unless you destroy the pieces and leave nothing behind.

@Kanon: 73 could also end up as an enemy for Goku to fight again. We'll see.

If he did retain the ability to use MUI, he could be big trouble as an enemy.

And I wonder what Beerus will do as revenge against Goku, since he said him having to act as a horse for the King of All was all Goku's fault because he was the reason Merus broke the angels' rules. And he vowed to make him pay.

Interesting to know that Vegeta is Vegeta the Fourth.

Edit: Before I forget: I wonder if Goku really doesn't know that Oob is the one that last burst of energy he was given came from or if he was acting dumb in front of Vegeta?

We've know Vegeta was the fourth of his name since the Broly movie, and it was brought up again at the beginning of this arc when he and Goku enrolled into the Galactic Patrol.

And of course Goku is playing dumb.

He knows. He's mentioned Uub's existence before, but he doesn't want Vegeta to do anything yet.

Or more accurately, Vegeta didn't know about Uub until DBZ's epilogue with the World Tournament, so he can't know ahout him yet.

Yes, but please remind me: whom did Goku mention Oob's existence to? If it was Vegeta, either Vegeta forgot about it at the time of the DBZ Epilogue or Toriyama retconned it.

Granolah is a survivor from planet Cereal (not sure how they'll romanize it), whose people were slaughtered by Frieza's army and more specifically, the Saiyans. He believes Frieza and the Saiyans are all dead and wonders why he keeps having nightmares.

Scene switches to Beerus' planet and Goku is shown going MUI to train with Whis.

If it hadn't more or less been done in the previous arc with the Namekians, it would have been interesting if Vegeta had been part of the attack force on Cereal and thus a valid target for Granolah's vengeance. It's unclear when the attack happened, but he was probably too young or not even born. Instead, we're going to have Granolah going after him and Goku even though they have nothing to do with this. I just hope Frieza will be involved in this arc because he's definitely responsible.

I'm going to have a bit of difficulty taking seriously Granolah of the planet Cereal. I just laughed when I read it.

If the arc is going to involve the Saiyan's past and Frieza, I hope that they finally bring Broly in.

The Oozaru attacking in the dream/flashback has the same scar as Bardock. Granolah may go after Goku to make him pay for his father's sins the same way Paragus went after Vegeta. And I wouldn't be surprised if Granolah found out about Frieza being alive first with the latter redirecting his thirst for vengeance toward the Saiyans and even teaming up with him.

The new arc could goes ether way, a rehash of the baby arc or the ova, "A plan to destroy all Saiyans". What if the universe 6 Saiyan's gets involved.

I would love to see that. Having Universe 6 Saiyans and Broly appear would be great.
