I disagree,I actually think its talking about the normal 00.For one thing, its using a weapon designed for that Ms,the second, the story takes place not long after the series finishes with Ian even saying the need to create new machines.
Furthermore, the old 00VSenki promo add that came out a while ago showcased 00 7S standing right beside the now named GN Sword II Buster. So I think this is the our good old 00 here. Not to mention, from this summary post at least, there is no specialisation on 00's name, its still remains just 00.No stuff like New 00,or next Gen 00 or anythi8ng to imply that its anything different than our regular 00.

It may be a bit different though,it does say that 00 is being modified for setsuna being an Innovator.I would say that they're trying the modifications on old 00 first, before eventually moving to the new suit.If not, probably heavily modifying 00 into 00 Qan[t].

I expect the Zabanya and the Harut to appear fairly early into the movie, and the 00 Qan[T] and Raphael to appear later, like at the midway point. Considering the question concerning their GN-Drives, it makes sense to me.

I hope not. I'm tired of seeing CB in s2 get backed into a corner every time because they're outnumbered AND outmatched only for 00 to come in and wtfpwnd everyone. I would rather the movie be like the end of s1 where the gundam are still superior but are up against suits that are nearly on par with the gundams but have numerical superiority on their side.

Well...it should be expected, seeing as the ESF will still continue to produce Tau driven MS. Sure the Ahead was canned, but the GN-XIV is most likely going to replace it in terms of performance. So I would just keep a little forethought on the Gundams being outmatched, again....

Its sad, but 00 coming to save the day in the movie is inevitable. He is the main character afterall, he's going to get a save-the-day spotlight scene just like every other protagonist in an action story. |

It also depends on the interaction between the ESF and CB. A-Laws were going all-out to destroy anti-government groups, especially CB. If what Kati said at the end of S2 is accurate, the ESF seems to be taking a wait and see attitude. They consider CB a threat, but that's different from an A-Laws wipe them out attitude. The intensity of their response is unknown at this point. They might just have some sort of taskforce following them but not necessarily eager to engage.
