Starts with Masamune going on his morning run back in town while mother and sister talk about him, He seems to be in a great mood. Yoshino dressed up and leaving and Aki asking if she's going on a date. Yoshino turns red and runs away. then a flash back of Yoshino coming back in the middle of the night/early morning and offers Aki (who was waiting up for her) a souvenir but Aki gets mad and scolds her for being out all night. Aki notices Yoshino's clothes are disheveled and she is wearing Masamune's shirt and Yoshino gets embarrassed (my interpretation cause i couldn't read it). flash forward: Aki eats the souvenir alone thinking about Yoshino who just left for her date.

sorry that was just some vague nonsense i threw out. there's a people making comments on other places that:

Yoshino isn't a virgin anymore after staying out all night with masamune and coming home wearing his clothes. when i said raising a padawan i was refering to raising a baby. not a very good analogy in hindsight.

and yes i agree about yoshino winning
i think the conflict that Aki is going through right now is her coming to terms with the situation.

Aki might win here

Coz she activated the trope "They must've become lovers already, I should give up"

This is a very powerful trope that often shows that the people in question are not really lovers

Though if Aki does win, it will make Neko looks like a moron, coz she did all that breaking up, making Master honest. It will become very ridiculous if everything became futile

well if people remember, yoshino's clothes were a mess when she found him. he gave her his shirt for the way back home. i don't care who wins since my favorite Neko didn't win but i am cool with master. it funny if you look at it from a different angle without count the past with aki, yoshino technically is first girl.

Nah even without her past Aki still is first girl introduced when Masamune saw her verbally abusing some dude. Master was the one to seek him out first though.
